Decrypting a Geophysical Warfare Event Masquerading as a Natural Disaster

➳ This 15th anniversary dispatch locates the Christchurch Earthquake as one of numerous staged disasters. New Zealand’s issues, scandals and crises are thematically encoded with historical riffs to signal authorship, unity, scapegoats and caution — while telegraphing hidden aims — in plain sight. New Zealand’s staged crises occur with spooky precision-timing to riff off historical events so that the newsmaking psycho-dramatic terror theater, simultaneously performs as cryptic signals intelligence, boasts its ritualized spectacular power and functions to maintain discipline among a sinister cryptocracy that rules the nation from the shadows. 

The staging of these metaphor-laden crises have continued unchecked, in spite of a pattern of cover-ups — involving the authorities — that have been readily obvious to many newsrooms, current affairs units and documentary production companies willing to take a second look. As such, this unsanitized exposure is one of roughly 30 crises over the best part of eight decades. It contains enough spoilers to make the official narratives go flaccid like unwatered house plants in the sunlight, and reveals the inadequacies of ‘watchdogs’ to dive deep into the dark.

➳ Introduction: Christchurch Earthquake, 22 February 2011 — Death Toll: 185

The Christchurch Earthquake of 22 February 2011 is widely believed to be a natural disaster. The 6.3M aftershock, which was part of the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence that commenced on September 4 2010, is most remembered for being a devastating jolting quake that killed approximately 180; some trapped in rubble perished slowly.

One of the enduring mysteries of the Christchurch Earthquake was what possessed transnational oil drilling company, Anadarko, to gain approval from New Zealand’s Economic Development Ministry (MED) to conduct seismic testing for oil and gas in the Canterbury Basin within four hours of the earthquake striking Christchurch.

How uncanny that the quake, which killed 185, just happened to occur on the same day, when the Kapanui Well in Taranaki first produced gas and liquid hydrocarbons in February 22 in 1962. This correspondence appears meaningless. Except, since New Zealand’s Economic Development Ministry approved of Anadarko’s seismic testing for oil and gas in the Canterbury Basin, later the same afternoon as the quake, the expected earthquake belies the tell-tale sign of a drilling-themed staged disaster.

Former Māori Television news and current affairs editor, Steve Snoopman, explores the circumstantial evidence that the Canterbrury Earthquake Sequence — which was reported to have clocked up 13,000 aftershocks — had geophysical warfare hallmarks.

This catalytic event was fixed to be a diabolical ‘worst of type disaster’, and joins up with the Snoopman’s Darkest Days by Dates Down Under series, starting with the Mount Erebus Disaster in 1979 and ending with the Manawanui Grounding in 2024.

And with his Staged Disasters Down Under series: the Ballantynes’ Fire, 18 November 1947; Tangiwhai Disaster, 24 December 1953; Brynderwyn Bus Tragedy, 7 February 1963; Kaimai DC-3 Disaster, July 3 1963; and the Wahine Disaster, 10 April 1968.

However, the quake failed to surpass the 1931 Napier Earthquake’s death toll of 256,

and so February 22 2011 didn’t rank as New Zealand’s number one “darkest day”. That ‘gong’ remains with the planners behind the Erebus Disaster of November 28 1979.

The withdrawal of building codes oversight, lax earthquake risk management and sabotage of the rescue operations were strategically designed to maximize the casuality toll, when the big quake hit Christchurch “on cue” in February 2011.

This cruel callousness is borne out by the gleefully thematic historical date riffs.

Brazenly, ‘the news’ is weaponized as a vector conveying codified signals that the ‘incidents’ were staged. Date riffs are a key detectable sign communicating threats, cooperation, authorship, and to telegraph covert objectives, scapegoats and rewards.

This historical riffing pattern reveals a ‘matrix code’ used by transnational deep state networks to signal their chess-moves to one another as a looming season of hostilities approaches, and into the aftermath to control the damage as allegiances are jolted.

As a modus operandi, such historical riffing signals authorship, cooperation, caution and to telegraph objectives. The signals indicate players are communicating their cooperation to take a plot ‘live’, convey hidden objectives, and to broadcast psychotic humour, thereby posting themselves like hostages — as applied game theory predicts.

Citing scientists who found earthquake precursor anomalies prior to the Darfield and the Christchurch earthquakes in Canterbury New Zealand, as well as the M9 Tōhoku Earthquake in Japan on March 11 2011, Snoopman traces the trail of these geophysical precursor anomalies. In the subsection, “The EMF Connection in an Electro-Magnetic Cosmos”, he cites studies showing the total electron content of the ionosphere increased dramatically over the epicentre, before the quakes struck.

Moreover in September 2016, a Japanese earthquake study found the solar and lunar motions cause changes in the tidal stress state, which may trigger earthquakes. Thus harnessing data about tidal stress state in seismic regions can improve probabilistic earthquake forecasting, especially for extremely large earthquakes, the scientists said.

Their work indirectly corroborated a New Zealand amateur forecaster, Ken Ring, who had forewarned of an earthquake for Christchurch eight days prior, citing lunar activity. Ring was scapegoated as a pariah in the media, while newsrooms missed the point that earthquake forecasting, though rudimentary, was possible.

To this end, Snoopman sketches the possible technologies, mechanisms and institutions that may have been harnessed for ‘seismic unrest’ with horrific impact.

Intriguingly, the Canterbury (Christchurch) Earthquake sequence, as well as the Kaikōura Earthquake sequence coincided with the presence of American ‘deep state’ actors in New Zealand, and when the country was hosting multi-national military contingents, and also when there was (were) a seismic survey ship(s), in the quake zones. The apparent hidden objectives are explored in these uncanny ‘coincidences’.

In week prior to the Christchurch Earthquake, the Air Force No 40. Squadron had conducted a combat and disaster relief exercise over the Canterbury Plains. And from February 21 to March 10, New Zealand’s Defence Force was to host a biannual multi-national exercise, Southern Katipo 2011, at Timaru and Omaru. But, it was cancelled.

The ‘coincidence’ of drills, exercises and war-games occurring simultaneously to a shooting, bombing or a hijacking, or other crisis provides the cover for deep state actors to take the training scenarios live, by leveraging a national security state’s compartmentalized operation classifications. Transnational cyptocratic dark states can exploit the confusion about whether the phenomena is an exercise or a real world situation, while maintaining plausible deniability about the ‘coincidences’.

The earthquakes may have been engineered and inflicted as aggressive events to re-integrate New Zealand into the Anglo-American Empire after three decades of cooled relations over the ANZUS military alliance rift, and the Rainbow Warrior Bombing.

The signing of a US-NZ political-military-economic agreement called the ‘Wellington Declaration’ in the capital city on November 4 2010 by Hillary Clinton all but ended the rift. The subsequent visit to New Zealand by John Kerry on November 13 2016 just hours before the Kaikōura Earthquake, also coincided with the first visit of a US Navy ship to New Zealand waters in 33 years — and seemed to signal a price was paid.

Snoopman presents the supposition that New Zealand is a closet pivot state; meaning key insiders of the national security state periodically inflict engineered ‘deep events’ — in collaboration with their Western counterparts — to pivot the Western aligned countries deeper into the Empire’s orbit. The events deserve a second look.

Ergo, there lurks another layer to New Zealand’s recent past and the trail of meta-data reveals encrypted ‘glyphs’ or ‘runes’ of a network who ‘hex’ targets in terrible tricks.

Snoopman’s time travelling tale traces an epitome of evil most of his fellow monkeys might thunk could only happen in horror novels, epic noir flicks or grim stage plays.

As such, this heretical dispatch teaches snoop-readers how to apply Sherlock Holmes or Agatha Christie logic to Nancy Drew or Scooby Doo enduring mysteries, current crimes and unfolding news events in order to spot-light the spooky darkness.

Key Findings: The re-integration of New Zealand into the Anglo-American Empire was, in effect, ‘book-ended’ by the two earthquake sequences, Canterbury and Kaikōura. The precision timing of the Christchurch Earthquake struck a drilling-themed historical riff to signal a significant milestone in this re-integration theater.

This re-integration theater featured political, commercial and martial aspects. Chess moves were made in plain sight either on the news, or in government and corporate reports, as players posted themselves as ‘hostages’ in accordance with game theory.

Such ‘hostage exchanges’ are calculated to stabilize relations as power structures undergo transformations. The cryptic symbol sorcery that is codified into the metaphor-laden events belie a transnational network that Snoopman calls the cryptocratic dark state. By inflicting Trojan horse catalytic crises, this cryptocracy seeks to transform New Zealand into a technofeudalist digital dystopia without the public quite realizing how they are being played. The crises traumatise families, divide communities and entrain the population to accept the creepy ‘desired solutions’.

➳ One of New Zealand’s Darkest Days: A Case of Militarized Disaster-Terrorism?

Snapshot: At 12:51pm on Tuesday February 22 2011, a 6.3M aftershock struck Christchurch, jolting the city with destructive force, killing 185. The quake riffed off the historical date, February 22 1962, when the Kapanui Well in Taranaki first produced gas and liquid hydrocarbons. About four hours after the earthquake, the American oil drilling company, Anadarko, gained approval from New Zealand’s Economic Development Ministry (MED) to conduct seismic testing for oil and gas in the Canterbury Basin. Ergo, an oil-exploration-themed metaphor was laden into the engineered earthquake to signal a coup d’état was inflicted to advance economic integration, as well as to deepen the military re-integration of New Zealand back into the Western Alliance.

The 6.3 magnitude Christchurch Earthquake — which struct at lunchtime, 12.51pm, on 22 February 2011 — was devastating. The death toll was 185 people, including 115 in the Canterbury TV building, 18 in the Pyne Gould building, and 8 on Red Bus #702, while approximately 5,800 were injured and over 100,000 homes damaged.

The Canterbury Earthquake Sequence, which included the 6.3M Christchurch Earthquake of 22 February 2011, was reported to have clocked up 13,000 aftershocks.

The quake finished the job off following the 7.1M Darfield quake of September 4 2010.

Potently, this 7.1M Darfield quake, which kicked off the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence, struck with codified themes of banking, cathedral fund-raising and even telegraphing the next disaster. Given the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence, commenced with the Darfield Earthquake of September 4th 2010, and would lead to a costly rebuild after the enormous damage that occurred during the Christchurch Earthquake, what are the odds, that on September 4th 1840, the New Zealand Banking Company opened its head office on Turner’s Terrace, Kororareka (now Russell)?

And how uncanny that on September 4 1842, New Zealand’s first Anglican Bishop, George Augustus Selwyn, preached in Nelson to raise funds for the construction of a cathedral? After all, numerous churches were predictably damaged on September 4 2010. And, on February 22 2011, the damages to the Anglican and Catholic cathedrals were catastrophic. Yet, the 7.1M Darfield quake also telegraphed the direction the cryptocratic dark state was headed with their next staged ‘disaster’. What are the odds that on September 4 1868, the Westport to Hokitika telegraph started operation?

Uncanny, because it was gold and coal mining that fuelled a boom on the West Coast in the 1860s. Spookily, the Pike River Coal Mine would explode on November 19 2010, precisely 42 years after the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier, the USS America sailed into Wellington Harbour. Given that the day November 19, leaves 42 days left in the year, it is worth observing that at the time of the Pike River Disaster, Bank of America was among three Wall Street banks with shares in a Perth-based coal-mining company, Bathurst Resources, which later became New Zealand’s largest coal-mining company.

Naturally, earnest efforts to shutdown, or red sticker, seriously at-risk buildings after the 7.1M jolt, were stymied in order to ensure the February 22 2011 would be a contender as a ‘worst of type disaster’. To qualify, it would need to kill more than 256 humans, and thereby surpass the Napier Earthquake of 1931 in which 256 perished.

The quake, which was hoped to be ‘a worst of type disaster’, coincided with the presence of American ‘deep state’ actors in N.Z., and when the country was hosting multi-national military contingents, and also when there was (were) a seismic survey ship(s), in the quake zone, while HMNZS Canterbury was docked at Lyttleton Port.

The epicenter of the M6.3 aftershock on February 22 2011 was 5 kms below Heathcote Valley in the Port Hills, right on a sub-surface fault structure. The Cracroft Caverns Laboratory in Cashmere were but a ‘stone’s throw’ distance from this Port Hills fault.

The 5-second rupture started from a small fault about 8 to 10 kilometers long located under the Port Hills, near the city. The quake started in hard volcanic rock in short energetic waves and moved to soft sediment rock that reverberated under the city, which increased the amplitude in longer and slower waves to become violent jolts.

The date meta-data is the dead giveaway an American-themed engineered earthquake.

It would appear that the transnational oil drilling company, Anadarko, got the jump when it gained approval from the Economic Development Ministry (MED) to conduct seismic testing for oil and gas in the Canterbury Basin, just over four hours after the 6.3M Christchurch Earthquake on February 22 2011. Canterbury Basin extends from south of Christchurch to south of Dunedin. In 2010, Anadarko Petroleum Corp gained approval to operate a frontier exploratory well with Origin Energy Resources NZ Ltd in an area 40 miles east of Dunedin in the southern part of the basin. The February 22 2011 quake, which killed 185, just happened to occur on the historical date, Feb. 22 1962, when the Kapanui Well in Taranaki first produced gas and liquid hydrocarbons.

And so, the Ministery of Economic Development’s Crown Minerals reassured Anadarko that the Chrsistchurch Earthquake wouldn’t hinder their seismic tests.

At 5.28pm, Feb. 22, Crown Minerals geologist David Witkowski sent an email to Bruce Morris, of BDM Consulting, and British-based Simon Robinson, Anadarko’s seismic acquisition specialist, saying Anadarko’s application to begin seismic data acquisition in the “afternoon or evening of February 23” should not be hindered by the quake.

The US-based Anadarko and and the Australian-based Origin Energy announced on February 25 2010, they had signed a deal in which Anadarko bought a 50 per cent interest in Origin’s offshore exploration permit, PEP 38262, in the Canterbury Basin.

Origin said it had commenced evaluation studies in the area in 2005, the year after the Foreshore and Seabed Act 2004 sought to over-ride the 2003 decision of the New Zealand Court of Appeal regarding customary rights to the foreshore and seabed. Delivered on June 19 2003, in Attorney-General v Ngāti Apa [2003] 3 NZLR 643, this landmark ruling over-turned decades of precedent and held that the Māori Land Court had jurisdiction to determine whether areas of the foreshore and seabed had the status of Māori customary land. Consequently, no petroleum block permits were granted in 2004, according to the Goverment’s Petroleum and Minerals agency.

The date June 19 2003, was potent because it was on June 19 1861 that the New Zealand Bank Bill was introduced into the House of Representatives. This Bank Bill would establish the Bank of New Zealand, which would become the conduit for financing the escalation of the New Zealand Masonic Revolutionary War of 1860-72.

