An exposé of the Corona World Games, the Global Health Syndicate and the Western Empire’s Techno-Feudal Bio-Security Operating System
This heretical essay sketches the stealthy takeover of public health systems by a Global Health Syndicate, whose most visible front-man is predatory philanthropist, Bill Gates. It turns out that a little known body of the the United Nations, called the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board issued a directive for at least two global pandemic exercises to take place by September 2020.
This board — which was co-convened by the Gates Foundation-funded World Health Organization, and at the request of the U.N. Secretary General — stated in September 2019 that at least one of those exercises had to include the deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen.
One month after this directive, a pandemic exercise called Event 201 was co-hosted by the Gates Foundation-funded John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Health Security in New York. But, the coronavirus scenario was a natural outbreak, rather than a deliberate release.
The sketchy history of pandemic simulations shows John Hopkins Center for Health Security has an intriguing record of including players connected to ‘deep events’ that have accumulated power for the American Deep State since the 9/11 Coup D’état.
Moreover, the linkages between the Gates Family, the Rockefeller Dynasty and the machinations of the British Monarchy reveals a stealthy two-pronged eugenics agenda of population control that has advanced from its fascist ‘hey-day’ of forced sterilizations, gulag enslavement, and military warfare, to a global regime of fraudulently-marketed unsafe vaccination programs, an emergent biosecurity-surveillance matrix and an evil Fifth Generation bio-warfare paradigm.
Furthermore, the South Pacific archipelago of New Zealand has been stealthily cast as a Covid data-exporting facility to fulfill the role of a “global exemplar” pandemic response jurisdiction – complete with plans for a Gates-Microsoft “data center region”.

The South Pacific archipelago of New Zealand is in the process of being fully absorbed into an emergent technocratic bio-security operating system amid the ‘Great Corona Reset’.
This global reset bears the hallmarks of a sophisticated bio-terrorism plot authorized by a ‘supreme group’ at the head of supranational deep state network that are operating at a level well above the pay-grades of the world’s visible political, military, corporate and religious leaders.
Indeed, the rhetoric emerging from the billionaire-funded World Economic Forum about Covid-19 opening up an opportunity for a ‘Great Reset’ to accelerate the Fourth Industrial Revolution is highly revealing, given that key players seek nothing less than to re-purpose the bio-functionality of all life – including humans.i
The drive to re-code culture with new language, images, and their metaphors by a Global Health Syndicate – which is a subsidiary of the Western Empire Syndicate – is actually critical to the capture of the most valuable frontier: the space between mortal human ears.
The lock-step bio-security mechanisms that have unfolded occurred in accordance with a directive issued in a health emergency preparedness report titled, “A World at Risk”, that was published on September 18th 2019 by a teething one-year-old institution of the United Nations called the Global Policy Monitoring Board (GPMB). This United Nations board – which was convened by the World Bank Group and the World Health Organization at the request of the United Nations Secretary-General – called for two system-wide ‘pandemic exercises’ to be performed by September 2020, including the deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen.ii
Until this call by the Global Policy Monitoring Board, there had never been a system-wide health emergency exercise across the U.N.’s 195 member countries.
It turns out that Dr Anthony Stephen Fauci – who has been the Director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984, and who became moderately famous as a member of the Washington’s White House COVID-19 Task Force – is among the members of the U.N.’s Global Policy Monitoring Board.
Intriguingly, at the Jesuit Georgetown University on January 10 2017, or 10 days before President Donald Trump was inaugurated, the Jesuit-educated National Institute of Health Director stated that during the Trump Administration there would definitely be a “surprise outbreak”.
The network of interests that produced the September 2019 report “A World at Risk”, published by the Global Policy Monitoring Board (GPMB), reveals how ‘philanthro-capitalism’, or predatory philanthropy, is the Trojan Horse of global public health. The GPMB commissioned several entities to write background reports that would culminate in the “A World at Risk: Annual report on global preparedness for health emergencies”.i
These contributing institutions were: the World Bank Group; the World Health Organization; the Independent Oversight Advisory Committee (IOAC) for the WHO Health Emergencies Programme; Johns Hopkins University Center for Health Security; University of Oxford & Chatham House; the Wellcome Trust; and Anthrologica & the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. The Global Policy Monitoring Board report was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, Resolve to Save Lives and the Federal Republic of Germany.
WHO’s WHO of World Health Emergency Preparedness: The network of interests commissioning, funding, and contributing research coordinated by the Global Policy Monitoring Board (GPMB), reveals the Trojan Horse of global public health is philanthro-capitalism fused with states taxes – as citizen journalist Amazing Polly found.
Significantly, when the Global Policy Monitoring Board (GPMB) was inaugurated on May 24th 2018 “on the margins of 71st Session of the World health Assemby”, both this United Nations board – which was convened by the World Bank Group and the World Health Organization at the request of the United Nations Secretary-General – both institutional heads, WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and World Bank Group President Dr Jim Yong Kim, spoke at the launch ritual. And when the Global Policy Monitoring Board (GPMB) covened for the first time in Geneva, both Ghebreyesus and Kim spoke again.
At the time of the Global Policy Monitoring Board’s launch on May 24th 2018, ‘Dr Tedros’ said :
“I’m proud of the work we’ve done together with the World Bank Group to establish the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board, and delighted that it will be led by such exceptional global health leaders.”
However, the World Health Organization seemed to adopt arms length attitude toward the Global Policy Monitoring Board in 2019, which was strange. Even when the GPMB delivered its first annual report on the global state preparedness – as promised one year on – with the seven recommendations, including the call for at least two pandemic exercises across the U.N. system to occur by September 2020, WHO didn’t appear to direct the world’s member nations to pay it attention.
Yet, once the Covid-19 emerged as a health crisis, WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus mentioned the Global Policy Monitoring Board report in a speech at the Munich Security Conference, February 15th 2020, where Bill Gates had warned in 2017 the next pandemic could originate on a terrorist’s computer screen. ‘Dr Tedros’ said:
“Two years ago, WHO and the World Bank founded the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board, an independent body to assess the state of the world’s readiness for a pandemic. Last year the board published its first report, which concluded the world remains badly prepared. The world spends billions of dollars preparing for a terrorist attack, but relatively little preparing for the attack of a virus, which could be far more deadly and far more damaging economically, politically and socially.”
Yet, if the World Health Organization were really serious about the world being prepared for pandemics, wouldn’t coordinated communications to highlight its call for new pandemic trigger mechanisms, two global pandemic exercises and out-reach to health, security and foreign affairs officials across the world be more effective use of its resources – instead of spending $200 million on travel?
The World Health Organization’s arms length attitude toward the Global Policy Monitoring Board in 2019 and becomes comprehensible – and reprehensible – when it is realized that this ‘social distancing’ is a sign of applied game theory. This application of game theory, complete with codified communications that signal solidarity, caution and who to scapegoat when the inevitable push-back to house arrests arose, can be observed in the rhetoric, data and omissions of key evidence as the pandemic exercises unfolded.
On the surface, the World Health Organization’s declaration of Covid-19 as a world health emergency on January 30th 2020, as well as WHO’s pandemic declaration of March 11th 2020 – set in train an escalation of crisis-fuelled fear-porn news. The contagion of fear created the spectacle of an epic viral contagion out of proportion to the actual threat, which helped provide the justification for the house arrest of whole nations.
But, would whole nations have tolerated house arrest if they that knew United Nations stipulated that two system-wide pandemic exercises needed to occur by September 2020? And what if the world knew of other events coinciding with the publication of U.N.’s “A World at Risk” health emergency preparedness report – would whole nations have been more skeptical?

On November 11th 2019, three academics from Otago University’s Department of Public Health published a blog article “New Zealand’s Poor Pandemic Preparedness according to the Global Health Security Index”, in they mentioned the Global Policy Monitoring Board’s “A World at Risk” report.
Curiously, while the three academics pointed out that this U.N. board was set up in response to the Ebola outbreak of 2014-16, and that it urged political action in seven recommendations because the world was deemed to be at risk – Baker, Wilson and Boyd failed to say spell out the crucial last recommendation. This seventh recommendation, titled “The United Nations must strengthen coordination mechanisms” was the crucial one that outlined four “Progress indicator(s) by September 2020” that evidently needed to occur.
The seventh recommendation of this Global Health Syndicate-aligned board called for: (1) the Secretary-General of the United Nations, with the Director-General of WHO and Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs “identify … timely triggers for a coordinated United Nations systemwide response for health emergencies”; (2) the United Nations (including WHO) to conduct at least two system-wide training and simulation exercises, including one for covering the deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen; (3) WHO to develop intermediate triggers to mobilize national, international and multilateral action early in outbreaks, to compliment existing mechanisms developed under the WHO’s International Health Regulations (IHR) of 2005; and (4) the Secretary General of the United Nations to convene a high-level dialogue with health, security and foreign affairs officials to meet the threat of a lethal respiratory pathogen pandemic, among other disease outbreaks in complex, insecure contexts.
These ommissions were crucial because the ‘public health experts’ emphasized the new Global Health Security Index as if it were an objective tool of analysis instead of presenting skepticism about the vested interests behind the funding, architecture and biases of this project. Indeed, if Otago University’s ‘public health experts’ had have pointed out that the Global Health Security Index was funded by the Open Philanthropy Project, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Robertson Foundation, and delved into the the web of ‘global health’ funding grants, New Zealand public might have been more skeptical about the unfolding events.
Among Open Philanthrophy’s backers is billionaire, Dustin Morkowitz, who helped Mark Zuckerberg launch Facebook from his Harvard dorm in 2004 – according to heart-warming tech-billionaire mythology. Founding Facebook investor, Peter Thiel, who initially stumped up $500,000, in turn, received $2 million from the CIA’s investment arm In-Q-Tel in 2005, for his big data start-up, Palantir, to build a surveillance computer called Gotham. In 2017, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation were ranked as the WHO’s second largest funder between the United States and the United Kingdom, meaning that a tech-billionaire who forged his fortune developing software for IBM (whom in turn made their fortune supplying demographic metadata to the Nazis) – was in a central position to influence WHO to declare Covid-19 a pandemic two days after gifting another $50 million to the conflicted U.N. institution headed by ‘Dr Tedros’.