This Masonic Revolutionary War, which is commonly referred to as the New Zealand Land Wars, was the consolidation stage to fulfil the Conquest Element of the ‘Doctrine of Discovery’, which the European Cannon Powers exercised by stealth. The Doctrine of Discovery, which was a legal code that the European cannon powers applied to territories of the ‘New World’ to claim as colonial possessions, justified on the basis that peoples who lacked Christianity automatically had less political rights.

New Zealand Anadarko spokesman Alan Seay said seismic acquisition of data took place “more or less continuously 24 hours a day” between February 23 and March 28.

Economic Development Ministry spokeswoman Tracy Dillimore confirmed the application for seismic line tails should have been approved on February 22, but was not officially signed off until February 28. What are the odds that this approval to conduct seismic testing for oil and gas in the Canterbury Basin was formally granted on February 28 2011, given that on the same day February 28 in 1853, the boundaries for the province of Canterbury as well as Wellington, Nelson, Otago and New Plymouth (subsquently changed to Taranaki in 1858), were defined by proclamation under the Constitution Act 1852, by Freemason Governor Bro. George Grey?

In 2011, no new permits to prospect, explore, or mine for petroleum were issued. The Key Government repealed the governance over the Foreshore and Seabed Act 2004, which was designed to circumvent Māori customary title claims to include customary rights. The Key led-Government’s Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011 was passed by Parliament 30 days after the Christchurch quake, on March 24 2011.

Given the electromagetic technology used to prospect offshore for oil, what are the odds that on March 24 1902, the Pacific Cable landed at Doubtless Bay, North Island.

Indeed, in the two years before the Christchurch Earthquake there were only two oil and gas prospecting permits granted, while the Key Government went through the process of negotiating the repeal to governance over the Foreshore and Seabed Act 2004, to include customary rights with Māori. Given this exploration-themed earthquake disaster, it is intriguing to observe that the MV Rena ran aground on Astrolabe Reef on October 5 2011. The Rena broke apart on the reef, and the ensuing oil spill was described at the time as New Zealand’s worst environmental disaster.

The reef was named by Jules Dumont d’Urville after his ship Astrolabe, when it nearly ran aground there on 16 February 1827. The name Astrolabe derives from an early navigational instrument, the astrolabe, a precursor to the sextant — used by Cook.

In turn, the Rena ran aground on the same day that a historical secret meeting of the New Zealand Company held in London, October 5 1840, to negotiate with Lord John Russell for official recognition. The settlement company’s meeting with the Secretary of State for War and the Colonies occurred at a pivotal time. Three days prior, Queen Victoria approved Governor William Hobson’s proclamation of sovereignty over the whole of New Zealand on October 2nd 1840, via the London Gazette. As Snoopman had compellingly argued in his dispatch, “Deep History of Waitangi: The Queen Victoria Connection”, the mission to treat with the aboriginal and indigenous tribes of New Zealand was theater, and paper sovereignty was gained by other pieces of paper. Indeed, six days after the nine Waitangi Treaty parchments arrived in London on November 10 1840, the Queen’s Royal Seal would be used to erect a colony with a Royal Charter. This chess move was about optics, since the ruse was to construe that ‘the natives’ willingly signed away, or ceded, sovereignty — with the English version.

The British Masonic takeover of New Zealand couldn’t be initiated through Parliament because such chess moves would alert agents of the rival cannon powers. And so, the route was commenced through Buckingham Palace, first with a boundary extension by Letters Patent to expand the jurisdiction of New South Wales around NZ.

As a thematic riffing motif codified into the Rena Grounding, this correspondence functioned as signals intelligence that this ‘disaster’ was a staged event. The in-built threat communicated that the cryptocracy possesses the spectacular power to make themed disasters occur at a time, place and of a type of their choosing, by magnitude. Indeed, the cryptocracy was demanding official recognition, or the disasters could be more horrific, more frequent or more targetted, to overwhelm the state’s resources.

New Zealand’s cryptocratic dark state had telegraphed a threat about ‘recognition’.

Given the codified petroleum exploration-thematic metaphor laden into the timing of the Christchurch Earthquake and the disaster precursor-and-aftermath signalling, what are the odds that Christchurch would have the ‘good fortune’ to qualify in the first muster of the Rockefeller Brother’s 33 ‘resilient cities’ in 2016.

On September 13^th 2016, the Christchurch City Council signed the ‘Resilience Pledge’ and earmarked 10 percent of the city’s 2017/2018 expenditure to allegedly build the city’s resilience. Newly elected Mayor Lianne Dalziel signed the pledge, which was an endorsement of the central government’s ‘100 Days’ blueprint that had over-rode the Christchurch City Council’s redevelopment plan based on the peoples’ ideas.

Mayor Dalziel had campaigned on a platform that the City Council would drive the redevelopment rather than central government. In 2013, Mayor Bob Parker, withdrew from the electoral race after he clashed with the ministers of the Key Government over their control of the rebuild. The 100 Resilient Cities initiative supposedly sought to address chronic stresses like unemployment and inefficient or overtaxed public transport, and acute shocks like earthquakes, floods and terrorist attacks.

Given the dissatisfaction of Cantabarians with the insurance and construction cartel, what are the odds that Resilence Pledge signing on September 13 2016, riffed off the historical date of September 13 1840, when dissatisfied New Zealand Company colonists from Wellington arrived at Auckland aboard the barque Platina?

With this dissatisfaction metaphor-laden event, Cantabarians were being mocked.

This ostensibly wholesome Rockefeller Foundation initiative is ironic given that when the super-rich David Rockefeller was chairman of the New York-based Council on Foreign Relations (1970-1985), this global policy-shaping think-tank spear-headed the stealthy ‘1980s Project’. This was a blueprint for the North Atlantic capitalist class to re-assert their dominance over the world through the Shock Doctrine economic warfare framework. The Rockefeller’s fortune was made by forging the Standard Oil cartel. ExxonMobil merged the New Jersey and New York Standard Oil properties.

Prior to the Christchurch Earthquake, the U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton spoke in Christchurch during her visit to sign the ‘Wellington Declaration’.

The question arises: did Hillary Clinton and her inner circle of State Department officials expect the earthquake to strike on the day it happened — during lunchtime?

Strangely, when an emil subject-lined “6.3 magnitude earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand” was circulated to “OpsAlert” recipients of the U.S. State Department, one State Department Official, Jacob Sullivan, wrote in reaction, “And on cue”.

Mr Sullivan was the State Department’s closest international travelling aide to Hillary Clinton, who at the time was U.S. Secretary of the State in the American Empire’s Obama Regime, which marketed ‘hope and change’, but sold hopium instead.

The email became public in March 2016, and was among the WikiLeaks’ release of the “Hillary Clinton Email Archive” of emails, media files and other document caches retrieved from the private server owned by Hillary Clinton, of the Clinton Crime Syndicate. This email creates the suspicion that Sullivan and a close circle of recipients, including Hillary Clinton, expected the earthquake to strike on 22.02.2011.

And, as if by some portentous Shakespearean omen, just 10 days prior to the Christchurch Earthquake, the New Zealand Herald reported that the HMNZS Canterbury would be the Australiasian crisis response ship for relief in natural and man-made disasters. The Pacific Partnership is a US-led multi-national ‘Indo-Pacific’ humanitarian and civic assistance project that followed the disaster relief of the horrific December 2004 Sumatra Earthquake and Tsunami, as Steven Paget noted in his paper, “COMING FULL CIRCLE: The Renaissance of Anzac Amphibiosity”, published in the Spring 2017 edition of Naval War College Review. Paget’s paper traced the incremental re-binding of military ties with the United States following an accommodation period in the aftermath of the ANZUS rift over the NZ Labour Party’s nuclear free zone policy; a rift that widened into a chasm after the Rainbow Warrior Bombing. A planning meeting for the 2011 Pacific Partnership occurred in San Diego on February 16 and 17, at the US Navy’s Third Fleet’s headquarter’s compound.

Commodore Jim Gilmour was on the bridge at the time the earthquake struck.

Previously, Gilmour was the Commanding Officer HMNZS Canterbury when it took part in the NZDF’s humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations following the September 2009 Samoa earthquake and tsunami. Later, he was made Rear Admiral and took over as New Zealand’s Commander of the Joint Forces on Halloween in 2018.

The HMNZS Resolution, a hydrographic survey ship equipped with sonar devices, was tasked with mapping Lyttleton Harbour to gauge any changes to the sea-floor profile.

Two days after the NZ Navy’s HMNZS Canterbury was reported on February 12 2011, to be the new headquarters for Pacific disaster relief, the RNZAF announced on February 14 2011, it was conducting a combat and disaster relief exercise. How uncanny that New Zealand’s Navy multipurpose ship bearing the name Canterbury would be named as the new headquarters for Pacific disaster relief on February 12 2011, given that it was on February 12 1841 that the New Zealand Company received its charter of incorporation. And what are the odds that oin February 14 2011 the Royal New Zealand Air Force would announce a combat and disaster relief exercise?

After all, it was on February 14 in 1872 that Te Kooti was engaged by Government forces for the last time. This combat theme was complimented with a disaster relief historical event, since it was on February 14 1915 that a 500-strong Māori contingent sailed from Wellington. The ‘ANZAC’s were drawn into a so-called ‘disaster’ at Gallipoli. In Prolonging the Agony, Doherty and Macgregor revealed how the British Secret Élite devised the Gallipoli Campaign in the Dardanelles to sacrifice Australian and New Zealand men, to keep the Russians in the war on the Eastern Front. Russian Tsar Nicholas II was promised the port city of Constantinople as a ruse to keep Russian Red Army fighting, amid heavy losses and staving off mutiny. Nicholas II fell for the plot because he failed to realize the point of World War I was to embroil Germany and Russia in an epic conflict that would wreck them, in order to control their development, so that they would smash each other again. And in the process, the British Secret Élite hoped to absorb America into a reforged British Empire.

And so, the combat and disaster relief theming of the February 14th date, worked like signals intelligence that the supplies, logistics and technical support were in place. How apt then that on February 14 1929, the electrification of the Lyttelton Railway Tunnel was completed? Especially, since the University of Canterbury built a new ring-laser gyroscope in the Cashmere Cavern with three quarters of a million dollars, awarded by the Marsden Fund in 2010. Particularly since caverns are in the Port Hills.

How uncanny that the Air Force exercises involved flights over mountainous terrain, air-drops and off-load procedures for combat, disaster relief, and evacuation.

On February 22 2011, the NZ Defence Forces’ inaugural multi-national Exercise Southern Katipo (February 21-March 10), turned into a live disaster relief, such as the Army’s Operation Christchurch Quake 2011. The fact of the Canterbury being berthed at Lyttleton Port was described as “a stroke of good fortune” in 2012 by Jane Parfitt Christchurch City Council’s Environment General Manager. But, that was not all.

The HMNZS Canterbury is joined by HMNZS Otago and HMNZS Pukaki, and the fleet become a “core asset” for disaster-relief operations transporting nearly 2000 tonnes of equipment, and 375 personnel in and out of Lyttelton.

New Zealand’s central government appeared to have heeded the cues featured in the Gibson Group’s 2008 movie, Aftershock, a dramatization of a Wellington earthquake. These cues included the ‘need’ to win the support of the media, control access to the CBD, and to have a swift state response for disaster relief to gain public acclaim.

The Army provided a significant visual presence around the central city Red-Zone with 77 Unimog’s transporting equipment and stores, and 47 Pinzgauer Light Operational Vehicles constantly on the move in the broken city. There were also 28 Light Armoured Vehicles working in the area. More than 300 service personnel staff formed a cordon around the worst affected area of Christchurch’s CBD, operating three eight-hour shifts per day. New Zealand’s Army patrolled the cordon using night vision goggles to prevent looting. There were also 129 Singaporean Armed Forces personnel, who are in N.Z. for Exercise Southern Katipo, to work with the N.Z. Army.

There were 1,768 New Zealand Defence Force personnel who were directly involved in the joint force response to the Christchurch Earthquake in 2011. This joint force was comprised of 239 Navy, 1,379 Army and 150 Air Force regular and reserve personnel.

Meanwhile, in Wellington, scientist Kelvin Berryman, just finished giving a talk to first responders at a Civil Defence Conference on how the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence was not over. Berryman, who worked at GNS Science — which studies earthquakes, among other things — said he and all the emergency responders were flown to Christchurch on an Air Force plane the same afternoon. Ergo, many of the nation’s key emergency response leaders were airlifted into the quake-shaking city straight after the Air Force had rehearsed disaster relief operations the previous week.

And meanwhile, New Zealand’s Central Urban Search and Rescue team were in the midst of a rescue training exercise in Palmerston North when they received a call from their Southern Team counterpart leader, Paul Burns, reporting the earthquake.

But, the Northern Team did not take off from Whenuapai Air Force Base until 8:30pm. The teams did not arrive in Christchurch until around midnight, the same time the New South Wales Urban Search and Rescue team arrived. The Civil Defence and Emergency Management Controller was in charge of activity until the state of emergency was declared on 23 February 2011. Control then formally passed to the Director of the Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Management. The Minister of Civil Defence, Gerry Brownlee, was also the Minister of Defence. In effect, Christchurch came under martial law amid critical failures in the emergency response.

The plan was to pick up the Central Team in Palmerston North, and head to Christchurch in a trip taking about 90 minutes. Meanwhile, Fire Service National Operations Manager, Jim Stuart-Black, decided to send the Central Team’s 16 tonnes of equipment from Palmerston North to Christchurch by road, ferry and road. This 12-hour journey meant the rescue gear did not arrive at the disaster zone until 6am February 23rd. The Southern Team’s HQ was a mess, and amid blocked roads and with only half the team of 60 able to deploy, they needed help, as Stuff reported in episode 2 of Collapse, a podcast about the rescue and tragedy at the CTV Building.

Yet, the Air Force had flown the emergency responders who were attending a Civil Defence Conference in Wellington to Christchurch the same afternoon. Ergo, many of the nation’s key emergency response leaders were airlifted into the quake-shaking city straight after the Air Force had rehearsed disaster relief operations the previous week.

What are the odds that the Royal New Zealand Airforce switched from a training exercise to a Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief (HADR) type scenario. The first flight was an airlift of the “foreign dignitaries: that had been at conference hosted by the United States-New Zealand Council, had a twin theme of plans to forge the Trans-Pacific Partnership economic bloc and Asia-Pacific security. One session was about disaster relief operations, and featured a talk by a retired Coast Guard Admiral Thad Allen, who recalled his experience of the BP-Anadarko oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

The Air Force’s No.40 Squadron was on the ground in Christchurch when the earthquake hit. They were conducting training and support flights for Exercise Southern Katipo 11. The RNZAF’s Boeing 757s, C-130 Hercules, Kingair and Iroquois helicopters, as well as the P-3K2 Orions moved huge consignments of equipment to the city during the relief effort, as well flying out almost 4300 passengers.