Because – in their report “Supporting the Covid-9 pandemic response: Surveillance and Outbreak Analytics” – the ‘Public Health Experts’ of Otago University, professors Michael Baker and Nick Wilson, failed to inform the Ministry of Health that the Covid-19 pandemic coincided with a call for at least two pandemic exercises to occur across the U.N. system by September 2020.
Perhaps senior officials at New Zealand’s Ministry of Health had read the
United Nation’s “A World at Risk” report, and had talked to the United Nations United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR), or the United Nation Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), or the United Nations World Bank Group, or the United Nations Global Policy Monitoring Board – whom all had the report loaded on their websites.
Still more curious, the ‘Public Health Experts’ of Otago University also have neglected to publicly spell out to the New Zealand public what recommendation seven of the United Nation’s “A World at Risk” was about – let alone specifically mention it.
Therefore, it is odd that the New Zealand Government and its various authorities, especially the Ministry of Health and the 20 District Health Boards (DHBs), do not appear to know the United Nations’ Global Policy Monitoring Board (GPMB) called for two system-wide pandemic exercises to take place by September 2020. Because, New Zealand officials have not mentioned this call by extremely well-connected players in Global Health for at least global pandemic exercises to be conducted by the United Nations, including WHO, by September 2020.
Particularly odd, because one of those Otago University ‘public health experts’ – Professor Michael Baker – has been a member of the Ministry of Health’s Covid-19 Expert Advisory Group throughout the pandemic. It is, therefore, rather odd that Professor Baker and Professor Nick Wilson have not mentioned this call for two system-wide pandemic exercises to take place by September 2020 – in any of their media appearances given their incomes are derived from New Zealand taxpayers.
Especially, since the report – which called for the Secretary General of the United Nations to convene a high-level dialogue with health, security and foreign affairs officials to prepare for the threat of a lethal respiratory pathogen pandemic, among other disease outbreaks – was published the same bat-day as a global pandemic exercise, called Event 201, was hosted by John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Health Security in Gotham City. Because, there was some cross-over between the players comprised the Pandemic Emergency Board in the Event 201 pandemic simulation and the U.N.’s real world Global Policy Monitoring Board. Two Event 201 players, George F. Gao, the Director-General, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC) and Dr Chris Elias, the President of the Global Development Program at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation – are also board members of the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board.
The linkage of Dr Chris Elias is crucial because the reach of the Gates Foundation into ‘Global Health’ is extensive. Indeed, it turns that the Gates Foundation has supplied over $870 million in funding to John Hopkins University – the people who bring the world live updates of the Covid death tolls, complete with an ominous black world map that marks the spread of the pandemic in horror-hue of the colour red.xi
It would appear, then, that Event 201 was the First Pandemic Exercise, since the scenario involved a natural outbreak, and it occurred one month after the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board’s directive for global pandemic exercises. This finding leads to a critical question: was Covid-19 a ‘live exercise’ of the deliberately released lethal respiratory pathogen?
Despite Newsroom and Stuff Newspapers mentioning the Global Policy Monitoring Board’s annual report of September 2019 in late April, neither of these news outlets delved deep into the activities of this ‘independent board’. Instead, the emphasis was on the newly launched Global Health Security Index (GHSI), which ranked New Zealand 35th out of 195 countries for pandemic preparedness. Similarly, the New Zealand Herald and Radio New Zealand reports claiming NZ wasn’t ready for a pandemic were part of slurry of news reports around the world that framed the situation as a lack of pandemic preparedness.
It would be more correct to say that the visible public states such as the New Zealand Government and other world governments were not prepared to be gamed by a supranational deep state group with the capacity to take exercise scenarios live either with the deliberate release of a pathogen or to manage the transmission of a contagion from where it was most likely to occur: Wuhan City in Hubei Province, China.
Because, this rhetoric about a Global Health Security Index to measure pandemic preparedness works as a smokescreen for an epic contrived ignorance stratagem about the pandemic exercises that were in play – as Snoopman shows below in the subsection “Game Theory Segue – The Corona Virus Numbers”.
The fact that the United Nations, the World Health Organization and World Bank Group have also failed to spell-out to world that they were institutionally linked to the call for new pandemic trigger mechanisms, high-level dialogue with health, security and foreign affairs officials about pandemics, and at least two global scale pandemic exercises by September 2020 is extremely suspicious.
Because, these institutions have actively aided and abetted the transmission mechanisms to over-hype health crisis to justify strategic sabotage of whole industries across the world to serve the reset agendas of a billionaire super-class. The Covid-19 data-sets are evidence of parallel construction, which is a legal term to describe authorities that cover-up when and how an investigation started, by creating a parallel set of data, since the truth would otherwise ‘the who’ and ‘the why’ of the crime. Ironically, in this case, the constructed parallel sets of ‘Covid data’ are covering up the Techno-Feudal takeover of public health and its replacement with a cartelized bio-security operating system to forge a new world supermarket of covid suspects: humanity.
The publication of the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) Corona Case Surveillance report on June 19th for the period January 22-30 May, 2020, essentially demarcated the time period for ‘First Wave’ and the ‘Second Wave’, which Snoopman contends was code for the 1st and 2nd Pandemic Exercise of the Corona World Games, respectively.

New Zealand has been stealthily cast as a Covid data-exporting facility to fulfill the role of a “global exemplar” pandemic response jurisdiction – complete with a “gold standard” contact tracing app.
This sly test lab for the world casting may go a long way to explaining why the world’s leading private funder of the ‘Global Health’ sector, Bill Gates, announced in early May 2020 that he planned to create a “data center region” in New Zealand.
In their May 25th 2020 news bulletin, the UK Column reported the British media had been brainwashing the public with the idea that Britain could adopt the New Zealand bubble model. Meanwhile, United Kingdom’s a Ministry of Defence project the biosecurity surveillance system underpinning Covid-19, called JHUB, was going unreported by the British press.
In his op-ed piece head-lined – “The Pandemic winner: Will it be Sweden or New Zealand?” – former CDC epidemiologist and pandemic preparedness practitioner, Dr Steve Phillips, provocatively wrote of Covid-19 as a “pandemic World Cup” with nations pursuing variants of “two unproven strategies based on contradictory hypotheses of virus behavior.” These two main approaches are the “elimination hypothesis” and “herd immunity hypothesis”.
The “elimination hypothesis” promotes the assumption that a virus can be eliminated via a two-pronged approach: strict border control quarantine, testing and isolation, along with sanitizing of imported goods, and the mitigating domestic outbreaks with stringent containment measures. Counties in a position to pursue this approach due to their physical or virtual islands, include Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Iceland, and New Zealand.
The “herd immunity hypothesis” presumes a virus cannot be sealed off or contained and best managed by progressively acquired immunity through population. The “herd immunity hypothesis” has been pursued in Sweden, Mexico, and Belarus. These countries pursuing the “herd immunity hypothesis” have not shut-down their economies.
Towards the end of his piece, Dr Steve Phillips’ purpose becomes clear. He calls for cooperation of all countries to supply Big Data, accompanied with their assumptions, and strategies, as “these grand experiments play out”.
Since Dr Steven Phillips is a former CDC epidemiologist and pandemic preparedness practitioner, it’s fascinating to note that he avoids mentioning that the U.N.’s Global Policy Monitoring Board called for two system-wide pandemic exercise to be conducted by September 2020, with one including the deliberate release of a respiratory pathogen. Because – if Dr Phillips is a “pandemic preparedness practitioner” – wouldn’t he know about this directive for two system-wide pandemic exercises?
In her report, “I am not your human guinea pig!”, citizen journalist Grace of Really Graceful emphasized the second meaning of the noun ‘lockstep’, whereby people mindlessly conform to standard procedures or methods in perfect, rigid unison with minimum individuality, while politicians ‘marching’ to the party line. Grace’s focus on “Lock Step” is designed to draw her audience’s attention to one of four scenarios in a 2010 Rockefeller Foundation-sponsored crisis simulation project called, “Scenario For The Future of Technology & International Development”. The four scenarios in this 2010 crisis planning and system reset blueprint were: “Lock Step”, “Hack Attack”, “Smart Scramble” and “Clever Together”.
Lock Step was an influenza pandemic scenario that envisaged an outbreak that originated in wild geese in 2012, killing 8 million in seven months, mostly young adults, and infected 20% of the world’s population. Grace show the uncanny similarity to the events foretold to the unfolding developments that have occurred before our every eyes.
These include: [1] the success of China’s strict mandatory lock-down measures; [2] America’s initial liberal attitude to merely discouraging citizens from travel; [3] national leaders become more authoritarian starting with mandates to wear face masks; [4] temperatures checkpoints at nodes of travel and sources of food; [5] science and innovation became controlled by government; [6] initial conformity to bio-metric identification systems, across the board surveillance and loss of freedom to travel freely, anonymously and without compliance to the bio-security matrix; and [7] by 2025, this submission to authoritarianism switched with push-back from citizens when displeasure with the lose of freedoms became widespread.
Grace points out the tone underpinning the writing of the “Lock Step” scenario is that the problem is humans desire to retain freedom, rather than the authoritarian control imposed upon populations.

On Monday 17 August 2020, NZ Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced the general election scheduled for September 19th is to be delayed until October 17th, which is essentially a period of one lunar month.xix
It looks like the ‘Covid Election’ plan is to use the polling day to gain the mandate to enforce the Covid Regime – mandatory mass testing, Covid Tracer APP contact tracing, CovidPass Card after a voluntary trial period.xx And later, the potential for forced removal of New Zealand citizens and residents, including children and forced vaccinations, since the those powers which were made explicit with the Covid Health Response Act 2020, came into existence in 2006 with amendments to the Public Health 1956.

One critical conduit for the transmission of worst case scenarios was the Imperial College of London’s Covid-19 Research Team, led by Professor Neil Ferguson. The Imperial College Covid-19 Research Team was one of two research groups that were instrumental in providing the ‘scientific’ propaganda to convince the world that subjecting whole societies to house arrest or ‘lock-downs’ were necessary to avoid worse case scenarios manifesting.
On March 16th 2020, the Imperial College published its 18-month periodic ‘social distancing lock-down’ models, along with its projected worst-case death tolls that were used by many governments to justify society-wide house arrest regimes. Professor ‘Lockdown’ – as Dr Ferguson came to be called – estimated that up to 510,000 people could die in the United Kingdom and as many as 2.2 million people in the United States, if drastic shutdowns of those countries did not occur.iii On 25 March 2020, the University of Auckland used the Imperial College’s modelling and projected that New Zealanders – 80,000 – would die if a system-wide ‘lock-down’ of the nation,iv with so-called ‘social distancing’, were not followed.
Ferguson’s sketchy track record suggests the British Establishment were moving in unison with their American counterparts.
Queen Elizabeth II made Professor Ferguson a Knight of the Order of the British Empire in 2002 for advising Her Majesty’s Blair Administration Government to instigate a major livestock cull for the Foot and Mouth outbreak. Eleven million cattle, sheep and pigs were slaughtered, after Professor Ferguson projected that 150,000 people would die in the United Kingdom. Yet, only 177 people died from mad cow disease. In 2005, Professor Ferguson estimated that up to 200 million worldwide could die from the bird flu.v Only 282 died by 2009. In 2009, Ferguson projected that 65,000 people could die from the swine flu the United Kingdom, and in the end, 457 people died from this pig virus.vi
Under fire from doctors and scientists to release the data upon which he based his models, Dr Ferguson tweeted on 22 March 2020 that his lock-down modelling was based on 13-year old computer code to model flu pandemics and he admitted this information was undocumented. Ferguson’s lack of transparency would appear to breach the fundamental tenet of the scientific method since modelling, testing and experimental methods are supposed to be able to withstand audits by ones’ peers.vii
In his brief Corona Virus critique, “Biopolitics and Security”, Italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben offers a squint at the “symptoms and signs of a broader experiment” amid the unfolding narrative in health security that is being constructed out of health terror, which is used as a mechanism for governing by “worst case scenarios”, Agamben observes.
To pull off this global psychological warfare operation, or psy-op, an intriguing series of bio-security mechanisms were triggered when the United Nation’s World Health Organization declared Covid-19 a ‘pandemic’ on March 11th 2020,viii despite the total world death toll being under 4700 people.ix

WHO’s reckless pandemic declaration set in train an escalation of crisis-fuelled fear-porn news, that occurred in accordance with a ‘flood the zone’ media strategy discussed during a ‘tabletop’ global pandemic exercise, ‘Event 201’, that also took place on October 18th 2020 in Gotham City.
Creepily, the Event 201 scenario featured a novel zoonotic Corona Virus outbreak that snowballed into a catastrophic pandemic that clocked up a death toll of 65 million mortals over an 18-month fear-porn news cycle period. This fictional Corona Virus outbreak made the species jump from bats to pigs in Brazil, and then to humans in Brazilian pig farms, before spreading to the mega-cities of South America in low-income neighbourhoods. After making these supposedly evolutionary species jumps without the aid of syringes and perhaps inspired by Brazil hosting the airliner-dependent FIFA World Cup in 2014, the virus became a major jet-setting export of South American nations by air travel to Portugal, the United States, and China.x
The visible sponsorship of Event 201 appears to be smoke and mirrors. It appeared that co-founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates, and his wife Melinda had co-sponsored Event 201 through their philanthro-capitalism vehicle, the Gates Foundation, in partnership with the billionaire-funded World Economic Forum. This global pandemic exercise was hosted by John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Health Security. However, when it is recalled that the Global Health Security Index that was developed by the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Health Security together with the Nuclear Threat Initiative, and was funded by the Open Philanthropy Project, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Robertson Foundation, it would appear the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation sponsorship branding was for mechanisms of data collection, organization and dissemination that would come with the much anticipated next pandemic.
Because, in September 2019, the John Hopkins Center for Health Security was the recipient of $19.5 million from Open Philanthrophy, which is part-backed by Dustin Morkowitz, who is said to have co-founded Facebook with Mark Zuckerberg from their Harvard dorm room before moving their base of operations to Palo Alto, California, where Peter Thiel’s Palantir was based. whose track record of scripting, casting and hosting pandemic exercises reveals linkages to the American Deep State, conflicts of interest and intrigue.
The ‘tabletop’ exercise involved a Pandemic Emergency Board that was ‘convened’ at a time when the fictional novel coronavirus outbreak was three months along and comprised strategically picked participants to represent a highly selective cross-section of the ‘world’. The Pandemic Emergency Board met four times, between October 18 and December 18th 2019, discussing a centralized stockpile mechanism, public-private partnerships for procurement, financing, and dynamic logistics for medical supply chains, and also controlling communications with a media flood strategy to out-supply so-called ‘fake news’ and ‘conspiracy theories’, covert social media censorship with ‘technical solutions’ and aggressive direct sourcing from official institutions.
One striking phenomena about this Event 201 scenario is that the script envisaged drops in financial markets of between 20-40%. But, that’s in a global pandemic that takes 65 million mortals over an 18 month period.
In the Make-Real World, stock-markets crashed 30-50% by the end of March 2020,xii when the global death toll was 49,000.xiii
In other words, pandemic news would be highly controlled, and the crisis journalism would amplify the impacts of the declared ‘pandemic’ and the spectacle of calamity would become the evidence.
It is, therefore, creepy to observe that the Event 201 script ended with a chilling globalist message that appears to be a threat:
“Economists say the turmoil could last for years, perhaps a decade. The societal impacts, the loss in faith in government, the mistrust of news, and the breakdown of social cohesion could last even longer. We have to ask: Did this need to be so bad? Are there things we could have done in the five to ten years leading up to pandemic that would have lessoned the catastrophic consequences? We believe the answer is yes. So, are we as global community finally ready to do the hard work to deal with the next pandemic.”
Since the stock-markets in the Make Real World crashed 30-50% by the end of March 2020 at a time when the pandemic was only 20,000 – my bat-shit mad conspiracy brain wondered if the Event 201 scenario was constructed as an encoded threat to the world’s governments, militaries and corporations to march in lock-step to the Corona World Order.
Because, at the last simulated ‘meeting’ (fictionally designated as having took place on December 18th 2019), the Pandemic Emergency Board were told the pandemic had grown exponentially, with an estimated 240,000 deaths worldwide from 4.2 million cases and with models predicting 1,000,000 deaths from 12 million cases by mid-January 2020, yielding a mortality rate of approximately 8%.
So, when the fictional ‘Pandemic Emergency Board’ were told by the John Hopkins University host that the pandemic death toll became 65 million after 18 months, a casual viewer watching the videos online might have assumed the high death toll occurred because the immune systems of mortals were overwhelmed by a highly virulent Corona Virus.
But, as any sharp political leaders, intelligence agencies and brainwash-free health professionals can see – the greater threat to survivability from a catastrophic event is the severity of economic collapse from strategically sabotaged supply chains, the implosion of credit and the deep state-sponsored social break-down. Moreover, as system-wide economic collapse snowballs, poverty deepens, and food production collapses – the affordability of essentials such as food, water, fuel, electricity, housing and clothing become obstacles to maintaining a healthy immune system.xiv
The same bat-day that John Hopkins hosted the Event 201 in Gotham City, opening ceremony of the 7th World Military Games took place in the mega-city of Wuhan. 10,000 soldiers from 109 countries participated including 200 American military personnel participated in this 10 day Event.xv
Portentously, the same day that Wuhan City was placed under quarantine xvi – 23 January 2020 – the Doomsday Clock was moved 30 seconds forwards from two minutes to midnight, to 100 seconds to midnight. “Patient Zero is attributed to the date, November 17th 2019, or month after Event 201 and the simultaneous opening of the World Military Games. Seven weeks later, the U.N.’s Geneva-based World Health Organization (WHO), declared Covid-19 a pandemic on March 11 2020. This March 11th pandemic declaration came two days after the central visible player in ‘Global Health’, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, injected $50 million into WHO.
Both moves are consistent with game theory behaviours.

The track record of John Hopkins Center for Health Security for scripting, casting, and hosting pandemic exercises reveals a pattern of ties to the American Deep State, conflicts of interest and intrigue.
In June 2001, John Hopkins University ran a pandemic exercise script called “Dark Winter”, which was America’s first biological weapons viral outbreak exercise with a scenario of national scale. Dark Winter envisaged a weaponized smallpox outbreak originating in Oklahoma, and included sub-script scenario that imagined Saddam Hussein’s Iraq threatening to release a weaponized anthrax virus. Robert Kadlec – who co-authored the script with Thomas Inglesby and Tara O’Toole of John Hopkins Center for Health Security – got to speak the line that leant the exercise its bleak name. In a mock news report, ‘Biodefense Expert’ Kadlec stated that the lack of smallpox vaccines for the U.S. populace meant that “it could be a very dark winter for America” – as citizen journalist James Corbett’s report, COVID-911: From Homeland Security to Biosecurity, deftly shows.
In the immediate aftermath of 9/11, military-grade anthrax outbreaks were inflicted upon Florida and New York, Kadlec led the Department of Health and Human Services and contributed to the FBI’s investigation of the anthrax attacks. Kadlec, who had been a physician with the U.S. Air Force, also helped draft the Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act 2006, which among other things, created the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, an office that Trump appointed Kadlec to lead in 2017. Kadlec was also on hand to lead the Trump Administration’s 2019 Crimson Contagion exercise, which involved the Department of Homeland Security, the National Security Council, and the Pentagon. Like Dark Winter, Crimson Contagion simulated an outbreak scenario months before it played out in the Make Real World. Uncannily, Crimson Contagion envisaged a pandemic influenza outbreak in the U.S. that originated in China and spread rapidly around the globe.
Aspects of the fictional scenarios in Dark Winter were used as propaganda by its participants to justify inflicting the 9/11 Wars, as The Last American Vagabond reported in All Roads Lead to Dark Winter. For instance, one such Dark Winter participant was former CIA Director from 1993 to 1995 James Woolsey who flew to London to “firm up” the ‘evidence’ that Iraq was involved in 9/11, as The Guardian newspaper reported in “Iraq ‘behind anthrax outbreaks’ ” on 14 October 2001. Indeed, one ‘Dark Winter’ fictional news reportstated that“Iraq might have provided the technology behind the (biological) attacks to terrorist groups based in Afghanistan.” In other words, Woolsey, who played the Director of Central Intelligence, mimicked his real life stint as CIA Director and, in effect, took the anthrax narrative beyond the confines of simulation and made it a ‘live exercise’.