The coincidence of training exercises occurring at the time of a catalytic event, or in the very recent past, is a key sign of a potential looming black operation. Exercises can program monkeys with a scenario to accept a cover-story, once under-cover operatives take a false flag attack ‘live’ and signal a looming season of skullduggery.

Yet, N.Z.’s Urban Search and Rescue efforts were sabotaged. It turns out that Jim Stuart-Black, the Fire Service’s National Manager of Special Operations, based in Wellington, was in charge of the so-called rescue operation at Pike River Mine.

Stuart-Black applied a Co-ordinated Incident Management System (CIMS) structure. This chain of command disrupted the emergency response, as the Royal Commisssion hearings into the ‘Pike River Mine Disaster’ laid bare. Pike River was also staged.

The huge sums poured into the mining project were not to return a profit. But, to keep the black operation going, with a devastating explosion occurring on the 42nd anniversary of an aircraft carrier, USS America, arriving at Wellington Harbour on November 19 1968, with 42 days left in the year, during Lyndon Johnson’s presidency.

The Pike Mine’s sabotage signalled symbol sorcery. The USS America aircraft carrier was involved in an aborted bombing of Cairo, after the Israeli Defence Force screwed up their ‘false flag’ staged attack on the USS Liberty, which was supposed to be sunk.

This staged attack on the USS Liberty was the pretext to bring America into the Six Day War of 1967, and is the real reason why the war lasted only six days. But, the operation’s failure meant Israel had to play a long game to forge a Greater Israel.

In the days prior to and after the Pike River mine explosion of November 19th 2010, Bank of America bought stock in Bathurst Resources, an Australian-based mining firm that had plans to expand as an open-cast mining operator in New Zealand.

Subsequently, Bathurst Resources shifted its headquarters to New Zealand, acquired numerous coal-mining operations, including the defunct state-owned Solid Energy. How uncanny that Solid Energy had been the nation’s largest coal producer, while in the ownership of the State-Owned Enterprises Minister, Simon Powers, and the Finance Minister, Bill English, who were installed as the ministers on November 19 2008, precisely two years before the mine exploded. Particularly, since Solid Energy executived relocated into the Beehive at the beginning of the John Key Ministry. How uncanny given that the Key Government was aware of Solid Energy vulnerablities as a rsult in the world economic downturn and slump in coal prices following the Global Financial Crisis of 2007 to 2008, and yet it insisted on drawing large dividends from Solid Energy and encouraging it to take on debt to upgrade, hire and expand.

Especially, since Solid Energy had functioned as a holding company for Pike River Coal, once the receivers had gutted it like a fish, in the aftermath of the mine exploding. In early 2010, the Commerce Select Committee’s review of Solid Energy’s performance telegraphed the state-owned coal miner would be liquidated once Pike River Coal’s receivership ended. This eventuality was signalled by the Commerce Select Committee’s release on 26 March 2010, of Solid Energy’s performance for the financial year of 2008/2009. This March 26th date struck a mine disaster-themed historical riff, since the Brunner Mine exploded on March 26 1896.

What are the odds that 65 men were killed by a blast and gas in the Brunner Mine Disaster of March 26 1896? The Pike River Mine was cutting into the Brunner Coal Seam in the remote and difficult terrain of the Paparoa Ranges, in the South Island.

The Brunner Mine Disaster remains New Zealand’s deadliest industrial accident.

Ergo, a coal mine-disaster metaphor was embedded into the Commerce Select Committee’s release of the Solid Energy’s performance review for the 2008/2009 year, to telegraph New Zealand’s largest coal miner would be the vehicle to wind down the Pike River Coal Mine in the post-blast stage. Pike was inflicted to discredit under-ground mining, particularly coal, and to advance the re-interegation of New Zealand into the Western Alliance, and to deepen its economic integration into the American Empire. New Zealand was earmarked to become an open-cast mining facility.

Trace elements of a consolidation of this trans-corporate empire can be detected in precursor events to the ‘Pike River Coal Mine Disaster’. On September 24 2009, New Zealand’s Prime Minister John Key, and his nuclear-sized family, visited the New York Stock Exchange where they received a ‘royal tour’ with the CEO. Notably, Key also met a Bank of America stock trader. What are the odds that Key, who owned Bank of America shares, would performatively hold the gavel, on the same day, that eleven men died of asphyxiation in the Glen Afton Mine at Huntly on September 24 1939?

Thus, a mining tragedy-themed metaphor was codified into the ex-banker’s visit, the year before the ticking time bomb, Pike River Mine, exploded with uncanny timing.

An American-themed mine sabotage signified a brutal industrial relations reset.

This isn’t to say that Stuart-Black was a witting accomplice in these staged disasters.

Given the themed-historical date riffing fits with a broader pattern of staged disasters, and the possible technologies that might be used as mechanisms to inflict earthquakes — by leveraging the solar, lunar and tidal forces — it’s critical to note that the cryptocracy exploits individual, institutional and ideological inadequacies.

New Zealand’s Old Boys’ Network is a fertile recruiting ground for cryptocratic skullduggery. Since the cryptocratic dark state stages events with cryptic communications to signal their authorship, threats and to telegraph their objectives, the theming of a particular staged crisis can also be expected to feature a chosen number for collaborating players to signifiy their solidarity with the group game.

The earthquake rebuild data revealed the ‘hidden hand’ of an Old Boys’ Network. The Christchurch Construction Bonanza featured the prime number ‘13’ to codify cartel collusion. By encoding ‘Thirteen’ and its multiples and variants into the key figures of rebuild projects, associated dates and economic data, the Old Boys’ Network could locate one another across public and private sector institutions, communicate the advancement of ‘the game’, with promises, rewards and threats, as weird as it sounds.

As a recidivist character, ‘Thirteen’ also made an appearance at the Coroner’s Inquest, to signal vulnerabilities, caution, and scapegoats to de-escalate a snowballing crisis.

The inquest revealed there had been 13 of the Fire Service’s top brass senior managers in Christchurch late in the evening, and several talked to rescuers at the CTV site. But they left. The Coroner found a command post at the site may have saved some lives.

Since much of the Royal Commission’s focus into the Canterbury Earthquakes was on the structural failure of buildings in Christchurch — causing 175 of the 185 deaths, the pile-up of errors can be seen to have been beyond reasonable negligence.

The Canterbury Television (CTV) Building — a six-story structure, where 115 people perished — was not built to code. The Royal Commission pointed to serious errors by engineers, structural designers and the Christchurch City Council, stating the building design should never have been consented by the Christchurch City Council in 1986. Moreover, there were deficiencies in the buiding’s construction. The building was assessed following the September 4 Darfield Earthquake, and given a green pass finding no damage, but recommended an inspection by a structural engineer.

This inspection was subsequently done and yet the CTV Building remained occupied.

As a recidivist character, ‘Thirteen’ also made appearances in the work of the Royal Commission, to signal caution, vulnerabilities and scapegoats to manage the optics.

It is also noteworthy that a picture of a circular beam in the Canterbury Television Building. featured as “Figure 13” in Volume 6. The image appeared to codify caution to avoid criminal liability, but equally who to scape-goat if the scandal snowballed into a full blown crisis. After all, the CTV building was the site of 115 of the 185 deaths. The number of references for this section in Vol. 6, section 2, were thirteen.

The next most serious building failure was the Pyne Gould Building, which also collapsed in seconds. The Pyne Gould Building, built in 1963, was designed to better withstand a north-south shaking. The commissioners found “failure of the eastern wall initiated the collapse”. Inspections in 1997 by Holmes Consulting Group noted the “potential failure of the columns is a life-safety issue as it could result in the loss of support and consequential collapse of all or part of the building”. The perimeter columns were a structural weakness. When the shear wall failed in the quake, the columns on the east side bore the brunt of the pressure. These columns collapsed and the building crushed 18 workers. A map showing the Pyne Gould Building in relation to the seismic measuring stations in the Christchurch CBD on the day of the quake, was labelled ‘Figure 13’. The map showed the east-west shaking was considerable.

In its final volume, no. 7, the Royal Commission recommended that buildings joined together with un-reinforced masonry be re-evaluated as one building. As an example, the Royal Commission showed before and after photos of the Austral Buildings. The first floor facades collapsed, killing some occupants in Red Bus #702 and pedestrians.

By designating the photo of the horrific scene as ‘Figure 13’, the Royal Commission seemed to signal to go lite on scape-goating Councils, since previous warnings had been ignored. The Royal Commission appeared to codify caution to avoid criminal liability, as well as who to scape-goat to de-risk the scandal from snowballing.

Given that GNS would go on to announce there had been 13,000 aftershocks in the two year period following the 7.1 Mw Darfield Earthquake of September 4 2010, it is noteworthy that GNS’s seismic graphics were transmitted in a letter dated the 13^th of March 2012 to the Canterbury Earthquakes Royal Commission. Moreover, the GNS graphic showing the aftershocks following the Darfield Earthquake and up to the February 22^nd 2022 Christchurch Earthquake, was tabled as “Figure 13” in volume 1 of the Royal Commission’s June 2012 report. This placement appeared to codify that the Royal Commission had received the signal in the GNS’s letter dated March 13^th.

Apparently, there was no fault to be found in how the earthquakes occurred, since the seismic activities were ‘assumed’ to be natural. Ergo, caution about causality would be directed elsewhere, since hard science seemed to accept a sanitized political science.

The Royal Commission seemed to signal to scapegoat the engineering, standards and inspections regime, rather than also conduct a wider investigation. Forgone, was whether Christchurch had been targetted as a battleground in a geophysical war.

Ergo, the Royal Commission performed as a theater setting for a staged cover-up.

The quake finished the job off started by the 7.1M Darfield quake of September 4 2010.

Engineering firm Beca was contracted by the New Zealand Police to investigate any possible criminal liability following the Royal Commission of Inquiry into deaths due to building collapses. Beca stated that if the Canterbury Television (CTV) building been built to code — it would have been strong enough not to collapse like a pancake.

However, New Zealand’s Police backed away from prosecuting. The Solicitor General warned of high indemnity costs against the Police if they lost the case. Finding out who was culpable seemed secondary. This theater was like a rework of the machinations to protect ‘the Establishment’ over the Pike River Mine Disaster.

The Deputy Solicitor-General, Brendan Horsley advised Police that the Crown Law Office in Wellington, did not “consider the evidential test [was] satisfied” by Police.

Yet, no one asked if the Crown Law Office was conflicted in its interests, since in publicly claiming the evidential test was marginal, the Deputy Solicitor-General had inserted into the record a discoverable ‘weakness’ to weigh upon the Police. The defence could point out that the Christchurch City Council should never have approved the design, nor should it have approved the construction.

Thus, Detective Sup. Int. Peter Read and Canterbury District Commander Sup. Int. John Price were placed in a position to read between the lines: there was a price to pay for failure to build a criminal case to code. Horsley ‘rode’ his trusty steed like a white knight. He saved the City Council from courtroom scrutiny over who exactly was responsible for potential criminal culpability. And, yet another ‘disaster’ for the Old Boys’ Network was averted, and with no prosecutions, the Rebuild Bonanza continued.

This leads to a fair question: were the Police top brass merely entertaining the rank and file, who could be played while they diligently carried out a criminal investigation?

➳ A Gone By Lunchtime Reverb?

At the time of the February 22 2011 Christchurch Earthquake, the United States-New Zealand Council’s 4th Partnership Forum was also taking place in Christchurch. The Forum was attended by a coterie of élites, foreign and domestic. A ‘bond’ was forged.

The 4th United States-New Zealand Partnership Forum was hosted by the United States-New Zealand Council, with major corporate sponsors including U.S. weapons manufacturer, Lockheed Martin. The Forum had a twin theme of plans to forge the Trans-Pacific Partnership economic bloc and Asia-Pacific security. The Forum was disrupted by the earthquake during a luncheon session.

My supposition is that these two themes became charged with epic potency — as intended — when the tail-end of this conference collided with the magnitude 6.3 earthquake, which shook Christchurch at 12.51PM and jolted the city with destructive power from a depth of 5km for 20 seconds. It appears the remaining vestiges of NZ’s ‘isolationist’ anti-nuclear era policy were gone by the end of lunchtime — at least from the National Party’s leadership’s perspective. The phrase ‘gone by lunchtime’ became a cultural meme in 2004, after Foreign Minister Phil Goff, of the Clark Labour-led Coalition Government released notes made by a Foreign Affairs ministry official, who recorded Dr Don Brash saying to two US politicians that the National Party would scrap the ban on nuclear-powered ships “by lunchtime” if elected to power.

It was, therefore, ironic that Phil Goff met with Richard Armitage during the 4th United States-New Zealand Partnership Forum in Christchurch.

Ergo, the last luncheon session of the United States-New Zealand Partnership Forum seemed to be loaded with potency. The question is: can earthquakes be engineered?

Curiously, in a public meeting in the aftermath of the Christchurch Earthquake, John Key twice referred to the quake as “man-made”, before quickly correcting himself.

Recall that Key was schooled in Christchurch? And, that he became London and Wall Street banker after starting out as a currency trader in Christchurch? And, recall that less than a fortnight into his ministry, there was a staged take-down of an Air New Zealand-owned AirBus that crashed into the Mediterranean off the coast of France precisely one year ahead of the 30th anniversary of the Mount Erebus Disaster. As Snoopman has shown, the DC10 crash of Flight TE901 in Antarctica on November 28 1979, was air terrorism inflicted to coerce the key insiders to move bureaucratic mountains for the envisaged trans-corporate takeover of the economy — or more mountains could be moved in front of flight crews at any time, and at any place.

The crash the same day, November 28, that Captain Robert Falcon Scott’s South Pole team first sighted the Trans-Antarctic Mountains last thing at night on November 28 1911, on his fateful last expedition. The flight coordinates for the Air New Zealand DC10 aircraft had been changed hours before take-of; the airline didn’t tell the crew.

The crytpocracy codifies psychopathic humour as an expression of ritualized terrorism theater exhibiting spectacular power.

Ergo, this polar tragedy-themed disaster was staged as a cryptic threat to élites attuned to metaphor-laden signals; flight plans could be changed any time, any place.

And recall, how it was on John Key’s watch that four major ‘disasters’ followed, and all of them were engineered with the pattern of metaphor-laden historical date riffs?

Therefore, Snoopman advances the supposition that New Zealand is a closet pivot state; meaning key insiders of the national security state periodically inflict engineered ‘deep events’ — in collaboration with their Western counterparts — to pivot the Western-aligned countries deeper into the Anglo-American Empire’s orbit.