In January 2005, John Hopkins Center for Health Security hosted the pandemic exercise Atlantic Storm that featured a smallpox bio-terrorist attacks inflicted by a group called Al-Jihad Al-Jadid whom obtained seed stocks of variola major virus (the causative agent of smallpox) from a bio-weapons facility in the former Soviet Union and a small team of scientists developed them in laboratory disguised as a small brewery in Klagenfurt, Austria. In the Atlantic Storm scenario, smallpox bio-aerosols were distributed via dry powder dispensers in the Rotterdam Metro, in the Netherlands; the Metro Warszawskie in Poland; the Grand Bazaar, Istanbul, Turkey; and at Los Angeles International Airport and Penn Station, New York, in the United States. In this table-top exercise, the US President was played by former Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, who was embroiled in machinations to inflict NATO’s Kosovo War during Clinton Administration.
In the Make Real World of February and March 1999, Secretary of State Madeleine Albright presented an ultimatum to Slobodan Milošević, President of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1997 to 2000), at Château de Rambouillet, France. for the corporate takeover of Kosovo Trepca Industrial Complex which comprised Stari Trg mine, the Zvecan smelter and Mitrovice industrial plants, mines and factories. These terms Milošević could not accept – as author Daniel Estulin reported in his book, The Shadow Masters.
Estulin called NATO’s Kosovo War of 1999 – the ‘Bilderberg War’ – because the framework for the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) was designed at the 1996 Bilderberg Conference. Among the Bilderbergers in attendence for the Kosovo intervention discussion were: Nixon White House U.S. Secretary of State, Henry Kissinger, David Rockefeller, the Queen of Spain, George Soros, Lord Carrington, Vice President Al Gore, Richard Holbrooke, and George Stephanopoulos (representing Bill Clinton), and US Secretary of Defense William J. Perry. At the insistence of the Bilderbergers, Hansjoerg Geiger was appointed as the new head of the German BND to oversee a detailed plan for the Kosovo operations. Kosovo was also a major transhipment point for heroin entering Europe, and the drug trade is crucial for greasing the wheels of global banking and transnationals corporations and CIA black-ops.
In May 2018, John Hopkins hosted another pandemic exercise called Clade-X, in which the U.S. Attorney General role was played by former 9/11 Commissioner Jamie Gorelick. Back in 1996, when she was at the US Justice Department, Gorelick created an intelligence ‘wall’, which meant that if the FBI was investigating cases and required information defined as intelligence (or INTEL), it put those FBI agents working in the INTEL section under the control of the CIA. This meant the INTEL FBI agents could not automatically share that information with criminal investigators at the FBI. This ‘wall’ also separated agents at the bureau from those at other departments including the State Department, the CIA and the Pentagon – as Ian Henshall stated in his book 9/11 Revealed: The New Evidence.
The October 2019, the Event 201 pandemic exercise hosted by John Hopkins included participant Avril Haines, who was CIA deputy director and deputy National Security Advisor during the Obama Administration. This means Haines was the CIA’s White House representative, since L. Fletcher Prouty said the National Security Advisor role is the CIA’s voice in the White House. Haines evidently played a significant role with CIA Director John Brennan in forming the Obama White House’s policy on drone strikes (or remote extrajudicial aerial executions).
Haines is a principal of WestExec Advisor, a geopolitical strategy firm that teaches concepts such as “red teaming” – which is a strategy used in simulations to flush out “bad actors” in organizations, among other “weaknesses”. This “bad actors” terminology was used by one Event 201 participant, Lavan Thiru of Singapore’s Monetary Authority, whose script had him suggesting that “bad actors” could be placed before the courts by governments that he suggested were to be persuaded they needed to “step up” to combat such “bad actors” deemed to be producing “fake news”.
In other words, the subversive script-writers behind this Corona bio-terrorist plot were actually envisioning recasting political dissent as a criminal activity. This brazen psychological projection of blame onto those citizens who could see the unfolding tyranny, is clear evidence of a Global Health Syndicate seeking to capture public health by engineering a Trojan Horse-Paper Tiger crisis to reset the world with a bio-security operating system.
By what mechanisms did the Corona Contagion of Fear actually occur? The precise answers to this question about the transmission mechanisms for this epic emotional contagion are critical to trace. Because – those mercurial and translucent transmission mechanisms created the gas-lit atmosphere for the outrageous justifications to impose house arrests upon whole societies, the infliction of imperial scale sabotage of free enterprise, and the authorization of an unwise gambit to throw the fate of nations onto a precariously balanced fulcrum.
New Zealand’s “Influenza Pandemic Response Plan of 2017” was automatically set in motion when the World Health Organization announced a health emergency as a pandemic.xvii In their paper, “Improving New Zealand’s preparations for the next pandemic” The Department of Public Health at the University of Otago pointed out New Zealand’s “Influenza Pandemic Response Plan was too narrowly focussed on influenza pandemics, and it also pointed out the threat of bio-terrorism.xviii Unwisely, the Ministry of Health ‘failed’ to model for the possibility that the Western Empire Syndicate would play geo-political world domination games to take the pandemic exercises ‘live’, when writing New Zealand’s “Influenza Pandemic Response Plan of 2017.”
Indeed, on March 20th 2020, ex-CIA Director Mike Pompeo said while wearing his Secretary of State ‘mask’, at a White House Press Conference. “we’re in a live exercise here”, to convey the message that the Chinese needed to share their corona-virus outbreak data so that the ‘pandemic’ could be analyzed.
It would appear then that the Event 201 pandemic exercise was taken from simulation to the real world to ‘live exercise’ as Covid-19.

With these glimpses of scheming behind the ‘Covid Curtain’, its easier to see that the groundwork for this Great Corona Reset had been laid with numerous over-hyped real world epidemic and pandemic outbreaks in recent years, such as Sars in 2002, Swine Flu (H5-N1) 2005, Swine Flu (H1-N1) in 2009, Ebola in 2013, and Mers in 2015. Meanwhile, a series of pandemic preparedness exercises such as Dark Winter in June 2001, Atlantic Storm in January 2005, Lock Step in 2010, Clade-X in May 2018, Crimson Contagion in August 2019, as well as Event 201 and Urban Outbreak in October 2019 – have together provided fertile ground for a supranational network of deep state actors to plan for making such pandemic simulation scenarios to ‘go live’.xxvii
The economic sabotage that has been inflicted upon nation after nation in 2020 and blamed on Covid-19, was in keeping with the lock-step-themed 2010 Rockefeller Foundation crisis simulation project called, “Scenario For The Future of Technology & International Development”. This 2010 crisis planning and system reset blueprint included an influenza pandemic scenario called “Lock Step”, that envisaged an outbreak that originated in wild geese in 2012, killing 8 million in seven months, mostly young adults, and infected 20% of the world’s population.
Eerily, the pandemic was said to have caused economies to screech to a halt, impacting tourism, global supply chains and businesses due to the triggering of containment protocols. The “Lock Step” scenario stated that a liberal policy of “strongly discouraging” U.S. citizens from air travel “proved deadly” because the jet-setting virus spread within the United States and around the world. The continents of Africa and Central America and countries of South-East Asia were said to have been impacted the hardest, due to the absence of official containment protocols. Meanwhile, China fared better because its government acted fast to enforce mandatory quarantine for all citizens, and a near-hermetic sealing off of all borders, to enable a swifter post-pandemic recovery.
This “Lock Step” march into globalized Medical Martial Law happened in spite of numerous dissenting scientists,xxviii doctors and nurses pointing out that quarantining healthy people is tyranny, the death count regimes are fraudulent,xxix the testing regimes are woefully flawed, hospitalized Covid patients were mixed with seriously other sick people, that the respirators kill people, sand shutdown of economies threatens livelihoodsxxx and the world has been spooked.xxxi
Fascinatingly, the Rockefeller’s “Lock Step” scenario envisaged governments becoming more authoritarian as a result of not relinquishing powers imposed amid the pandemic crisis. Consequently, sporadic push-back became organized by 2025. The subtext to this “Lock Step” scenario, with its timeline ending in 2030, was the pandemic was a great disrupter. The writers were really concerned about the blockages to technological innovation, such as nationally-based IP protection regimes, resource use and the rise of “virulent nationalism”. Reading the runes, virulent nationalism was cast as a communicable disease and was somehow a threat to the Rockerfellerites.
The mass quarantining of healthy people is making everyone – except the billionaire class – more vulnerable, more divided and more dependent on state’s obeying the lock-step mechanisms of a gloabl superstructure, due to an over-hyped virus scare to accumulate more wealth, power and control.
Reading the runes, it would appear that this ‘lockdown’ agenda has been pushed by a Global Health Syndicate that has captured the World Health Organization (WHO), the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and U.S. Federal Drug Administration (FDA), as well as nationally-based health systems throughout the Western Empire. This Global Health Syndicate is but one cartelized industry inter-linked by what Snoopman terms the ‘Western Empire Syndicate’.

In New Zealand, the creation of special powers for medical health officers to be activated during infectious disease outbreaks actually occurred via the mechanisms of the Epidemic Preparedness Act and the Health Amendment Act – that were both passed in 2006.xxi
These moves followed a November 2002 N.Z. Ministry of Health discussion paper, “Public Health Legislation Promoting public health, preventing ill health and managing communicable diseases”, that proposed the insertion of emergency powers to immunize children; implementation of contact tracing regimes, and expanded border control and quarantine capacities into a revised public health law. The publication of this discussion paper coincided with the outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) that started November 16th 2002, and originated in the Guangdong province in southern China.
This Ministry of Health discussion paper biased vaccines as the most effective modality to treat or prevent infectious diseases. The authors of this Public Health Legislation discussion paper considered New Zealand’s immunization coverage rates to be “low” and envisaged being able to eliminate some vaccine-preventable diseases, such as measles, in New Zealand by achieving 95% or more ‘coverage’.
In the Emergency Powers section, the authors ventured that a ‘public health emergency’ might not be sufficient to vaccinate people without their consent. However, “the re-emergence of such an extreme threat as terrorist-introduced smallpox could justify compulsory vaccination” – the discussion document stated, which was signed off by then Minister of Health Annette King. Presumably this compulsion would not apply to the Ruling Class as inferred by the 95% figure, and as implied by the key omission in this chapter: vaccine safety.
The Public Health Discussion Paper considered that compulsion powers impacted directly on peoples’ personal freedoms, and proffered questions about what conditions would trigger the application of such powers, who decides, and the possible decision making processes. But, nowhere in this discussion paper was the possibility raised that the Ministry of Health, the New Zealand Government and New Zealanders might actually become the target of a highly resourced criminal syndicate pretending to be promoters of ‘Global Health’.
Either nobody considered New Zealand could be played with a stealthy strategy involving the call by the WHO for system-wide pandemic exercises, and that the plan might involve riding on a naturally occurring outbreak. Or, perhaps some in the Ministry of Health did envision such a possible event, or that a deep state network of suit and lab-coat wearing terrorists might make an ‘outbreak’ happen. Or, ride on one generated in highly polluted regions and cities, and amplify its appearance with ill-suited test kits, specially printed death certificates that count Covid and data published by bio-research centres funded by the Global Health Syndicate’s billionaire foundations.
Because, it is strange that no one at the end of 2002 in the Ministry of Health anticipated that the regulatory system of the World Health Organization might become captured by Big Pharma, when the pharmaceutical industry had already undergone a major merger wave and transformed into a market monopolizing cartel. Especially strange, because the primary treatment and prevention solution to the anticipated outbreaks outlined in the discussion document is vaccines. Particularly, when it is found that immune boosting supplements such as vitamins, minerals and herb extracts are conspicuous for their absenteeism in this discussion paper, and their absence is conspicuous in the Ministry of Health’s Influenza Pandemic Plan of 2017.
Because – the Ministry of Health’s discussion paper of November 2002 did anticipate that the only conditions under which it may be doable to force vaccinate people would be during a bio-terrorist attack, such as with a smallpox virus pandemic. This virus was declared by WHO as eradicated in 1979, and stocks were kept in bio-labs. So, it’s intriguing to look back at this discussion paper theorizing that the only likely conditions under which emergency powers could be activated to make vaccinations mandatory would be during a bio-terrorist driven outbreak with an infectious virus such as smallpox. Such an eventuality would therefore over-ride parental consent as well capture unwilling adults – to achieve 95% or more vaccine coverage of the mass population outside the Pākehā-dominated Ruling Class.
Curiously, while the Public Health Legislation discussion document spoke of persuasion as the best compliance strategy, it was blinkered when it came to modelling how a bio-warfare plan might work most effectively by the same persuasive mechanisms. Especially, since the Fifth Generation Warfare (5GW) theory has recognized the most effective 5G wars are never identified, and therefore the victims do not comprehend they are victims of war.
In other words, the Ministry of Health conspicuously failed to model for how a bio-terrorist attack might start first with a mass exercise that ‘goes lives’ in order to create a public health crisis that generates sufficient cooperation, resources and funds to advance a global superstructure to benefit a Global Health Syndicate seeking to forge a global market, ahead of a truly horrific weaponized pandemic. This failure to model meant the Ministry of Health overlooked the possibility that a global pandemic might be accompanied by communicable disease transmissable through the airwaves, the internet and the printing presses that re-programmes the brain to submit to a new bio-security operational matrix – without comprehending such brainwashing is even happening.
The blinkered attitude at the Ministry of Health is detectable in the framing of a person’s rights when they are deemed to have the communicable condition, including the right to full information. But, because this discussion document – as well as the subsequent amendments to the Public Health Act in 2006 and the Influenza Pandemic Plan of 2017 – all ‘failed’ to model for pandemic exercises being taken live, the Health Ministry presumed to build a metaphorical ‘one-way road’ for communications traffic. This was somehow progress in public health. The Health Ministry assumed it would have a monopoly on knowledge to educate citizens, residents and travellers amid outbreaks of communicable diseases. Furthermore, the Health Ministry expressed its arrogance further with a preference for the Family Court system over the District Courts as a mechanism for people to fight to regain their rights once they were impacted upon, even as the Ministry was calling for submissions! (‘Breaches’ to N.Z.’s Medical Martial Law are directed to the District Courts, which lack the jurisdiction powers to consider the big picture issues presented here).
The Epidemic Preparedness Act 2006 was vetted for consistency with the Bill of Rights Act 1990 by the Ministry of Justice and addressed to an un-named Attorney-General in a report that carried neither signatures, seals or signs of any sovereign authority.xxii This report “Legal Advice Advice Consistency with the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990: Law Reform (Epidemic Preparedness) Bill” says it followed the World Health Organization’s call for better pandemic preparedness after the over-hyped avian influenza outbreak of 2003. However, New Zealand’s Ministry of Justice failed to consider whether New Zealanders could lose freedoms as a result of ‘regulatory capture’ of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the other watchdog institutions, such as the U.S. Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and Center for Disease Control (CDC), by vested Big Pharma interests. The MOJ authors wrote vaguely that they considered it reasonable to remove people “suffering from a quarantinable disease … and receive appropriate medical treatment”
New Zealand’s Ministry of Health’s Influenza Pandemic Response Plan of 2017 reveals three key flaws which are linked to three key areas of risks that were overlooked by an “intelligence system” that reflected the mediocre average ability of New Zealand’s brain-washed population.
Unwisely, the Ministry of Health’s “intelligence system” relied on data from corrupt international institutions such as the World Health Organization (WHO), lacked plans for a proportionate response to isolate or quarantine only the sick while distributing immune boosting supplements to the healthy, and it failed to model for the possibility of geo-political machinations embedded in pandemic exercises, outbreaks and the global health architecture.
The Pandemic Response Plan shows the Ministry of Health’s approach was to take their cues from overseas – by relying on the World Health Organization to announce a healthy emergency as a pandemic. The Pandemic Response Plan states:
“Overseas trends must be monitored and analysed and surveillance systems in New Zealand maintained to enable the early detection of a novel influenza virus following announcements by WHO [the World Health Organization], and these systems must be capable of tracking the progress of a pandemic in New Zealand. Information from the intelligence system will play a key role in guiding actions throughout all the phases of a pandemic.” [Emphasis added].
The authors of Influenza Pandemic Response Plan of 2017 clearly held the World Health Organization in high regard, when it states:
“The WHO phases provide international consistency at a high level, reflecting pandemic risk and the observable epidemiological situation internationally.”
Yet, the lockstep mechanisms in New Zealand’s “Influenza Pandemic Response Plan of 2017” were triggered when the WHO declared Covid-19 a pandemic at a moment that the death toll for Covid-19 was just 4697 people. It turns out, the World Health Organization dismissed criticisms about it’s conflicts of interests with pharmaceutical industry ties as “conspiracies” following its pandemic declaration for the H1N1 Avian Flu outbreak of 2009 which triggered contracts for vaccine development.
The hastily passed the Covid-19 Health Response Act 2020, which gained Royal Assent on May 13th in under two days after the bill’s introduction, appeared to confer new warrant-less entry authority into homes, marae, and any other premises, land, vehicle, and craft.
As word spread that the Covid-19 Health Response Bill actually specifically named indigenous ancestral ‘marae’ bases of community as places that Police could make warrantless incursions into, a Māori–driven backlash erupted. In response, Minister for Māori Crown Relations Kelvin Davis claimed the word marae had been removed from the bill.
In the Covid Universe, this was not true.
Under section 20 Enforcement Powers of Entry – the word “marae” was shifted from subsection 3 in the Bill to subsection 8 in the Act, stating that if a marae is entered under subsection 1, a copy of the report must be sent to the committee of the relevant marae. This move would appear to be a political strategy to make it seem like the Māori Labour Caucus, which includes Minister Davis, has done right by Māori in seemingly difficult circumstances.
It would appear that the Police or other enforcement officers have no power to enter a marae if they believe people have gathered there in contravention of a Covid-19 order in the same way that can enter a private dwellinghouse without a warrant. It is only in reading subsection 8 together with subsection 1 that it becomes apparent that a constable or enforcement officer can enter a marae without a warrant on the belief that a person is breaching a section 11 Covid order. Such a situation could potentially turn all gathered at a marae into Covid suspects.
However, these authorities were also merely made more explicit since these powers were inserted in the 2006 amendments to the Public Health Act of 1956, as well as the 2008 amendments to the Policing Act, made during the Clark Administration. Sections 71A (1) and (2) authorizes constables to to do any thing including the use of force to enter and inspect any land, building, aircraft, ship, vehicle or anything in or on it, to assist medical health officers or anyone authorized by medical health officers, whether or not the particular actions have been requested in the exercise of functions permitted under section 70 and 71, including the restriction of movement, to remain in quarantine and the power to requisition any property. A constables’ protection from liability is by acting in good faith.
The March 11 2020 reprint of the Public Health Act 1956 shows that ‘Medical Officers’ gained the power on December 19th 2006 to make people take tests, medical examinations and remain in place undergo preventative treatment.xxiii
>> Warrant-less entry — a new playbook or a revised edition?
As with the more explicit provisions in the Covid-19 Health Response Act 2020 regarding warrant-less entry, the 2006 amendments to the Public Health Act of 1956 appears to have conferred the power for medical officers to order remain in people to be remain in isolation or quarantined until they have taken prescribed treatments. Such treatments would likely be therapeutics, anti-biotics and vaccines. In the Public Health Act 1956, section 70 “Special powers of medical officer of health” pertaining to “Infectious and notifiable disease” subsection (1)(h) states:
“For the purpose of preventing the outbreak or spread of any infectious disease, the medical officer of health may from time to time, if authorised to do so by the Minister or if a state of emergency has been declared under the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002 or while an epidemic notice is in force,— (h) require people to remain in the health district or the place in which they are isolated or quarantined until they have been medically examined and found to be free from infectious disease, and until they have undergone such preventive treatment as he may in any such case prescribe”. xxiv
Therefore, it would appear that the purpose behind Covid-19 Health Response Act 2020 was to trick law enforcement officers, manufacture consent of the governed, and fool indigenous Māori into believing these powers were necessary because of ‘Covid-19’, rather than a long-series of machinations across the Western Empire that have been benignly disguised as preparedness.