Pivot states are located at the seams of the international system, sandwiched between the spheres of influence of great powers or neighbouring a great power. During an Age of Conflict, such as the current Third Hundred Years’ War, pivot states are particularly vulnerable to interference since the world system is undergoing such epic geopolitical tectonic shifts. New Zealand is a soft target for foreign interference.

A shift in a pivot state’s overlapping spheres of interest can reverberate with regional and global security implications, and be locations where great power interests can collide and also clash. Pivot states are usually located at the seams of the international system. In a 2014 paper entitled, “Why are Pivot States so Pivotal? The Role of Pivot States in Regional and Global Security”, New Zealand’s closest international neighbour, Australia was identified as a pivot state for its ‘military strategic goods’.

Ergo, since the Empire remains in the closet, there is a creepy logic that such an oceanic power alliance would require a closet pivot state to be its ‘lighthouse’.

Also on February 20-22 2011, Christchurch hosted the 4th United States-New Zealand Partnership Forum, but it ended abruptly during a luncheon session on the last day. The presence of U.S. government and corporate officials in Christchurch and Wellington at the time of the Christchurch Earthquake of 22.02.2011 becomes more intriguing on examination of their backgrounds, their linkages and their activities.

The US delegation included: Admiral Thad Allen, retired Head of the U.S. Coast Guard; Tim Manning, Deputy Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); Mariko Silver, Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary; and Richard Kirkland, President, South Asia, Lockheed Martin, and a former Vietnam War Special Forces operative, Richard Armitage.

For example, one of the characters at the 2011 US-NZ Partnership Forum was Admiral Thad Allen, who was the National Incident Commander of the Unified Command for the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010.

The United States-New Zealand Council’s report noted that Allen recounted his experiences as National Incident Commander of the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill of 2010 and prior assignments as head of the Coast Guard to deal with the 2005 Hurricane Katrina and the 2010 Haiti Earthquake. The US-NZ Council’s report, “The Power of Partnership: Global Challenges and the Role of the US-NZ Partnership” stated: “Little did [Admiral Thad] or anyone know how timely his remarks on disaster preparedness and response, and lessons learned from the three disparate disasters far from New Zealand, would be starting the following day shortly after noon in Christchurch”.

But, maybe Admiral Thad Allen did know. Anadarko was a 25% minority owner of the Macondo well (MC252) that exploded, while BP owned 65% and acted as the operator.

Therefore, was it rather ‘coincidental’ that Admiral Thad Allen would speak of his past disaster relief work including the Anadarko-BP-Deep Water Horizon oil spill of 2010? Especially given that Anadarko’s seismic testing vessel, MV Aquila Explorer, was was engaged in seismic data acquisition for Anadarko in the Canterbury Basin/Banks Peninsula area at the time of the Christchurch Earthquake.

The February 25 2010 announcement of the deal signed between US-based Anadarko and the Australian-based Origin Energy, in which Anadarko bought a 50 per cent interest in Origin’s offshore exploration permit, PEP 38262, in the Canterbury Basin, was a charged date, given the subequent massacre of civilians on February 22nd 2011.

Potently, it was on February 25 1943 that 48 Japanese prisoners were massacred at Featherston Prisoner of War Camp, some with rapid fire ‘tommy guns’. The reader may think Snoopman is darwing a long snoop-bow with this date correspondence.

However, given that a massacre is the random mass killing of humans, it is notable that the catastrophic M9 earthquake that struck the Tōhoku region in Japan on March 11, 2011, occurred with similar precursor signatures that preceeded the Darkfield Earthquake of September 4 2010, as well as the Christchurch Aftershock of February 22 2011. Moreover, Japan endured 20 years of recession that was inflicted by the Central Bank of Japan to coerce a structural transition to a more import-oriented financialized economy; a re-inflation of economy commenced in 2013 and 2014.

This structural adjustment was imposed at the insistence of American bankers and technocrats to sabotage Japan’s economic rise. In cahoots with Japan’s bank cartel, the Central Bank of Japan encouraged a boom cycle, enticing developers, financiers, and speculators to fuel a property and stockmarket boom in Tokyo, to trigger a bust to coerce change, as the Richard Werner, the author of The Princes of Yen, recounted.

Werner stated history teaches that fundamental changes to a system only occur in crisis conditions. In 1986, a Japanese Advisory Group on Economic Restructuring proposed a 10-year economic reform plan, stating without an historical transformation of Japan’s economic management and lifestyle there would be no further development. The plan would mean the abolition of Japan’s war economy that had been adapted for industrial consumer-focussed production. The Advisory Group proposed that monetary policy could create a historic crisis sufficiently large to overcome the vested interests at the Ministry of Finance, within the political class and among Corporate Japan. The best way to achieve a historic crisis was to create a financial bubble because that way no one stops you, Werner explained on CNBC.

Similarly, New Zealand’s Treasury and Reserve Bank in cahoots with Finance Minister Roger Douglas, imposed structural adjustments on the economy amid the atmosphere of emergency after the 1984 election, during which a currency crisis had been staged.

Meanwhile, the sharemarket was booming, fuelling corporate mergers to prepare the way for a wealth transfer upward and outward, while teethering New Zealand’s economy with Australia, and the trilateral world of North America, Europe and Japan.

Thus, where New Zealand had initially been a push-over to impose such structural adjustments, Japan was a much tougher proposition. And, where New Zealand’s Establishment had been coerced to move bureaucratic mountains to pave the way o the trans-corporate heist of the economy after an Antarctic mountain was moved in front of an Air NZ crew without telling them the flight coordinates had been changed, Japan was subjected to a drawn out economic recession because it was too productive.

Yet, New Zealand ‘ma and pa’ investors were punished for their defiance with the staged mass collapse of finance companies from the mid-2000s over a six year period.

Another speaker was former veteran of America’s War on Vietnam, Richard Armitage, who spoke during the afternoon session. His presentation, entitled “Creating a Platform for Political Engagement and Security in the Asia Pacific Region”, was deeply ironic. As a former Vietnam War Special Forces operative, he went on to become Deputy Secretary of Defense in the Reagan White-House. In that position, Armitage oversaw the Mujahideen in Afghanistan — along with CIA Director and Vatican Knight of Malta, William Casey — as part of the CIA’s Operation Cyclone, which was designed to strain the Soviet Empire’s economy, to precipitate its collapse.

In short, the Mujahideen War of 1979-1989 was designed to give the Soviets their ‘Vietnam’, or an un-winnable war. The cost of funding, arming, training of the Mujahideen in guerilla terrorism tactics was relatively inexpensive to the mission of breaking the Soviet Empire, since a grand chessboard geopolitical prize is Eurasia.

Thus, for a seemingly small price, a network of radicalized Muslims were manipulated into becoming a force multiplier to topple the Soviet Empire on promises that they would get their lands and mosques back, in accordance with the scheme of Zbigniew Brzezinki’s, the CIA’s pointman as National Security Advisor in the Administration.

Ostensibly, the veteran of America’s War on Vietnam, Richard Armitage, was in Christchurch representing Armitage International, a consultancy whose slogan brags the enterprise is “a force multiplier for international business”. As United States Army Major David S. Powell stated in his 1990 monograph, “Understanding Force Multipliers: The Key to Optimizing Force Capabilities in Peacetime Contingency Operations”, “a force multiplier is a tangible or intangible variable that increases the combat value and overall capability of a military force”. The Mujahideen were a force multiplier in a broader economic war to precipitate the collapse of the Soviet Empire.

Therefore, Armitage International’s brag line is intriguing since he was in Christchurch in his capacity as founder of Armitage International LLC, a consultancy that was also a signatory to a now-defunct neo-conservative-zionist think-tank, called the Project for a New American Century (PNAC). Among its lobbying moves were PNAC’s letters to President Clinton on intervention in Iraq and also against Slobodan Milošević, President of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1997 to 2000). This means Armitage was embroiled in machinations to inflict regime changes. The Clinton Administration-supported the NATO War on Kosovo in 1999. And, following the 9/11 Coup D’état, PNAC members lobbied incessantly to have the Hussein Regime ousted.

Saddam Hussein was falsely accused of conspiring with Al Qaeda to inflict 9/11.

Moreover, Armitage — who had been involved in the Iran-Contra Conspiracy — had also in the week prior to 9/11 met with the head of the Pakistani Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), General Mahmud Ahmed, who ordered $100,000 to be wired to the 9/11 hijackers. Armitage — who was again Deputy-Secretary of Defence in the Bush II Administration — was named as a key suspect by Kevin Ryan in his book, Another Nineteen: Investigating Legitimate 9/11 Suspects. Ergo, 9/11 had an ensemble cast.

This ensemble cast stealthily reversed the entrenchment that the US intelligence agencies suffered during the news-worthy Senate investigations in the mid-1970s.

To reforge the Empire in the mid-1970s, the American deep state went on ‘safari’.

A transnational intelligence, terrorism and narcotics network — called the Safari Club — was actually the brainchild of the director of the DGSE’s predecessor agency, the SDECE. The Safari Club was founded by two of the Vatican’s Maltese Knights, Count Alexandre de Marenches, the director of the French Service de Documentation Exterieure et de Contre-Espionnage (SDECE) (1970-1981); and the Jesuit-educated U.S. Army General, Vernon Walters. This alliance — formed between the heads of American, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistani intelligence agencies and bound France, Egypt, Iran, Iraq and Pakistan — became a supranational deep state private intelligence network. The Empire doubled-down on its expansionism.

Moreover, it was George Herbert Walker Bush who, as CIA Director (1976-77), was tasked with persuading the Saudi Royal Family to join the Safari Club, and take over a large chunk of covert intelligence financing for the American Deep State. This geopolitical chess move marked the exponential rise of Islamic terrorism, which is deeply ironic given that Bush II was president at the time of the 9/11 Coup D’état.

Especially, since the Al Qaeda terrorist network, who morphed out of the Mujahideen, were entirely blamed for the attacks on the potent date of September 11 in 2001, which corresponds to the emergency phone-call number in the United States: 911.

Particularly, since during the Frank Church Senate Committee probes of 1975-77 into the activities of the FBI, CIA and NSA that underpinned Watergate, COINTELPRO, MK-ULTRA, Project Mockingbird and the JFK Assassination — it became evident to the American people that the US National Security State was out-of-control. The credibility of the intelligence, security and criminal investigation agencies ‘suffered’ from the retrenchment that ensued, to reign in their unbridled, unconstitutional and unconscionable plots, practices and powers.

In his excellent book, Another Nineteen: Investigating Legitimate 9/11 Suspects, Kevin Ryan links many of his key suspects to the means to pull off such an epic, brazen exhibition of blockbuster live terror theater. Ryans’ account deftly shows the continuity of ‘the Enterprise’ observed on the surface, in the background and the subsequent cover-ups of structural deep events from the JFK Coup D’état, Watergate, the October Surprise, the Iran-Contra Scandal, BCCI, the Oklahoma City Bombing, and the 9/11 Coup D’état. Indeed, Another Nineteen drew upon the insights of many, including former University of California Professor Peter Dale Scott, who popularized the term deep state, and located the phenomena in an American context in his 2015 book, The American Deep State: Wall Street, Big Oil and the Attack on U.S. Democracy.

The United Nations, which is at present a defacto world government, was forged out of World War II ostensibly to mitigate the great powers fighting again. The real purpose was to facilitate the accumulation of wealth, power and control of the planet’s Overlords with the assistance of élites. The backstory is brutal and bleak.

The world’s trajectory has provable historical precedents of diabolical machinations by Western Élites, who built-up Soviet Russia, Nazi Germany and Communist China.

This present epic age of conflict began as a fight over the control of gold and diamonds in Southern Africa with the Boer War of 1899-1902, in order to fill a war chest for the new prize, oil. In 1880, Germany had surpassed Britain as an industrial power, and in the 1890s began moves to plan, invest and build the Berlin to Baghdad Railway to transport oil. In response, a British Secret Élite envisaged a diabolical double-global war strategy in an attempt to forge a universal empire.

The British Secret Élite embroiled Europe in war against Germany in order to smash the Russian Empire, since the British Oligarchy feared an alliance between Germany and Russia would led to the Russia Empire dominating the world.

In his book, Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution, Professor Anthony Sutton explained the totalitarian socialist state — whether international socialist (communist), or national socialist (fascist) — was the perfect captive market for monopoly capitalists. After the American ‘Robber Barons’ forged cartels, Sutton said Wall Street insiders comprehended by the early 1900s, that the most efficient way to forge a monopoly market without contest, was to “go political” and compel society to work for the monopolists, under conditions of unfettered political power, individual coercion and spellbound by ideological persuasion that their toil benefits society.

In the aftermath of World War I, the Anglo-American oligarchs and élites that had conspired to make war against Germany sought to establish a quasi-world government apparatus called the League of Nations. However, members of the United States Congress viewed US membership would undermine the Constitution, since such an international entity could come to have a military stronger than the US.

When the United States Congress balked at this proposal during the so-called Paris Peace Conference in Versailles in 1919, the belligerent Anglo-American actors doubled-down to foment the conditions for another global war, with new resolve.

The Anglo-American Establishment formed the Royal Institute of International Affairs (1919) based in London and a counterpart organization based in New York (1921) called the Council on Foreign Relations for this purpose. It was the same Council on Foreign Relations that conducted the Rockefeller Foundation-funded War and Peace Studies Group (1939 to 1945), to advise the US Government, based on the idea the United States would emerge as the dominant power from WWII.

The Council on Foreign Relations logo, features a naked man on a white horse of conquest, which rears up over a banner that reads “VBIQVE”, or Ubique, the root word of ubiquitous. Thus, the imagery reads ‘conquest everywhere’.

In an epic plot with brinkmanship, plot twists, and betrayals, British, German and American bankers, along with other élites, conspired through networks of Freemasonry in their attempts to forge competing utopian visions of universal empire, as readings of Gerry Doherty’s and Jim Macgregor’s Hidden History: The Secret Origins of the First World War, and Anthony Sutton’s Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution and Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler and Nicholas Hagger’s The Secret History of the West — together make clear. Plots involved infiltration, bribery and intrigue.

American industrialists also conspired with the American ‘Fraternity’ of bankers, to build up the Nazi war machine prior to World War II. Thirteen US industrial firms, who contracted with German corporations prior to and during World War II, were: the Ford Motor Company, General Motors, International Business Machines (IBM), Standard Oil of New Jersey (now Exxon-Mobil), DuPont, Dow Chemical, Alcoa Aluminum Company, American I.G. Chemical Corporation (later renamed General Aniline and Film), American International Telephone and Telegraph (IT&T), Radio Corporation of America (RCA), General Electric; Ozalid, and Agfa-Ansco.

This League of Nations was the forerunner to the United Nations.

In other words, at the time of her signing the Wellington Declaration, Hillary Clinton was in the orbit of a global élite who were working (and continue to) for the planet’s Overlords; a coterie of aggressive, factional, scheming dynastic ruling families.

Another key global-policy shaping group is the Bilderberg Foundation, which was established in 1952 for North Atlantic Western élites to discuss pressing issues over the coming year. Since 1954 the Bilderbergers have hosted around 120 to 140 participants annually to discuss pressing issues, possible plans, and viable solutions suitable to the North Atlantic ruling class and their military alliance: NATO.

According to the editor-in-chief of the Voltaire Network, Thierry Meyssan, the Bilderberg Foundation is a lobbying tool for the NATO Alliance, North Atlantic militarists that intend to be a secret world government. Estulin stated in his book, The True Story of the Bilderberg Group, that the Bilderberg Foundation worked with other global policy shaping think-tanks, such as the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations and the World Economic Forum, as a highly networked, wealthy and resourced global élite intent on achieving world domination featuring technofeudalism by inflicting military war, false flag terrorism and economic sabotage.

Crucially, The Economist has long had insider access to the Bilderberg Group’s meetings. As of 2015, The Economist’s owner, the Economist Group has been part-owned through a Netherlands-based holding company, Exor, belonging to the Italian Fiat industrialist family, Agnelli, as well as long-time stockholdings owned by the Rothschild, Cadbury, and Schroder dynasties. The Agnelli’s have a long association with the Bilderberg Group, and The Economist has long been the forum’s mouthpiece.

It turns out that the CIA and Unilever funded the inaugural meeting of the secretive global policy-shaping group, the Bilderberg Foundation, in 1952 at Hotel de Bilderberg, Oosterbeek, Netherlands. The Anglo-Dutch consumer goods giant, Unilever, which is headquartered in London, is among many transnational corporations whose top executives or board members are categorized as being part of the ‘transnational capitalist class’ (TCC), who are variously termed as the ‘global power élite’, the ‘superclass’, or the ‘globalists’. Like other major Western transnational corporations, Unilever’s executives have attended meetings of global policy-shaping institutions such as the Bilderberg Foundation, the World Economic Forum, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and the Trilateral Commission.

Their stated objective is to forge a global governance system — often described by the term, a ‘New World Order’, or its variants, such as an International Rules-Based Order.

This elite ‘globalist bloc’ orbit in an exclusive world of policy formation that once numbered 6000, according to David Rothkopf’s 2008 book, Superclass.

The world’s super-rich have accumulated so much wealth, that their needs for maintaining faster than average capital accumulation are immense, and require regime changes through wars, coups d’état and juntas, as Professor Peter Phillips found while researching the superclass for his 2018 book, Giants: The Global Power Elite. In his seminal 2011 book, Oligarchy, Professor Jeffrey A Winters’ stated that a “very well-paid mercenary army” comprises a Wealth Defense Industry, who follow the oligarchs’ directives as orders. Wealth defense is designed to maintain the conditions of extreme material inequalities. Ergo, oligarchs cause and thrive in crises.

As Snoopman stated in the introduction, the re-integration of N.Z. into the Anglo-American Empire was ‘book-ended’ by the two earthquake sequences, Canterbury and Kaikōura. The visits of two US secretaries of state are entwined with those earthquake sequences, as well as the presence of multi-national military contingents including the US in the country at the time of the two most damaging earthquakes.

On Sunday November 13 3016, US Secretary of State John Kerry met with NZ PM John Key — after a visit to Antarctica — and later that evening the Kaikōura Earthquake struck. The pair supposedly met for bilateral trade talks. Within a month, Key would announce his was quitting the PM’s post; his ‘tank’ was running on empty.

While thanking the Secretary of State Key remarked, “You can’t have a relationship which continues to go from strength to strength by accident. Like a marriage, you have to work at it, and I think both sides have been active and fully engaged.”

Senator Kerry was reported to be the highest ranking US politician to ever visit the Antarctic Continent, and the first to travel to all seven continents while clocking up over 1.3 million miles. He visited the historic Shackleton Hut, dedicated to polar explorer Ernest Shackleton, near McMurdo Station in view of Mount Erebus, the scene of New Zealand’s ‘darkest day’, where 257 fatalities occurred when an Air New Zealand DC-10 slammed into the mountain amid white-out conditions in 1979.

Just as the Christchurch Earthquake coincided with a multi-national naval, army and air force exercise, Southern Katipo, that was derailed, the Kaikōura Earthquake also coincided with a multi-national Naval Review to celebrate the Royal New Zealand Navy’s 75th Anniversary. Among the vessels present in NZ, was the guided-missile destroyer USS Sampson, which became the first US warship to visit NZ in 33 years.

The USS Sampson (DDG-102) is an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer in the United States Navy equipped with the SPY-1D passive electronically scanned array radar. The USS Sampson is the U.S. Navy’s 52nd Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, and is named in honor of Rear Admiral William Thomas Sampson (1840-1902), a naval hero in the Spanish-American War, who led the destruction of the Spanish Fleet in the harbor of Santiago, Cuba. Poignantly, the trigger for the Spanish-American War was the sinking of the USS Maine, which was blamed on Spain but was a false flag attack.

This ‘disaster’ gifted the USS Sampson the opportunity to assist with disaster relief.

Ergo, the USS Sampson’s sailors, along with their New Zealand counterparts aboard the HMNZS Canterbury, won public acclaim for the rescue and relief operations.

Ergo, in the 33rd year since a U.S. navy vessel had visited N.Z.’s waters, the South Pacific archipelago was said to have come ‘full circle’ in a lengthy re-integration back into the Anglo-American Empire, following a rift in the ANZUS alliance that widened into a chasm in the aftermath of the Rainbow Warrior Bombing in Auckland in 1985.

But, the visit by the USS Sampson in 2016, which closed this ‘full circle’ chapter, was ‘book-ended’ by two earthquake sequences: Canterbury and Kaikōura.

How uncanny that the Kaikōura Earthquake struck at 12.02am on 14 November 2016 (N.Z. local time), given that the electromagnetic technology that would be harnessed to amplify the natural forces in play at the time. Especially, since it was on November 14 1959, that precision approach radar came into operation at Wellington Airport (and claimed to be a first in the world), as any newsroom possessing a copy of A.W. Reed’s 1973 compedium, It Happened Today in New Zealand — could readily check.

And, what are the odds that the Kaikōura Earthquake struck on November 13 2016 at 11:02 am, UTC (Coordinated Universal Time)? Particularly, since the quake hit with a disaster-themed historical riff because it just happened to occur on the date that Mount Tongariro erupted on November 13 in 1896. Two died from the Kaikōura quake, while no deaths were reported as a result of the Tongariro eruption. The Kaikōura Earthquake completed the symbol sorcery of coming full circle, as far as reingrating the political-right bloc back into the American Empire was concerned.

Ergo, the banal act of the HMNZS Endeavour being refuelled by the USS Sampson on November 13 2016 took on the potency of a ritualized petro-alchemical wedding.

Senator Kerry’s visit the Antarctic Continent, just prior to meeting with NZ’s PM John Key on 13 November, carried potency since he was pictured with Mount Erebus in the background. Particularly, when it is known that Kerry is a Skull and Bonesman.

Thus, the meeting of US Secretary of State John Kerry with NZ Prime Minister John Key half a day prior to the Kaikōura Earthquake, and after the Massachusetts Senator had returned from Antarctica — raised eyebrows about the potential signalling.

As a marionette puppet of the planet’s Overlords, Kerry is not only a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a Bilderberg Group attendee. He is also a Skull and Bonesman, which is a Yale University brotherhood that selects 15 new members each year, who are bonded to support one another as they fill key posts in government, corporations and foundations. In studying an eight inch parcel of documents about Yale University’s most infamous fraternity for his 1983 book America’s Secret Establishment: An Introduction to the Order of Skull & Bones, Professor Anthony Sutton realised their game was to spearhead institutions, initiatives and intrigues in order to inflict a ‘managed conflict’ paradigm. Sutton found monopoly capitalists bankrolled totalitarian communist and fascist regimes, as they were captive markets.

The February 22 2011 magnitude 6.3 Christchurch Aftershock followed a magnitude 7.1 Darfield Earthquake in Canterbury, New Zealand, that occurred on 4 September 2010. Despite hundreds of aftershocks that happened between the 7.1 Darfield Earthquake and the M6.3 Christchurch Aftershock, the good people of Christchurch were lulled into a false sense of security following the September 4 2010 earthquake.

The epicenter of the M6.3 aftershock was below Heathcote Valley in the Port Hills, right on the sub-surface fault structure. The Cracroft Caverns Laboratory in Cashmere were but a ‘stone’s throw’ distance from the Port Hills fault.

In a June 2011 report by Earthquake Engineering Field Investigation Team (EEFIT) from the Institution of Structural Engineers headquartered in London, the engineers added the relative locations of Central Christchurch to Heathcote Valley School, near the epicenter, where three strong motions instruments at this station recorded considerable horizontal and vertical motions during the February 22 2011 earthquake.

This EEFIT report (June 2011) describes New Zealand’s tectonic setting as “a region of high seismicity, with the majority of seismicity occurring in broad zones associated with the tectonic plate boundary between the Australian Plate to the west and the Pacific Plate to the east. In the Fiordland region at the deep South of New Zealand, the Australian Plate is subducting obliquely to the east beneath the Pacific Plate at the Puyseguer Trench, according to the Earthquake Engineering Field Investigation Team. To the east of the North Island of New Zealand, the Pacific Plate is subducting obliquely to the northwest beneath the Australian Plate at the Hikurangi Trough.

Subduction is a geologic process in which one plate of the Earth’s lithosphere is pushed underneath another plate. It occurs at destructive plate boundaries, where two or more of the Earth’s tectonic plates intersect and collide. Subduction zones are areas of long-term, ongoing deformation and are associated with volcanism.

Yet, a ‘false sense of security’ existed prior to the big quake of February 22nd 2011.

Rather than being the result of ignorance, complacency, incompetence, Snoopman contends that a sinister agenda from the state apparatus underpinned a ‘forged reality’.

In 1995, the Christchurch City Council took ownership of the Cashmere Caverns (also known as the Cracroft Caverns) located under Christchurch Port Hills. In the following year, the University of Canterbury installed the CII ring laser. The ring laser research group was a collaboration between the University of Canterbury Physics and Astronomy Department, who operated the Cashmere Cavern Laboratory, and the Technical University of Munich and the Forschungsgruppe Satelliengeodäsie (German Federal Institute for Cartography and Geodesy) who operate the Gross Ring Facility.

The university continued to use the caverns as their laboratory. Moreover, the University of Canterbury built a new ring-laser gyroscope in the Cashmere Cavern with three quarters of a million dollars, awarded by the Marsden Fund in 2010.

This project grant, worth NZ$756,000, envisaged a ring laser gyroscope that would be tilted to face the south celestial pole, to measure the drag of the earth’s rotation compared to the distant astronomical objects in collaboration with a Geodetic Observatory Wettzell station in Germany, which operates a G-ring gyroscope.

These technologies appeared to be an addition to an array of radio sounding equipment known as ionosondes, set-out in a triangulated positioning located at Godley Head at the entrance to Lyttleton Harbour, at Eyrewell (about 30km northwest of Christchurch) and at Birdlings Flat (Akaroa Radio Array) situated on the southern end of Banks Peninsula on Kaitorete Spit about 45km south of Christchurch, ostensibly constructed to measure the ionosphere. Eyrewell is considered a geomagnetic observatory, along with Scott Base, which were operated by the Physics and Astronomy Department of the University of Canterbury. The suspicion is that these facilities were hacked as part of an operation to trigger the Canterbury Earthquakes. Eyrewell is now operated by GNS, who boasted in 2015 that earthquake science in NZ was 150 years old; the New Zealand Geological Survey began in 1865.

The ionosphere varies in thickness on a daily basis, known as the di-ernal effect.

The ionosphere becomes engorged with the morning glory of the sun, expands downward from the exosphere, deeper into the thermosphere, to penetrate the mesosphere. At night, the ionosphere shrinks back. The ionosphere is a wall-less lab.

Yet, it is well-known in the science community that disturbances in the ionosphere can sometimes precede earthquakes. This phenomena has been an area of earthquake forecasting research, and a growing field of podcasts tracking earthquakes.

For example, a 1997 study entitled, “A Possible Generation Mechanism of Acoustic-Gravity Waves in the Ionosphere before Strong Earthquakes”, explored the possibility that Acoustic Gravity Waves (AGW) were generated by a ‘Joule heating’ in a localized region of the ionosphere above the epicentre of earthquakes. ‘Joule heating’ occurs when a current passes through an electrical conductor to produce thermal energy, which causes the temperature of the conductor to rise. The origin of the ‘Joule heating’ was theorized to be an electric field of seismic origin, which implied that the ionosphere can become a medium for amplifying the transmission of thermal energy back to earth, as a result of disturbances originating from seismic activity.

A 2006 study “The Ionospheric Effect of Atmospheric Gravity Waves Excited Prior to Strong Earthquake”, found that heating of a local region of the ionosphere above the epicentral zone of an imminent earthquake appeared to be caused by a disturbance in the vertical atmospheric electrostatic field on the Earth’s surface in the epicentral zone of a forthcoming earthquake. This finding corroborated the 1997 study just mentioned, and stated research of the localised region of the ionosphere above the epicentral zone that underwent heating prior to earthquakes, needed to be ‘widened’.

In 2007, a joint Russian-Japanese science team studied atmospheric and ionospheric ‘preparation periods’ leading to earthquakes. In their study, entitled, “A Pilot Project on the Comparative Diagnosis Earthquake Precursors on Sakhalin Island: Experiments Results from 2007”, the scientists found that variations of atmosphere and ionosphere parameters before the August 2007 Sakhalin Island Earthquake completely corresponded to the indications revealed for strong earthquakes around the world in prior studies. However, the scientists added that trans-boundary access to data needed to be overcome by more trans-jurisdiction cooperation to learn more.

In July 2011, the China University of Mining and Technology made observations of ionospheric earthquake precursor events to the magnitude 7.1 Darfield Earthquake in Canterbury New Zealand. The China University study, entitled, “Satellite Thermal Anomalies before the M S 7.1 New Zealand Earthquake 2010”, found the local thermal anomalies that occurred about one month before the earthquake, “most likely resulted from underground heat”. This finding was said to be consistent with hot material upwelling from Earth’s mantle, which “leads to abundant geothermal activity such as hot springs and volcanoes.” Perhaps the Chinese team looked in the wrong direction.