Then on August 6th 2020, the New Zealand Government passed the COVID-19 Public Health Response Amendment Act which appeared to just deal with the managed isolation and quarantine (MIQ) system that at present mostly deals with citizens, immigrants and travellers crossing into New Zealand’s borders.xxv
In a House that was nearly empty, Erica Stanford, the National MP for East Coast Bays, astutely pointed out the amended section 11 was so broadly written that the phrase “satisfy any specified criteria” could indeed mean the N.Z. Government could require people to be vaccinated before returning to New Zealand at some future time, in addition to requiring people to pre-register with the MIQ system quarantined and tested.
Indeed, section 11 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Amendment Act states that the Health Minister or Director-General of Health may order people “satisfy any specified criteria before entering New Zealand from a place outside New Zealand.” When pressed for clarification in the House of Representatives, the Minister of Housing, Megan Woods – who is the minister in charge of the managed isolation and quarantine (MIQ) system – she admitted that the new legislation could allow for requiring people to be vaccinated before they entered the country – in the future. In a series of queries, and answers the Housing Minister Megan Woods explained the government provided a framework for this Amendment Act to work in conjunction with future Amendments to other statute law, and that there was the potential to –mandate that people coming into the country to get vaccinated. This provision not only creates the latent capacity to create coercion through travel restriction. By outsourcing the vaccination to other jurisdictions, it also raises questions about liability for possible vaccine injuries and deaths.
Independent MP Jami-Lee Ross expressed concern that the Minister of Health gets to decide whether or not peoples’ human rights under the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 were being breached or not with the broad powers expressed so broadly by section 11, subsection 10. He said his constituents in Botany had expressed concerns that vaccines would be forced on them.
This particular amendment would be inserted into the pre-existing COVID-19 Public Health Response Act that had also been rail-roaded through parliament, gaining Royal Assent on May 13th – as mentioned previously. The Covid-19 Health Response Act applies to New Zealand citizens, residents, and also travellers already in New Zealand on travellers visas. In Section 11(1) (a) contains a concerning catch-all phrase “without limitation” where it outlines a series of powers with the preposition “including” that includes the authority to enforce physical distancing, restrictions on travel, limits of association, restrict activities, enforce quarantine or isolation, require medical examination or testing, enforce contact tracing and with the recent addition, satisfy any specified criteria before entering New Zealand.
In other words, there is a vagueness in this section that could mean that Medical Health Officers have now a latent power to vaccinate adults, or their children, already in New Zealand against their will.
These developments appear to be disturbing incremental steps, because the managed isolation and quarantine (MIQ) system is also being used to hold some people who have tested positive, during the present lock-down at Alert Level 3 over Auckland, which began on August 12th as a result of just four people deemed to have tested positive from a community transmission.
Moreover, in section 12 “Prospective modification of statutory requirements and restrictions to enable compliance during epidemic” of the Epidemic Preparedness Act 2006, this legislation states that the Governor General may, by Order in Council made on the recommendation of the Health Minister modify any requirement or restriction imposed by the enactment. Including extending detention of persons by changing procedures or restriction requirements.xxvi
Unfortunately, Jami-Lee Ross and Erica Stanford lacked the incites, forthrightness, and confidence to make clear objections that New Zealand’s ‘Covid Regime’ was serving far-reaching geo-political agendas.
Along with most other governments – New Zealand’s Government avoids full disclosure about the machinations underpinning Covid-19 ‘pandemic’. Instead, New Zealand’s Government is manufacturing consent based on scientific fraud, in-explicitly stated medical martial law and secret geo-political objectives.
New Zealand’s managed isolation and quarantine (MIQ) system, as well as the national-wide, or regional-wide, or district-wide house arrests actually breach freedom of movement, freedom of association and freedom to live with dignity. This infringements have been imposed over a pandemic with a crude mortality rate estimated by the CDC in July to be approximately 0.65%, up from an earlier estimate of 0.26%.
However, the actually crude mortality rates are far lower. As of September 8th 2020, approximately 890,687 Covid-19 deaths reported worldwide, while the United States reported 189,166 and the United Kingdom reported 41,643, and New Zealand reported a total of 24 Covid deaths.
Professor Neil Ferguson of the Gate Foundation-sponsored Imperial College, whom projected that up to 2.5 million in the U.S., or 0.00755%, and 500,000 people in the U.K., or 0.00735% could die from Covid-19 unless drastic lockdown measures were taken to mitigate the Covid contagion. Taking the U.S. population figure to be 331 million, the crude death rate is 0.00057%, while the crude death rate for the U.K. is 0.00061% for a population of 68 million. New Zealand’s death count of 24 out of the so-called ‘team of 5 million’ is 0.0000048%, which is close to the statistically insignificant number of 0.0000002% when the first Covid death occurred on March 29th.
New Zealand’s 1st Covid death moment came a little over three days after the Techno-Feudal Plantation Economy was shutdown, and the entire population, except essential workers, were placed under house arrest. This record means New Zealand is a nation of easily frightened or submissive sheeple, whom lack rational critical thinking capacities informed by a solid comprehension of propaganda and whom lack resilient community mechanisms in existing institutions, groups and networks to push-back against psychological warfare attacks. Because – much of the public discourse has been sheep-splaining, instead of investigating the mechanisms by which the world was spooked into lock-step compliance to march to a fear-porn driven brainwashing contagion whose amplified transmission was spread by a mechanisms, mediums and media unavailable to most people at the beginning of the millenium: internet broadcasting systems.
While many have said the house arrests mitigated a pandemic that could have been more horrific – it needs to borne in mind that Covid-19 is only lethal to people with other morbidities, or due to poor treatment and mostly impacts the elderly. For instance, in the United States, 94% people of those who were reported to have died from, or with, Covid-19 had other serious health conditions – as the CDC reported at the end of August. This means the ‘health responses’ to order the shut-down of an entire nation was mismatched, disproportionate and an irresponsible reaction to the health threat and were therefore panic reactions of captured health officials to a planned supranational deep state policy shock intended to inflict malign economic warfare therapies, curtailment of civil liberties and widespread state welfare dependence.
Particularly when the World Health Organization estimates that 290,000 to 650,000 people die of flu-related causes every year worldwide. Yet, the reporting system for influenza is patchy.
Evidently, the New Zealand Government’s health surveillance system automatically dismisses out-of-hand counter-arguments presented by scientists, doctors and nurses on the so-called ‘free’ and increasingly censored Internet.
The Government of New Zealand cannot bring itself to admit that it is striding in lock-step adherence to the WHO’s pandemic declaration, the Imperial College’s pandemic mitigation modelling and a plot hatched by a Global Health Syndicate, whom are working in a political conspiracy and an economic game of collusion to accumulate more power, wealth and control.
Therefore, there can be ‘proportionality’ to an alleged ‘health crisis’ that has been amplified in the ‘public mind’, due to the hysteria spread in the absence of airing the concerns of dissenting scientists, doctors and nurses. Likewise, there can no claimed application of the ‘precautionary principle’ – as Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has unwisely, unsoundly and unlawfully claimed to repeatedly justify measures of incremental tyranny implemented for a so-called ‘public health emergency’ that would not even qualify as an epidemic in New Zealand.
A fictitious health security matrix complete with A.I. algorythm-driven behaviour modification signals, credits and demerits would together act to displace spontaneous autonomous face-to-face contact, unmediated gatherings, and unregulated privacy – while public health undergoes a stealthy takeover by a Global Health Syndicate imposing a new world technocratic superstructure.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s investment in Monsanto and Bayer’s buyout of Monsanto, has disturbing implications when such developments of the linkages of a foundation at the center of ‘global health‘ initiatives are combined with knowledge of the entwinement between the Gates family and the Rockefeller dynasty.
For one thing, the Rockefellers’ Standard Oil of New Jersey supplied I.G. Farben with technology, processes and patents to produce the most advanced fuels, anti-knocking products, and oil additives vital for Germany to run a viable mechanized air force, army and navy.xxxvi The Rockefellers’ Standard Oil cartel also purchased significant stakes in General Electric, General Motors and IBM, to supply the Nazis war machine with technologies.
IBM, for its part, not only supplied their computing machines and punch card systems to the Nazis, so that Jewish, gypsy and gay people could be efficiently rounded up, transported across Europe and worked to death in hundreds of concentration camps. As Edwin Black proves compellingly in his book, IBM and the Holocaust, the solutions company also maintained its own leased machines, constantly redesigned the punch cards in full knowledge of their customers’ purposes, and collected on the profits, as per arrangement, after World War II and the Final Solution. In other words, IBM’s punch card machines were an efficient data collecting mass surveillance tool for storing, organizing and communicating metadata to prosecute the Holocaust.
The Rockefeller Foundation helped fund the Eugenics Record Office (1910-1939) as a department of the Carnegie Institute of Washington Station for Experimental Evolution at Cold Spring Harbor New York, which came into disrepute in the 1930s for its superintendent’s sterilization laws, that were adopted by more than 30 states and were used as the model for Germany’s 1933 sterilization laws.xxxvii Fascinatingly, the membership roster of the American Eugenics Society included a W. H. Gates.xxxviii
The founding director of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research, William W. Welch, was also the Vice Chairman of the Eugenics Record Office, which was founded in 1910 by Mrs E. H. Harriman of the Harriman Railroad Cartel in partnership with their longstanding Robber Baron kindred spirits, the Rockefellers. The Rockefeller Foundation also sponsored researchers at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institutes in Germany, including Swiss-born German psychiatrist, geneticist, eugenicist and Nazi Ernst Rüdin who helped draft Nazi Germany’s eugenics sterilization law. In 1952, and after the horrific scale of the Nazi Empire’s cruel eugenics experiments, sterilizations and murders became known, the long-time director of America Eugenics Society Frederick Osborn and John D. Rockefeller III founded the Population Council. The Population Council pursued a stealthy modus operandi of building a network through grants and fellowships in ex-colonial nations, to spread birth control without foreign populations realizing it was an American effort, lest an imperial design was detected.