Ironically, in another December 2011 paper entitled “Measuring Gravito-magnetic Effects by Multi Ring-Laser Gyroscope”, the authors proposed an under-ground experiment to detect the general relativistic effects due to the curvature of space-time around the Earth (de Sitter effect) and to rotation of the planet (dragging of the inertial frames or Lense-Thirring effect). The research group included scientists, technicians and engineers from Italy, and Germany, as well as a team lead by Jon-Paul Wells of the Department of Physics and Astronomy, University of Canterbury, Christchurch. This research proposal was a development on their project to build a new ring-laser gyroscope in the Cashmere Cavern, for which the University received $756,000 dollars from the Marsden Fund in 2010. But, their lab became too shaky.

Ergo, the plucky scientists lead by Dr Wells at the Canterbury University’s Department of Physics and Astronomy, were proposing an under-ground experiment elsewhere. The subtle general relativistic effects due to the Earth’s curvature of space-time still needed to be compared to the planet’s rotational drag — amid the Darfield Earthquake Sequence that would eventually surpass 13,0000 aftershocks.

In their April 2015 study, “Ionospheric Earthquake Precursors”, New Zealand’s Geological and Nuclear Sciences Institute (GNS) reached the conclusion that there were no ionospheric disturbances prior to four major earthquakes in the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence, which started with the magnitude 7.1 Darfield Earthquake on September 4 2010. The ECQ’s GNS study measured the Total Electron Content (TEC) in the ionosphere in a spatial grid above Canterbury, and New Zealand, for the periods preceding and following the Darfield Earthquake of 4 September 2010 and three major aftershocks, including the Christchurch Earthquake of 22 February 2011.

According to the GNS study, the most pronounced Total Electron Content (TEC) variation occurred on 18 February 2011 (Central Time Zone), or 19 February (NZT).

Coincidentally, a pod of 107 whales were found stranded at Mason Bay, Stewart Island on Saturday 19 February 2011. The documentary Sonic Sea shows the shipping noise, submarine sonar and seismic testing causes whale strandings, because the mammals try to get away from horrific incessant sound pollution.

It is perhaps critical to note that there is a high frequency (HF) radar facility, called the Unwin Radar array, which is located at Awarua, near Invercargill, South Island.

The Unwin Radar array is one 35 such high frequency (HF) radars located in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. It is part of an international scientific radar network known as the Super Dual Auroral Radar Network (SuperDARN). Bursts of shortwave radio pulses are transmitted from the radar in a southern arc that includes the South Magnetic Pole. The ensuing reflections from micrometeorites, the ionosphere, ocean and aurora are detected and recorded at the station.

The GNS study drew upon specialized GPS software from the Space and Geophysics Laboratory with the Applied Research Laboratories at the University of Texas, Austin.

Thus, at approximately 72 hours out from the Christchurch Earthquake, the greatest anomaly occurred. But, D. A. Rhoades et al said they had no explanation for the spatial distribution of the anomaly, which occurred to the east and west of the South Island about 750 kilometres apart. A TEC spike also occurred on 15 February (CST), or 16 February (NZT), at six days preceding the Christchurch Earthquake.

The GNS scientists said the anomalies in the data were more likely due to solar or geomagnetic effects, despite admitting they had “no explanation for the spatial distribution of the anomaly”. Tellingly, the scientists observed short-term heat released from the surface rocks prior to the four major earthquakes in the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence. New Zealand’s GNS was behind in the science.

Indeed, this 2015 GNS study missed a 2009 white paper in the Journal of Atmospheric and Solar-Terrestrial Physics entitled, “Air Ionization at Rock Surface and Pre-Earthquake Signals” that determined the pre-earthquake “thermal anomalies” could not be caused by Joule heat rising from a source below and heating the rocks at the Earth’s surface, since the rapidity of the heat appearing and disappearing had to be by another cause. They believed massive air ionization occurs at the surface of rocks, which are being stressed at one end. The authors went on to state:

“The build-up of stress within the Earth’s crust prior to major earthquakes may likewise lead to processes at the Earth’s surface, including massive air ionization, which can be expected to cause ionospheric disturbances and a host of other phenomena.”

— Journal of Atmospheric and Solar-Terrestrial Physics entitled, “Air Ionization at Rock Surface and Pre-Earthquake Signals”

In their December 2011 paper entitled, “Atmosphere-ionosphere response to the M9 Tohoku earthquake revealed by multiinstrument space-borne and ground observations: Preliminary results”, and published in Earthquake Science Journal, Dimitar Ouzounov et al found that before the M9 earthquake of March 11, 2011, the total electron content of the ionosphere increased dramatically over the epicentre, reaching a maximum three days before the quake struck causing a huge tsunami off the coast of Japan. The scientists used four measurement techniques characterizing the state of the atmosphere/ionosphere during the periods before and after the event.

Ouzounov et al analysed data from: (1) Outgoing longwave radiation (OLR) measured at the top of the atmosphere; (2) GPS/TEC (Total Electron Content) ionospheric variability; (3) Low Earth orbiting (LEO) satellite ionospheric tomography; and (4) variations in ionosphere F2 layer at the critical foF2 frequency (the highest frequency at which the ionosphere is transparent) from four Japanese ionosonde stations.

The collaborative Tōhoku Earthquake study between NASA and Moscow found:

“the existence of an atmosphere/ionosphere response triggered by the coupling processes between lithosphere, atmosphere and ionosphere preceding the M9 Tohoku earthquake of March 11, 2011.” — Dimitar Ouzounov et al, Earthquake Science Journal, December 2011

Two geomagnetic storms took place on the first and eleventh of March respectively, (Figure 4, marked in blue), while a precursor anomaly in geomagnetic disturbance preceded the earthquake. This “strong and very unusual increase of TEC was registered on March 8” marked by red in Figure 4 below. The TEC anomalous signals were registered between two minor and moderate geomagnetic storms, but the major increase of DTEC on March 8 was registered during a geomagnetically quiet period.

Ouzounov et al stated in their December 2011 Earthquake Science Journal article:



“A sharp increase in the electron concentration from the Japanese ionospheric stations (Figure 7) were observed with a maximum on March 8 and then returned to normal a few days after the main earthquake of March 11.”

As enlightening as these studies are, they exclude a phenomenon that I call Scientifically Obtuse Scientists Syndrome (or SOSS) that results from a ‘partitioning wall’, which severs publicly viewable science from research and development in transnational deep state complexes protected in the interests of ‘national security’.

This problem remains unstated in the science literature, as far as I can tell.

Because, many such studies of ionospheric earthquake precursors ignore the potential to weaponize a network of ionosphere heaters around the globe.

Ionosphere heaters — euphemistically-termed atmospheric ‘testing’ facilities — are installations of radio antennas knitted together to heat particles in the upper atmosphere with pulsed electromagnetic waves to rip holes in the ozone layer, lift and stretch the ionosphere, and bounce radiated energy downward to the Earth’s surface.

The idea is that phased-array radio antennas laid in a grid connected by underground copper cables can produce a focussed standing sky wave that can be steered as an ‘echo’ back to earth as a standing ground wave to achieve military purposes.

The ionized electrons in the ionosphere can be moved as ‘invisible’ beams to gather tomographic data of mineral, oil and gas deposits, or to gather and transmit communications, and locate and track subterannean military structures. The ionized electrons can also amplify or shift weather systems, and perhaps even generate earthquakes by antagonizing seismic plates. Scientists appear to be holding back.

The most well known of the known ionosphere heaters — euphemistically-termed atmospheric ‘testing’ facilities — is the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), is located in Gokona Alaska. Construction for the HAARP facility began in 1992 and became fully operational in 1994. It was developed as a joint project between the US Navy, Air Force and Phillips Laboratories, under the US Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). The University of Alaska came to own the facility in 2015 after the US Air Force, the US Navy and Department of Defense’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) had all conducted projects at the remote site.

It is constructed of 180 radio antennas interlaced to fire powerful beams of electromagnetic energy into the ionosphere. The antennas were installed by a subsidiary of British Aerospace Systems (BAES) using a patent owned by Advanced Power Technologies Inc. (APTI), a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Corporation (ARCO). It is the most powerful of its kind. The Akaroa Radio Array at Birdlings Flat about 45km south of Christchurch, was also constructed to measure the ionosphere.

In 1994, ARCO sold its APTI subsidiary, including the patents in the strategic weather warfare technology and the second phase construction contract to E-Systems, which specializes in electronic warfare equipment, spying devices, and navigation and reconnaissance machinery. In 1995, Raytheon paid $2.3 billion in cash for E-Systems Inc., with finance from two Rockefeller-controlled banks, Chase Manhattan Bank and Chemical Bank, as well as Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association.

In 2003, British Aerospace Systems Advanced Technologies Inc. outsourced its contract to build and install 132 antennas for HAARP to Phazar Corp., a specialist in wireless antennas for military applications. British Aerospace Systems also sub-contracted its work, awarded by the Office of Naval Research, to ‘defense’ contractor DRS Technologies to manufacture 60 transmitters that would compliment the antennas at the HAARP facility. The DRS Technologies’ unit that produced the transmitters is called C4I, short for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence, which is a common systems configuration within the military-industrial complex. Between 1999 and 2012, Raytheon was contracted by the National Science Foundation to provide logistics, supplies and development of technologies for scientific research, which included weather prediction capabilities.

In 2012, a large weapons industry consortium — Lockheed Martin — was succeeded by Raytheon Polar Services, which now conducts weather research in Antarctica. Raytheon, which has an office in the International Antarctica Centre in New Zealand, describes “[t]he U.S. Antarctic Program” as a “national program for scientific research and geopolitical presence.” The term ‘geopolitical’ refers to global power politics, and the struggle for territorial space. In 2015, the Operation of the HAARP research facility was transferred from the US Air Force to the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

On March 26 2014, the deputy assistant secretary of the US Air Force for science, technology and engineering, Dr David Walker told the House Armed Services Committee’s subcommittee on Intelligence, Emerging Threat and Capabilities, in Washington D.C., that the HAARP facility was designed to manage the ionosphere by injecting energy into this region of the Earth’s atmosphere and control the ionosphere. This admission was included in the documentary Frankenskies to demonstrate what had long been derided as conspiracy theory. Dr Walker added that the US Air Force had managed the HAARP facility for a few years after taking over from the Navy. The US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) was their last government customer. The ionosphere had been weaponized.

In 2015, the HAARP facility operation was transferred from the United States Air Force to the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Did ionospheres become mobile?

In this 2010 slide presentation entitled “On the Viability and Requirements of a Barge Based ELF System”, Dennis Papadopoulos of the University of Maryland, made the case for barges, floating platforms, and ships to be vehicles for mobile high frequency ionospheric heaters. The transmission of extremely low frequency waves to ‘communicate’ between satellites, ships, barges, platforms, and submarines may seem benign. Mr Papadopoulos suggested the effects could be scaled upward by locating such submarines, barges, ships or platforms at the ‘equatorial dip’ and bouncing such signals off the ionosphere. However, Papadopoulos also appeared to be presenting the utility of high frequency heaters located on ships and barges to drive alternating currents at the ionospheric region and control the ionosphere from marine vehicles.

This proof of concept was presented in collaboration with the US Navy.

After-all, Dr David Walker disclosed to the House Armed Services Committee’s hearing on March 26 2014, that the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) facility, located in Gakona, Alaska, was designed to manage and control ionosphere by injecting energy into this region of the Earth’s atmosphere.

The Christchurch New Zealand and Tohoku Japan earthquakes of February 22 and March 11 2011, respectively, lead to suspicions that the phased array High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), located in Gakona Alaska, was activated to inflict the earthquakes. Insiders of the American Empire may have inflicted the earthquakes to signal to Western élites there was a stiff price to pay for membership.

The University of Alaska’s HAARP website posted a sequence of time-frequency spectogram images recorded by the HAARP Induction Magnetometer on the days preceding, during and following the Tohoku Earthquake in Japan. The instrument, the HAARP website stated, was provided by the University of Tokyo and measures temporal variations, or disturbances, in the geomagnetic field in the ULF (ultra-low frequency) range of 0-5 Hz in Earth’s upper atmosphere. The spectogram image for 11 March 2011 appears to show directed energy at the 2.5 hertz frequency level, as if the HAARP facility was used to leverage a magnetic storm that occurred around the time.

These 11 spectogram images recorded by the HAARP Induction Magnetometer from March 2 to March 12 appear to demonstrate the 2.5 hertz frequency level was used to trigger the Tohoku Earthquake in Japan 5:46am (UTC) on March 11 2011.

According to Michael Janitch of St. Louis Missouri, he posted a report on 9 March 2011 on his earthquake forecast podcast, DutchSinse, about a 7.2M in Japan, two days before the M9.1 megaquake, stating the escalation in seismic activity was global.

Janitch mentioned there had been 10 quakes in the magnitude 5 range since the 7.2 magnitude quake struck. He also displayed the HAARP Induction Magnometer, indicating he suspected the planet was being hit, and he warned for civil preparedness.

In their 2015 paper entitled, “Generation of Artificial Acoustic-Gravity Waves and Traveling Ionospheric Disturbances in HF Heating Experiments”, published in the Springe Journal of Earth Moon Planets, Pradipta et al demonstrated that acoustic gravity waves and travelling ionospheric disturbances can be artificially generated by the High Frequenccy Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) facility in Gakona.

Acoustic-gravity waves (AGW) — which are a special type of sound wave that can cut through the deep ocean at the speed of sound — can also be generated by underwater earthquakes, explosions, and landslides, as well as by surface waves and meteorites. A single one of these waves can stretch tens or hundreds of kilometers, and travel at depths of hundreds or thousands of meters below the ocean surface, transferring energy from the upper surface to the seafloor, and across the oceans, MIT News said.

This AGW finding has particular significance for New Zealand, given that there is an abundance of aquifiers below the bedrock, especially in the Canterbury region. According to StatsNZ, Canterbury held 519 billion cubic metres or 73.2 percent of New Zealand’s total volume of groundwater, estimated to be 711 billion cubic metres.

The picture of earnest scientists beavering away to supply seismic and ionospheric data for military applications to weaponize the forces of nature gets more intriguing.

In 2004, and 2007, experiments with magnetospheric amplification and emission triggering using ELF and VLF waves took place in waters south east of New Zealand.

The experiments involved Stanford University in collaboration with HAARP facility at Gakona, and the research vessel, RV Tangaroa, owned by New Zealand’s National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA), a state-funded agency.

If anything, Golkowski et al’s paper entitled, “Magnetospheric amplification and emission triggering by ELF and VLF waves injected by the 3.6 MW HAARP ionospheric heater”, appears to demonstrate the precision of aiming the HAARP HF beam at various positions of the ionosphere to produce magnetospheric ELF/VLF wave-injections that might cause disturbances in the Southern Hemisphere.

This 2008 HAARP study has relevance for the question of whether such knowledge — in addition to other studies on producing gravity waves — could have been exploited by the US military to trigger the Darfield Earthquake Sequence, beginning on Sept 4 2010, including the Christchurch Earthquake. A subsequent 2011 study by Golwowski et al, based on the same data, shows echos that were sensed by the RV Tangaroa, as well as the Chistochina station in Alaska, which used to be a gold mining district .

In his 2008 PhD dissertation entitled, “Magnetospheric Wave Injection by Modulated HF Heating of the Auroral Electroject”, Mark Golwowski showed techniques to produce high frequency line, sweep and beam painting with the HAARP technology.

The patterned beams correspond with echoes picked up by the Chistochina station.

Therefore, it would appear that the ionospheric earthquake precursor anomalies that were most attenuated on 18 February 2011 (Central Time Zone), or 19 February (NZT) , — which was three days before the February 22nd 2011 Christchurch Earthquake — bear resemblance to magnetospheric wave amplifications amid emissions caused by the HAARP HF ionospheric heater. After all, the square and rectangular shapes in the heat signatures indicate an artificial source for the anomalies observed.

Crucially, Jim Lee, a South Carolina geo-engineering podcaster warned on his Climate Viewer podcast that the technologies to create artificial ionospheric mirrors have been advanced for military purposes; not just for scientific understanding.

Lee points out that the energy of the sun could be leveraged to use the ionospheric mirrors as lens, to heat or burn targetted areas and thereby cause earthquakes, wildfires or crop failures. Thus, an undeclared geophysical war could wreck household, business and community autonomy without populations being aware.

Therefore, the logic of U.S. weapons manufacturer, Lockheed Martin, being among the sponsors of the United States-New Zealand Council’s Partnership Forum in Christchurch at the time of February 22 2011 Christchurch Earthquake also becomes potent. Particularly, since the participants visited the International Antarctica Centre.

At 98th American Meteorological Society Annual Meeting in January 2018, Robert McCoy of the University of Alaska’s Geophysical Institute gave a presentation on the HAARP phased array facility at Gakona. McCoy said by focusing gigawatt of energy into a localized F-region of ionosphere, scientists can form beams, create currents, ducts, low frequency waves, trigger instabilities and cause electrons to precipitate.

Therefore, should we be surprised that a 1996 paper on weather weaponization presented future situations/scenarios containing ‘fictional representations’, via a circuitous route from within the Department of Defense (DOD) ‘school environment’?

The concepts white paper entitled, “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025”, was presented as a study “designed to comply with a directive from the chief of staff of the Air Force to examine the concepts, capabilities, and technologies the United States will require to remain the dominant air and space force in the future”. Although the paper claimed it was not official policy of the US DOD, the disclaimer noted it was written in the DOD school environment of academic freedom and in the interest of advancing concepts related to national defense. It was eventually uploaded to the US Air Force’s website where upon in June 2006 it was scanned to the internet’s famous archive portal, the Way-Back Machine.

“Weather as a Force Multiplier” actually envisaged making clouds with ‘smart’ nano-particles to deny surveillance capabilities to enemies, storm modification to provide advantage to war-fighters, and developing the capacity to modify precipitation in volatile parts of the world where water is scarce. Also envisaged was a global network of Artificial Ionospheric Mirrors (AIM) that could reflect electromagnetic beams targeted to create weather effects to clear clouds prior to air attacks, or impoverish nations. Therefore, this concepts white paper envisaged militarized weather systems.

However, because such ionospheric radio antennas are classified as research and communications facilities, their role as weapons projects fall outside the perusal of the U.N. “Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques” or ENMOD, a United Nations Treaty that was ratified by President Carter in 1979. The ionospheric radio stations have dual purpose functions as communication and research facilities to gather data on substrata rock formations, resources and underground installations.

Therefore, the magnitude 7.1 Darfield Earthquake in Canterbury, New Zealand of September 4^th 2010 may have been a pre-emptive strike ahead of the impending publication of the U.S. Congressional Report, “Engineering the Climate: Research Needs and Strategies for International Coordination” the following month. The report made the case for getting on board with ‘research’ to safely practice climate geo-engineering, rather than waiting for a time of emergency. Ergo, hack the planet.

In her books — Chemtrails, HAARP, and the Full Spectrum Dominance of Planet Earth and Under an Ionized Sky: From Chemtrails to Space Fence Lockdown — Elana Freeland argues that the real reason for geo-engineering the atmosphere is to achieve militaristic world domination objectives. Freeland states that the Earth’s overlords are forging rivalrous space-faring empires. The inherent diabolical logic ‘requires’ humanity to be permanently contained in ‘lockdown’, meaning a sustainably developed curfew of permissible behaviours. In such a dystopian sci-fi world, every relationship, transaction and process is tracked, tabled and ticketed, so that there is no longer the freewill to evolve humanity along alternate trajectories.

Freeland asserts that the lower atmosphere has been transformed into strategic geographic areas with an engineered plasma for not only weather engineering, but also for extending telecommunications coverage, 3D radar surveillance, ‘Star Wars’ Strategic Defense Initiative reach, including Directed Energy Weapons systems, integrated with artificial intelligence, nanotechnology and robotics.

The University of Canterbury’s Physics and Astronomy Department is also one of five dozen partner institutions with the Icecube Neutrino Observatory, designed to observe the cosmos from deep within the South Pole ice. Encompassing a cubic kilometer of ice, IceCube supposedly searches for nearly massless subatomic particles called neutrinos. Evidently, these high-energy astronomical messengers provide information to probe the most violent astrophysical sources: events like exploding stars, gamma-ray bursts, and cataclysmic phenomena involving black holes and neutron stars. IceCube is said to also observe cosmic rays that interact with the Earth’s atmosphere. The IceCube was fully completed in December 2010 after six years of construction, with over 5000 optical sensors drilled one kilometer into the ice, to sense charge particles from neutrinos exploding in collisions with the ice.

The question arises as to whether the Icecube Neutrino Observatory in Antarctica has a dual role as a powerful directed energy weapon (DEW) capable of triggering earthquakes. In other words, the Icecube facility may be a gargantuan beam gun.

Icecube’s collaboration with University of Canterbury’s Physics and Astronomy Department is intriguing, given that the Cashmere Caverns Laboratory received a cash injection in 2010 for a ring-laser gyroscope upgrade that would be pointed at the southern polar region. Especially, given that primary funding for the construction of the Icecube Neutrino Observatory came from the US National Science Foundation, which is an ‘independent’ agency of the US federal government established in 1950 and which has been complicit in weather hacking projects since the mid-1960s.

My supposition about the earthquakes in New Zealand being engineered as part of a broader geophysical war, to signal compliance to the alliance may seem bat-shit mad.

However, a 1968 book edited by a young Nigel Calder (featured in The Great Global Warming Swindle), titled Unless Peace Comes: A Scientific Forecast of New Weapons there is an ominous chapter, “Geophysical warfare: how to wreck the environment”, written by a member of President Lyndon Johnson’s Science Advisory Committee. Professor Gordon J.F. MacDonald, who was also an associate director of the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics at the University of California, Los Angeles, stated:

“As economic competition among many advanced nations heightens, it may be to a country’s advantage to ensure a peaceful natural environment for itself and a disturbed environment for its competitors. Operations producing such conditions might be carried out covertly, since nature’s great irregularity permits storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes and tidal waves to be viewed as unusual but not unexpected. Such a ‘secret war’ need never be declared or even known by the affected populations. It could go on for years with only the security forces involved being aware of it. The years of drought and storm would be attributed to unkindly nature and only after a nation were thoroughly drained would an armed take-over be attempted.”

MacDonald went on state:

“The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of the environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy. Environmental instability is a situation in which nature has stored energy in some part of the Earth or its surroundings far in excess of that which is usual. To trigger this instability, the required energy might be introduced violently by explosions or gently by small bits of material able to induce rapid changes by acting as catalysts or nucleating agents. The mechanism for energy storage might be the accumulation of strain over hundreds of millions of years in the solid Earth, or the super-cooling of water vapour in the atmosphere by updraughts taking place over a few tens of minutes. Effects of releasing this energy could be world-wide, as in the case of altering climate, or regional, as in the case of locally excited earthquakes or enhanced precipitation.

As far as military applications are concerned, … [a] nation possessing superior technology in environmental manipulation could damage an adversary without revealing its intent. [N]evertheless, the long-term possibility of developing and applying such techniques under the cover of nature’s irregularities presents a disquieting prospect.”

Dr. Gordon J. F. MacDonald was of course, also the chair of the Panel on Weather and Climate Modification appointed in March 1963, to review the then-present status and activities in weather and climate modification and its potential and limitations.

Thus, while the general community of American scientists were beavering away in the fields of atmospheric sciences, as well as earth sciences, ostensibly to comprehend the drivers of weather systems, climate, and even earthquakes — key insiders were developing knowledge, technologies and networks to weaponize the planet.

Subsequent to the 2011 Christchurch Earthquake, the aforementioned Japanese earthquake study found the solar and lunar motions did cause changes in the tidal stress state, and may trigger earthquakes. Therefore, the possibility that the sun, moon and tides may be harnessed as ‘force multipliers’ looked less bat-shit crazy.

At the time of the February 22nd earthquake people were to be “a-buzz” with the eerie earthquake prediction of ‘Moonman’ Ken Ring, a weather and earthquake forecaster who studied moon and solar activities in relation to tides. TV3’s now defunct Newshub reported “On February 14, 2011 Mr Ring made this tweet: “Potential earthquake time for the planet between 15th-25th, especially 18th for Christchurch, +/- about 3 days.”

On his website, Ring forecast the “18th may be especially prone. The possible earthquake risk areas are N/S faults until after 16 February, then E/W faults until 23rd.” Ring expected a 7+ magnitude earthquake, citing solar and lunar phenomena.

The Dominion Post (March 17 2011) followed up with a character assassination piece headlined, “Ken Ring’s Christchurch earthquake claims ‘terrifying’ people”. The paper said “[Ring] caused nationwide controversy this month when he predicted a massive quake would take place in Christchurch on March 20”. The newspaper added:

“His claims that the moon’s tides can affect when major earthquakes will strike are not supported by seismologists or scientists.” — The Dominion Post, 17 March 2011

The prime minister’s chief science adviser, Sit Peter Gluckman, was cited as an authoritative objective voice, saying there was no relation between the Japanese and Christchurch earthquakes. Ring had made his forecast for a major earthquake to occur on March 20, when he appeared on a radio show, MagicTalk, hosted by Marcus Lush, on September 22 2010. Mr Ring said the next big quake would occur on March 20 in Christchurch, along the east-west fault-line in Marlborough and Canterbury.

Gluckman conveyed the frequency of big earthquakes worldwide and in New Zealand, to downplay the relevance of Ring’s earthquake forecasting. To back up his point, Gluckman said that “Christchurch had endured many earthquakes before, and that the spire of Christ Church Cathedral had fallen off four times in the past 130 years.”

Besides, The Dom reported the concern of the Salvation Army’s co-ordinator of the charity’s 130-member counselling team in Christchurch, Lynette Hutson, who said Mr Ring’s claims had shaken the most rational people. Ergo, Key’s chief science advisor and the Sally’s chief for corralling counsellors both chimed in to scapegoat Ring.

The Australian Herald Sun also reported on Ken Ring’s forecast of a big earthquake on March 20 hitting the quake-stricken southern city. A University of Canterbury academic, Dr Mark Quigley, with expertise in active tectonics and geomorphology, was reported to have said Mr Ring’s assertions were “ludicrous”. The New Zealand Herald also noted that Ring had forecast the February 22 earthquake and foresaw on September 7 2010, a major aftershock to occur on the morning of March 20.

On March 20, a 5.1 magnitude aftershock rattled Christchurch at 9.47pm.

The New Zealand Herald reported it was the biggest aftershock since the February 22 quake, but dismissed the Moon Man’s prediction because experts said there was “no scientific link”. It’s epicentre was 10km’s east of Christchurch and 10 kilometers deep.

Ring’s forecast was for the morning of March 20 since the moon would be at its closest to Earth in 2011 at 9.44am. The big jolt hit 12 hours and three minutes later, and was preceded by 3.0 aftershock 10k’s West of Lyttleton at a shallow depth of 5km; and a 2.9 quake at 11k’s deep, occurred near the 5.1 jolt. The timing was “for the history books”, meaning there was a marginal of error for the hour and the date.

In his piece “Reflections after 20 March”, Ring lamented the media and political “beat-up” about his work; he felt they weren’t interested in a rationale consideration of the potential for luna theory to be applied to earthquake forecasting. He remarked the moon was at its closest for 19 years, beginning a week before 20 March 2011. Ergo, the Christchurch Earthquake of February 22 and the Japan Earthquake of March 11, were a demonstration of the formidable forces and devastating destruction associated with this 19 year lunar cycle. The archipelago that sits on the ring of fire missed Ring’s boat.

In 2012, GNS Science became like a rudimentary weather forecaster for earthquakes.

In other words, a year after government scientists, politicians and the media publicly bullied Ken Ring for his attempts to educate the public about the lunar and solar links drivers of earthquakes, GNS published information that bookies could profit off.

Furthermore, four years after Mr Ring became the South Pacific archipelago’s newest scape-goated public pariah to ‘resolve’ yet another crisis for the ruling class, GNS was considering the possibility that solar flares generated geomatic earthquake precursors.

Recall that in September 2016, a Japanese earthquake study found that the moon and sun can impact the seismicity of sub-duction zones with strong correlations?

The Kaikōura earthquake coincided with a supermoon (or perigee moon), which are known to cause ‘kingtides’, since the combined gravitational forces of the moon and the sun — which are lined-up — pull on the ocean. Recall that the prime minister’s chief science adviser, Sir Peter Gluckman, had said there was no relation between the Japanese and Christchurch earthquakes? And the Salvation Army counsellors who said Ken Ring’s earthquake forecasting was terrifying even the most rational people?

And yet, tectonic plates feel tidal stress. Perhaps there’s a classified tier to science, that knew about these forces decades ago and a stealthy asymmetric geophysical war has been waged by amplifying stresses with relatively small directed-energy inputs.

This linkages between earthquakes coinciding with this perigee phenomena was reported, aptly, by The Atlantic two months prior to the Kaikōura Earthquake.

This Atlantic article was based on a Japanese study that concluded “large earthquakes are more probable during periods of high tidal stress.” In their study entitled, “Earthquake potential revealed by tidal influence on earthquake size–frequency statistics”, Satoshi Ide, Suguru Yabe and Yoshiyuki Tanaka find that very large earthquakes, including the 2004 Sumatra quake, 2010 Maule earthquake in Chile and the 2011 Tohoku-Oki earthquake in Japan, tend to occur near the time of maximum tidal stress amplitude. The Japanese scientists — who trawled databases for amplitude of tidal stress, on a fault plane in the two weeks before large earthquakes — found tectonic tremors deep within subduction zones are highly sensitive to tidal stress levels, with the tremor rate increasing at an exponential rate with rising tidal stress.