The American Eugenics Society, which produced the Eugenics Quarterly and renamed the journal Social Biology in 1969, was directed by Alan Frank Guttmacher, who also simultaneously served as head of Planned Parenthood, before William Gates Sr became the chairman. Planned Parenthood was founded by Margaret Sanger whose pro-abortion vision was driven by the eugenicist utopian vision to improve the human race through planned breeding based on genetic traits, or ‘hereditary hygiene’.xxxix Sanger had founded the American Birth Control League in 1921, and in 1939, this institution was merged with the Clinical Research Bureau to form the Birth Control Federation of America (BCFA). which changed its named to the Planned Parenthood Federation of America in 1942.
Sanger chose Dr. Clarence J. Gamble, of the soap-manufacturing company Procter and Gamble, to be the BCFA regional director of the South.xl In November 1939 memorandum entitled “Suggestions for the Negro Project,” Gamble stated “black leaders might regard birth control as an extermination plot” as Tanya L Green reported in her investigation, “The NEGRO PROJECT: Margaret Sanger’s EUGENIC Plan for Black America” on the Black Genocide website that exposes “the disproportionate amount of Black babies destroyed by the abortion industry”.xli
In a December 1939 response letter to Doctor C.J. Gamble, Sanger made suggestions regarding the “Negro Project” for which she advised it was critical to employ an a full-time Negro physician because “they can get closer to their own members and more or less lay their cards on the table, which means their ignorance, superstitions and doubts.” In other words, white doctors would not be as successful as gleaning the “ignorance, superstitions and doubts” of colored people for the ‘Negro Project’.
With this attitude, it is clear that Sanger’s ‘Negro Project’ was to eventually eradicate African Americans. Sanger’ went on to pitch to Dr Gamble the persuasive power of ministers to dissuade:
“The minister’s work is also important and he should be trained, perhaps by the Federation as to our ideals and the goal that we hope to reach. We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”xlii
In 1942, and while the United States has been drawn into World War II by the design of the Anglo-Dutch-Swiss-American Nexus epic, the Birth Control Federation of America changed its name to Planned Parenthood.
Having gotten away with assisting the Nazi war machine to use slave labour as an instrument of imperial expansion, the Rockefeller’s also funded the American Eugenics Society’s rebranded alter-ego, the Population Council, which was founded in 1952 by John D. Rockefeller III and John Foster Dulles. It turns out it was the Dulles Brothers, John and Allen, who co-wrote the terms of the Treaty of Versailles in 1919 that inflicted harsh terms on war punishments and reparations against Germany as part of Britain’s ruling ‘Secret Elite’ who pursued a diabolical two-global war strategy of world domination – as Guido Giacomo Preparata recounts in Conjuring Hitler: How Britain and America Made the Third Reich.

In a private ceremony at Buckingham Palace on March 2, 2005, Bill Gates III was knighted as a Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth II of the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha.xliii Most of the media coverage ofin the United States reported that Gates was conferred with an honory knighthood, while neglecting to specifically to mention Gates became a Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
Elizabeth II is the Sovereign Head and Prince Charles is a Knight of The Most Noble Order of the Garter, which was founded in 1348 by King Edward III. This English Order of the Garter, which is England’s most prestigious order, and features St George and the Dragon, and was used as a secret mechanism by the grandfather of Queen Elizabeth II, King Edward VII (1901-1910), to bind numerous Royal Houses of Europe and the Emperor of Japan into an alliance with Britain in years preceding World War I, as historians Gerry Docherty and Jim Macgregor reveal in Hidden History: The Secret Origins of the First World War.
The British ‘Secret Elite’ were intent on preventing Germany completing a railroad from Berlin to Baghdad, and thus, gaining a trans-continental link to a major source of oil that would rival the British and French-controlled Suez Canal route. By forging a permanent alliance with America counterparts, the British ‘Secret Elite’ sought to construct an integrated international financial system controlled by a ‘grid’ of central banks subordinate to the Anglo-American oligarchs as a consequence of besieging the strongest industrial power of central Europe – Germany – and luring it to smash Russia.
Therefore, how Bill Gates made his fortune with the computing software company Microsoft is critical to comprehending the hidden eugenics agenda that underpins why the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation came to be at the center of the Global Health Syndicate. Microsoft’s ‘big break’ to supply IBM with software to assist its move into the personal computer market occurred as a result of Bill Gates’ mother (nee Mary Ann Maxwell) who asked IBM Chairman and CEO, John Opel, to arrange help for her son. Mary Maxwell Gates and John Opel were directors on the board of United Way America.xliv

Moreover, IBM CEO Thomas J. Watson Jr. was on the board of the Rockefeller Foundation in 1968, which is significant because at this time Rockefeller’s used their Foundation recommitted to its eugenicist utopian vision. This Rockefeller’s recommitment to their multi-generational eugenicist vision was also consistent with their machinations to structurally assist the Nazis in an epic program to cull populations, embroil the United States in World War II and wreck Europe with investment in war technologies for Nazi Germany and the Allies.
In 1968, the Rockefeller Foundation annual report spoke about the ‘need’ for research to produce vaccines with an infertility function as a solution for population control.
In 1972, the World Health Organization teamed-up with the Rockefeller Foundation to establish a taskforce on vaccines for fertility regulation. By 1976, WHO researchers had developed a conjugated tetanus toxoid (TT) with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) to produced a “birth-control” vaccine. The anti-HGC vaccine prevents women carrying babies to term by stimulating an immune reaction during early pregnancy causing would-be mothers to produce antibodies to attack a hormone that is secreted on the surface of the embryo to assist it to remain in the womb.
Twenty years later, in 1988, the Rockefeller Foundation skited that a contraceptive vaccine called Norplant which had been developed with funding from the Rockefeller-sponsored Population Council, had been approved for marketing in 12 countries. In 1993, WHO announced a “birth-control vaccine” for “family planning”.xlvi Since the 1993, numerous scandals broke out in developing countries over WHO-sponsored tetanus vaccination programs. The World Health Organization was accused of distributing vaccines laced with HCG to reduce population growth in such places as Mexico in 1993, the Philippines and Nicaragua in 1994, and Peru in 1995.xlvii
That same bat-year of 1995, the Journal of Social Science & Medicine published an article titled, “Social Science & Medicine Immunization to regulate fertility: Biological and cultural frameworks”, in which Angeline FayeSchrater observed the disturbing shift in thinking that pathologized pregnancy. Faye Schrater foresaw the fight that humanity would face when she wrote:
“Many scholars and government officials subscribe to the following logic: the global environmental crisis is due to over-population which necessitates population control programs; thus pregnancy can be considered a disease subject to state control. But pregnancy is not a disease nor is over-population the single major cause of environmental degradation. However, as governments grapple with the economic, social, and ecological consequences of population growth, draconian measures to control fertility will be ever more tempting. The resistance or compliance of individuals (and of populations) will depend greatly upon their social, cultural, economic, and gendered places in society.”xlviii
In 2009, the Good Morning America program on ABC News reported on a ‘secret’ meeting between billionaires Bill Gates Warren Buffet, David Rockefeller Sr, Michael Bloomberg, Ted Turner, George Soros and Oprah Winfrey. ABC reporter John Berman depicted the “Secret Billionaires’ Club” as being like the Super Friends cartoon superheroes meeting to save then world. But, ABC News failed to report the objective of the meeting was “to consider how their wealth could be used to slow the growth of the world’s population.”
In the bat-year of 2010 – while presenting at TedTalk, Bill Gates presented a ‘formula’ on the factors that might be manipulated to reduce carbon dioxide, a gas which is exhaled by human mortals and that the world’s threatened forests need to survive. Being a billionaire eugenicist, Gates noted that first factor that contributed to CO2 was the human population, with the planet being home to 6.8 billion people at the time. Gates added:
“Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that [human population] by, perhaps, 10 or 15 percent.”
This remark by Gates has been widely cited by his critics as a codified communication to signal depopulation. Because, while you would expect a portion of reproductive health services to reduce population growth through contraception, and family planning education, you would also expect the other categories – vaccines, heath care – to save lives.
But, as Bill Gates has often claimed, when the health of poor families improve, parents choose to have less children and consequently “population growth reduces in half a generation”. While that may be true, it doesn’t necessarily mean that Gates is not a eugenicist.
For one thing, during this 2010 TedTalk, Gates was advocating CO2 tax, cap and trade system, burning depleted uranium as an energy source and mass deploying so-called zero-emission technology which is code for gaining carbon neutral outset credits – as part of broader technocratic plan to build out Smart-chipped mega-cities under the rubric of sustainable development.
And for another thing, Gates invested in experimental climate geo-engineering projects, supposedly intended to address global warming. One such project, was a Harvard University ‘controlled experiment’ in Spring 2019 to spray millions of tonnes of tiny calcium carbonate chalk into the stratophere to dim the sun’s light.xlix This project was evidently designed to determine its efficacy for reducing the Earth’s temperature. Dimming the world’s sunlight appears to be excellent way to sabotage agriculture by reducing crop harvest yields, and would, therefore, be consistent with a eugenicist philosophy to reduce the general population by engineering food scarcity.
Moreover, Gates has sought to reduce levels of CO2 levels by developing industrial-scale carbon dioxide capturing technology, which is what trees ‘breath in’. And with the help of the process of photosynthesis or the absorption of sunlight through leaves, trees also ‘breath out’ oxygen which human animals need to ‘breath in’ to stay alive.
In bat-year of 2012 in London, and on the 100th anniversary of the First International Eugenics Congress that took place in London, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation sponsored a Family Planning Summit, and recommitted to Third World population control. This includes programs to mass distribution contraceptives such as injectables and implants and IUDs in additions to condoms.l This can sound benign.
Except, when it is realised that controlling Third World population is consistent with the population control policy written by David Rockefeller’s friend and fellow schemer, Henry Kissinger, when he was U.S. Secretary of State. In the once-secret National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200), the logic for controlling Third World population growth was to produce social stability because rising populations would lead to civil disturbances, changes in the world order balance of power, and complicate access to resources that were deemed necessary to sustain the growth of the U.S. economy.li ‘The Kissinger Report’ stated:
“The US economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less developed countries. That fact gives the US enhanced interest in the political, economic and social stability of the supplying countries. Wherever a lessening of population pressures through reduced birth rates can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resource supplies and to economic interests of the United States.”lii
NSSM named 13 “key countries” that were of “special political and strategic interest” to the United States: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Turkey, Nigeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. Kissinger viewed population growth in those nations as problematic, because their rapid growth would translate into pressures on their relative political, economic, and military power. The National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200), also asked “Would food be considered an instrument of national power?” and whether the United States would be willing to restrict food aid “to help people who can’t/won’t control their population growth?”
Therefore, the meddling of eugenicist-minded Western oligarchs in Third World counties expected to supply resources becomes apparent by seeing what philanthro-capitalists can’t or won’t fund. For example, the Bill and Melinda Gates are not simultaneously funding programs to fight legals battles to dismantle market dominating cartels the control the world’s food, energy, chemicals, medicines, construction, transport, manufacturing, media, money, telecommunications and information technology supplies.
In the same bat-year of 2014, the eugenicists suffered a set-back.
President Barack Hussein Obama banned ‘Gain of Function’ research on on potential pandemic viruses such as avian flu, SARS and MERS amid concerns from scientists. This research could be dual purposed, to make vaccines or to weaponize pathogens.
It turns out, Dr Fauci and his team of scientists had partnered with a team of Chinese scientists to study bat coronaviruses and their effects on human cells after the SARS outbreak in 2002. They not only created pandemic ‘superbugs’ more virulent than the strains found in nature. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) control the money flow from the patents on the corona virus, the disease, the detection and all of the measures. From 2003 to 2018, Dr Anthony Fauci Baric controlled the cash flow that built the empire around the industrial complex of the coronavirus.
Dr Fauci seems to have doubled down. Fauci used the National Institute of Health (NIH) to fund biological ‘Gain of Function’ research at China’s first level 4 biological military lab, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which is administered by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, located in Jiangxia District, Wuhan, Hubei Province. Wuhan’s Bioweapons Lab is located about 30 kilometers from the Huanan Seafood Market, and is one of 54 known BSL-4 laboratories worldwide. Dr Fauci funded this ‘Gain of Function’ research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in two installments of $3.7 million for three year terms, the first beginning in 2014 under Obama’s watch, and the second in 2017 under Trump’s watch.
While Dr Fauci had diverted the U.S. National Institute of Health’s funds for the banned ‘gain of function’ biological research to take place in Wuhan, Bill Gates was lobbying for ‘germ games’.
In a 2015 TedTalk titled, “The Next Outbreak? We’re not ready”, Gates lobbied for germ games and promoted the idea of combining the military’s logistical capacity with medical field professionals to create a medical corps. In other words, Gates was calling for a medical-martial merger between the health systems and military systems.
Since abortion was made legal in 1973 in the United States, the lives of nearly 57 million pre-born babies have been extinguished.liii The Planned Parenthood clinics that were founded by Margaret Sanger and funded by the Rockefellers and subsequently chaired by William Gates Sr when they lobbied for the legalization of abortion, impacted most the working class populations, particularly African Americans, whom made grim choices. Ironically, when Planned Parenthood publicly apologized in 2020, for the racist legacy of its founder Margaret Sanger, amid the attention brought by Black Lives Matter to the impact that mass abortions have wrought on African Americans, the institution did not explain exactly the nature of eugenicist legacy. Planned Parenthood’s apology was empty, because it avoided supplying admissions of its institutional power relations with the eugenicist fundamentalists of America’s upper class and their stealthy switch from forced sterilizations in its heyday, to sucessfully lobbying for the legalization of abortions as a mechanism for population control inflicted upon all unborn lives conceived in wombs, while that very upper class simultaneously triggered economic warfare, worldwide.
Bill Gate’s father William Gates II also helped Howard Schultz found Starbucks, whose food-like substances include traces of pesticides, GMOs, and growth hormones that lead to fertility problems, cancer and chronic disease.liv
The background of Bill Gates, his family and their ties to the eugenics movement shows that the Western Empire Syndicate has a stealthy agenda to control the world’s population with a two pronged approach. One prong of this eugenicist vision is limiting general population growth through vaccines, compounds in foods and implantable chips that have sterility functions, as bat-shit mad conspiracy theory as it sounds.
The second prong of population control is about maintaining social control on a permanent basis through investment in a technological super-structure of global governance, SMART-Grid infrastructure and mega-cities marketed that appear to be apolitical because the ‘sustainable development’ rhetoric seems to have buy-in from all walks of life, age groups and political segments. The roll-out of a Techno-Feudal system with chipped immunity passports, mass biometric data collection and the deployment of 5G telecommunications technologies are crucial infrastructure to trace, track and ticket everyone on the planet.

Or, in places where there’s high air pollution from traffic such as in Gotham City. Because, Covid patients dying of hypoxy. A hypoxic injury – which is a lack of oxygen in the lungs when fluid accumulates in the lungs (also referred to as a ‘ground glass reaction’) and other organs showing signs of a loss of oyxygen. The person looks as if they have been taken from sea level to Mt Everest in five minutes. This happened in 2002 with Sars – and its happening again with Covid. Ironically, the Bill Gates and Melinda Gates Foundation own a stake in Monsanto.xxxii

This new global architecture, which was pre-planned and has gained momentum in these Covid times, is the unspoken aspect of “population control”. This unacknowledged feature of “population control” is slickly marketed social control under the rubric of a global health crisis, which scrubs the incremental Medical Martial Law hygienically clean.
Technocracy is the cartelization of business into hidden monopolies that construct a scientific dictatorship based on structural racketeering through the infliction of strategic sabotages of whole societies in order to produce privatized governments. A technorati comprising professional élites manage the technocratic system with technicians, engineers and scientists in service of super-rich people, or oligarchs, who use their vast economic resources to steer the trajectory of whole societies, as Patrick Wood explains in Technocracy Rising: The Trojan Horse of Global Transformation. Because oligarchs can only exist is societies of great material inequality and thrive best in crisis-ridden societies, it is in their interests to develop a system in which social control is total, innovative and permanent.
This utopian vision was expressed by Zbigniew Brzezinski in his 1970 book, Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era, in which he stated the Technetronic Era would be humanity’s fourth and final stage of evolution. The Technetronic Era would feature a controlled, directed global society dominated by an élite claiming superior scientific knowledge, manipulating public behaviour, and maintaining control through control with universal surveillance. Evidently, this degenerate Technetronic Era vision was the culmination of three great stages of human evolution – religious cultism, nationalism and Marxism. To achieve the vision of the Technetronic Era, the old administrative system of liberal democracy would have to replaced by technocracy.
To this scheming end, Rockefeller and Brzezinski presented the idea for the Trilateral Commission, to a select group of élites of North America and Europe that represented dynastic ruling families, monarchies and key institutions in banking, industrial cartels, politics, military, intelligence agencies, media, think-tanks, and academia at the 1972 Bilderberg Foundation Conference at La Reserve Hotel, Knokke, Belgium. The Trilateral Commission, which incorporated Japan into élite planning with North America and Europe and was established in 1973, was tasked to formulate policies, strategies and tactics to deal with what was termed a ‘Governance Crisis’ that faced the Western Civilization.
These glimpses behind the ‘Covid-Curtain’ opens an intriguing and illuminating passage to a parallel universe.

The dystopia under construction today is a Techno-Feudal World Order Utopia.
Techno-Feudalism is a form a totalitarianism. In The Origins of Totalitarianism, Hannah Arendt wrote, “Totalitarianism strives not to achieve despotic rule over men, but toward a system in which men are superfluous.” In other words, this totalitarian system – technocracy – seeks to make humans pointless, unnecessary and worthless. This corporatized totalitarianism can be hard to detect, perceive or comprehend because the marketing is so slick, the rhetoric is manipulative and imagery is alluring.
The Italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben sees the implications of the unfolding biosecurity paradigm as so far-sweeping that this new operating system “will exceed that of all forms of government known thus far in the political history of the West”. Not least, because it has already achieved impositions on civic life by ministerial decree that fascism could only imagine. The political system that Agamben sees telegraphed includes an expansion of the ‘social distancing’ concept to the political realm, where the entire citizenry is recast as contagion suspects, and the bio-data driven solutions produces a permanent physical distancing.
The objective is to restrict freedom of movement, freedom of association, and freedom of livelihood as part of a broader over-arching agenda to forge a Techno-Feudal totalitarian super-structure complete with total surveillance, resource dominance and universal data control.
This Bio-Security Techno-Feudalist technocracy has three aims.
The first is to make privacy extinct through total surveillance. Once privacy is extinct, the capacity to pursue, express and defend free will become extinct because constant surveillance incursions on spontaneous behaviours, thoughts and imagination transform free will into regulated thought control.
If free will becomes extinct, then True Love will become severely threatened with extinction because True Love is an expression of free will. Absent the capacity to think freely, feel freely, and act freely and move freely – freedom becomes a husk marketed as commodified services that are a proxy for the bona fide unregulated, unmediated and unsurveilled experiences of thriving lives.
Because universal True Love forces are expressive acts of positive anarchy, True Love resists regulation, fights when necessary, and creates bona fide solutions for the evolutionary rejuvenation of thriving culture.
Symbolically, the Corona World Games symbolizes the spineless capitulation of elites in numerous jurisdictions in an epic deceptive quest to capture the world population’s genetic data in order to roll-out out a bio-metric technocratic system.
In a matter of mere hours, days, and weeks, every birth-born human mortal on the planet was eerily cast as bio-hazardous covid-suspects.
The gambit to forge a Techno-Feudalist world sytem through the Great Corona Reset depends on humanity remaining spineless, compliant and silent amid the emergence of a global regime whose modus operandi is a coercive structural entrapment.
Meanwhile public health was steadily displaced with a bio-security operating system, and our remaining post-9/11 civil liberties have steadily been trashed for a stealthy tyrannical technocracy based on scientism, propaganda and weaponized lock-step governance mechanisms.
In a myriad of stealthy ways, humanity is presented with a formiddable challenge to pursue evolutionary emancipation by improvising, designing and and producing a competing principled paradigm, that includes parallel structures to replace existing ideologies, systems, and institutions.