The Japanese science team stated:

“Tidal deformations of the Earth due to motions of the Sun and Moon cause changes in the stress state, which may trigger earthquakes. The recent discovery of deep tectonic tremors in plate boundary regions has slightly modified our view of the relationship between tidal stresses and earthquakes, as these tremors are sometimes highly sensitive to tidal stress changes, with tremor rates showing an exponential increase in proportion to the applied encouraging stress. Thus, even stress changes of only a few [Kilopascal]* kPa can amplify the tremor rate by several orders. Knowledge of the tidal stress state in seismic regions can be used to improve probabilistic earthquake forecasting, especially for extremely large earthquakes.” — Satoshi Ide, Nature Geoscience, 12 September 2016

Recall the US-led multi-national ‘Indo-Pacific’ humanitarian and civic assistance project called Pacific Partnership, that was established out of the disaster relief operation following the horrific December 2004 Sumatra Earthquake and Tsunami?

And that at the time of the Christchurch and Kaikōura earthquake sequences, these events coincided with the presence of U.S. ‘dignatories’ in N.Z. Moreover, these quakes occurred when the country was hosting multi-national military contingents, and also when there was (were) a seismic survey ship(s), in the quake zones.

Ergo, since the Christchurch and Kaikōura earthquake sequences both involved sub-duction zones, and coincided with close lunar proximity to Earth, a critical inquiry would be: what natural and human precursors were associated with these events?

Given that Satoshi Ide et al published their findings in Nature Geosciences two months before the Kaikōura earthquake, which was picked up the same day by The Atlantic, you have to wonder if the GeoNet scientists’ TVs are bigger than their bookshelves.

In 2017, GeoNet seismologist John Ristau Ristau said in his opinion there was “no credibility” in linking moon or lunar phases to earthquakes. Ristau was interviewed for a hit-piece on Ken Ring and his latest competitor, Nigel Gray, who posted on Facebook a ‘heads-up’ stating, “On 14th November and a couple of days either side of that date, watch for a major earthquake, and quite possible in South pacific area.”

The Daily Mail reported Nigel Gray’s ‘heads-up’ as a prediction. Gray was pointing out the effect of the supermoon’s gravitational pull, which increases tectonic plate stress.

He added that geo-engineering, which can be targetted to specific areas, is more likely to have success during a supermoon phase. This assertion was dismissed by Dr Ristau.

This ‘remarkable’ turned of events riffed like a stylus had been bumped from a track titled “Cracroft Caverns Jolt Machine”, to a track called “Kaikōura Supermoon Kracker” on an album called Terror Archipelago by Transnational Force Multipliers.

In 2012, Anadarko was awarded two blocks in the Pegasus Basin for exploration.

Four years later, the Amazon Warrior would also gain approval, post-Kaikōura Earthquake, for its seismic surveys in the Pegasus Basin, which intersects with the Kaikōura Coast. The Operational Area reached from Hastings, North Island, south to Kaikōura, South Island, and 20 kilometres to the west of the Kaikōura Whale Sanctuary, the “Marine Mammal Impact Assessment” stated. The application for the seismic survey was dated 8 November 2016. The Kaikōura quake struck on November 14, at two minutes past midnight local time. The link was dismissed out of hand.

By this point the Amazon Warrior, the world’s largest seismic survey ship, had been seismic testing off the Wairapa Coast for three years, Fairfax reported in 2016.

It’s presence drew suspicion that it might be connected to the possible engineering of the M7.8 Kaikōura Earthquake, with struck just past midnight at 12.02am local time on November 14 2016, or 11:02, November 13th, UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).

Ergo, geophysical warfare technologies may be harnessed to amplify the forces of nature, by applying the military concept of ‘force multipliers’ in a secret war.

➳ Christchurch Earthquake Analysis: Disaster Militarization Down-under?

The Christchurch and Kaikōura earthquakes were inflicted as part of a lengthy low-grade war to re-integrate New Zealand back into the American Empire after the ANZUS alliance rift became a chasm following the Rainbow Warrior Bombing.

Uncannily, the scheduled military exercises, Southern Katipo in 2011, and the Naval Review in 2016, were re-purposed for disaster relief operations for the Christchurch and Kaikōura earthquakes. Twice, the military won public acclaim. What are the odds?

The re-integration of New Zealand into the Anglo-American Empire was, in effect, ‘book-ended’ by the two earthquake sequences, Canterbury and Kaikōura. When US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton landed in the capital city to sign the ‘Wellington Declaration’, this US-NZ political and military agreement effectively sealed a ‘bridge’ over the ANZUS/Anti-Nuclear Rift that widened into a chasm in the aftermath of the Rainbow Warrior Bombing. The signing meant that this US-NZ political-military agreement was officially ratified in the 33rd year after Prime Minister Robert Muldoon secretly established the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB). This signing also afforded Clinton the opportunity to virtue signal in Christchurch, which was reported to have been impacted two months prior by the Darfield Earthquake in September, despite the US-NZ Declaration being unrelated.

In 2016, Stuff reporter Philip Matthews noted that Key had lost enthusiasm to be the country’s top Chief Minister before Kaikōura, while the Herald’s Claire Trevett observed Key waivering at times from his ‘messaging’. Key himself claimed at the time he resigned, that he had made the decision when he was in New York in September 2016. It’s possible Key may have been given his orders to step aside to allow for the ship of state to list to the ‘political left’ at the 2017 general election. After all, to ‘come full circle’ with the Empire, it would have to be on a Labour-led Government’s watch.

Ergo, to ‘come full circle’, an engineered black operation would need to be inflicted in order to compromise the competing political faction, since it was on the watch of Lange’s Labour Government that the ANZUS/Anti-Nuclear Rift became a chasm.

Meanwhile, anthropocentric of earthquake precursors continued — by ‘coincidence’.

Snoopman contends the American deep state inflicted the two earthquake sequences as a covert price to New Zealand’s élites, and a warning to Western élites attuned to such spectacular shocks. If his supposition is correct, geophysical warfare is a horrific addition to the geopolitical tool-kit requiring vigilant watchers to detect the signs.

Ironically, in the 33rd year after the last US Navy ship had publicly entered New Zealand waters, the Amazon Warrior gained approval to conduct seismic testing. And while Greenpeace was on its trail, the crew of Rainbow Warrior III had to suck up the re-integration of New Zealand back into the Anglo-American Empire amid the public acclaim scored amid the fortuitous Kaikōura Earthquake disaster relief operation.

Tellingly, a full restoration of N.Z.’s security alliance with the U.S.-NATO Military Empire — under a Labour-led Government occurred in the 33rd year after the 1985 Rainbow Warrior Bombing. The Ides of March Mosques Massacre in Christchurch on March 15 2019, was inflicted as a deus ex machina plot device, to resolve a conflict whose roots reached back to the 1970s, when Labour Prime Minister Norman Kirk sent a frigate to Mururoa in support of an anti-nuclear flotilla. Ergo, the Christchurch Moques Massacre, also signalled to the Global Élites that a dark world reset was on the horizon. The image of a gaunt ‘Scarlet Woman’, Jacinda Ardern, superimposed onto the Burj Khalifa Tower, was the epitome of psychotic projection in a sanitized show that looked, sounded, felt, smelt and slinked like a demonic alchemical psychodrama to process the planet with group fear, ritualized rage and contained hope. The South Pacific archipelago became, once again, a stage-set for a global voodoo show. Ardern’s image was projected on the Burj Khalifa Tower in Dubai against the night sky, in the aftermath of the Ides of March Mosques Massacre, it created the surface impression that peace comes through cathartic rituals following catalytic crises that bind Christians and Muslims. But, also this apparent military-grade civic scorcery signalled a dark global reset was on the horizon, that would involve a more brazen alchemical psychodrama, as Snoopman alluded to in May 2019.

The Christchurch Mosques Massacre of Friday March 15 2019 was the world’s fourth deadliest, first live-streamed civilian mass shooting. And, as New Zealand’s largest peace-time massacre — the mass shooting shocked the nation of five million.

The Ides of March became a potent date throughout Western Civilization, because of the cultural legacy of the assassination of Julius Caesar on March 15^th 44BC, particularly because it was famously dramatised by William Shakespeare in his play, Julius Caesar. In the Roman calendar, it was notable as the deadline for settling debts.

The terrorist attacks on the two mosques occurred on the 74th day of the year. What are the odds that the attacker allegedly justified his horrific terrorism with a sparsely-filled ‘manifesto’ that was 74-pages long? Especially since since the accused, identified as ‘Brenton Harrison Tarrant’ appeared in the Christchurch District Court wearing a cloak that was made from a canvas or calico fabric. After all, the 74th chapter of Islam’s Holy book, The Koran (Quran), entitled “Al-Muddathir” translates to “The Cloaked One”. (This costume was predictable, since a cloak is given to prisoners who are deemed to be at risk of suicide). Particularly uncanny, because the events of the March 15 attack and the aftermath unfolded with uncanny similarity to the key verses of Chapter 74 of the Koran. The Quran is an allegory coded with key words to signify the Metonic Cycle — which reunites the lunar and solar calendars every nineteen years. It is crucial to note that the number 19 is repeated 19 times in the Koran and is mentioned only once in letter form, in Verse 30 of Chapter 74, which refers to nineteen angels (as wardens over the fire). It became apparent that shooter ‘Brenton Tarrant’ was going to set Al Noor Mosque alight, but it appears he realized he forgot to bring a lighter when he was standing at the boot of his car to get another weapon. The stereo played the song “Fire”, with the lyric, “I am the god of hellfire”.

How odd that N.Z. came ‘full circle’ with the staged Christchurch Mosques Massacre striking on the 42nd anniversary of Muldoon secretly approving the creation of the GCSB, on March 15 1977, as any newsroom possessing a copy of Nicky Hager’s 1996 book, Secret Power — could readily check. As the Snoopman showed in his three-part series, Darkest Day Deception, the official narrative of the Ides of March Mosques Massacre essentially behaved like a mass shooting victim. There were so many holes, the official reports failed to stay standing-up when lined-up in the snoopy-doo scopes.

Especially, since in the prior to and in aftermath of the mass shooting, Jacinda Ardern met the NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg. On June 29th 2022, New Zealand attended a North Atlantic Treaty Organization summit for the first time, as member of the Indo-Pacific 4 group (IP-4), which is a military and economic pact. What are the odds that the on June 29th 1894, urgent legislation as introduced by the Government to guarantee £2,000,000,000 to the Bank of New Zealand to enable it to continue banking transactions? The Bank of New Zealand was rescued and nationalised.

How uncanny given that Bank of New Zealand became the Colonial Government’s financier to escalate the New Zealand Masonic Revolutionary War after it had faltered during the First Taranaki War of 1860-1861. The Taranaki colonists, who were angry at being heemed in at New Plymouth, which lacked a natural harbour, coveted the coastal Māori village of Waitara, which had fertile lannd a river port. And so the Colonial Government’s Executive Council decided to approve a survey at Waitara on Janaury 25 1860, as a ploy to construe the local Te Atiawa tribe were in rebellion for predictably pulling out the survey pegs. The date was emotionally charged, since it ws precisely 20 years prior, on Janaury 25 1840, that the New Plymouth Company of New Zealand was established at Plymouth, England. What are odds that when Ardern and Stoltenberg fronted a press conference on January 25 2019, it riffed off the date, January 25 1840, that the Plymouth Company of N.Z. formed at Plymouth England?

This date correspondence may seem like a nothing burger. However, it is uncanny that when Ardern and Stoltenberg next fronted a press conference on August 6th 2019, it just happened to riff off the historical date, August 6 1840, that the Plymouth Company purchased the right to choose one block of 10,000 acres to be selected in any part of New Zealand. Ergo, the Christchurch Massacre was an alchemical wedding to resolve the awkward issue of how to reintegrate N.Z.’s left political left bloc back into the Western Alliance on the watch of a Labour Party Prime Minister.

And, what are the odds that on the day of the Christchurch Massacre, Ardern would have two speaking engagements in New Plymouth? The first was at the H2 Taranaki Roadmap energy conference, which was a hydrogen energy industry group promoting the decarbonization of the economy to meet net-zero carbon emissions targets. This engagement was followed by a brief appearance at WOMAD, among whose principal sponsors are Todd Energy, an exploration partner with oil and gas company, OMV. On the eve of the first anniversary of New Zealand’s historic oil and gas ban, OMV announced a plan to drill off the Dunedin coast starting in the summer of 2019/2020. The Austrian oil, gas, and petrochemical company gained an extension on an existing permit in 2018. In 2017, Green Party co-leader James Shaw had posed with Jacinda Ardern campaigning to stop new oil and gas exploration permits being issued as part of a cross-party platform to develop a ‘zero-carbon economy’.

The potency of a multicultural festival primarily sponsored by the oil and gas consortium, Todd Energy, owned by N.Z.’s richest dynastic ruling family, the Todd’s —coinciding with Ardern’s public appearance at the same festival just as the gunman’s email arrived in the inbox at the Prime Minister’s office, together with the Ardern Labour Coalition Government’s moratorium on issuing new off-shore oil and gas exploration licenses — make these linkages to the timing of the attack symbolic.

A Gladio Trojan horse op was inflicted as a deus ex machina plot element to reset N.Z.

The huge sums poured into the Pike Project were not to return a profit. But, to keep the ‘black operation’ going, so that the devastating explosion could occur on the 42nd anniversary of an aircraft carrier, USS America, arriving at Wellington Harbour on November 19 1968, with 42 days left in the year, during Lyndon Johnson’s presidency.

The repetition codifies geopolitical chess moves, rather than cosmic synchronicity, coincidences, or random chance events. Indeed, N.Z.’s long re-integration back into the Western Alliance was book-ended by the arrival of the 42nd president of the United States on Air Force One, at a time when U.S. warships and submarines were banned.

Recall that Bill Clinton, as the 42nd American President, visited New Zealand for the APEC Summit in 1999? Clinton’s presence was widely reported as an important step in warming relations since the rift over ANZUS in the 1980s; the role of the Warrior Bombing was a sacred cow. This repetition was not merely corresponding expressions with Paul Lévy’s Probability Theory, or Oscillation Law. The repetition of the number ‘42’ in the Pike explosion’s timing codified a ritualized display of spectacular power.

Ergo, the ‘Pike River Mine Disaster’ was also packed with an American Empire-themed motif, that telegraphed New Zealand’s re-integration back into the Western Alliance would involve more covert novel Trojan horse Gladio operations to come ‘full circle’, as well as to complete police state formation as a techno-feudalist vassal state.

Therefore, the circumstances that underpinned the binding of N.Z. to the Empire deserve a second look, since they were in effect ‘book-ended’ by two earthquakes.

If it seems too far fetched to readers that an American deep state would inflict earthquakes — even if the technology existed to amplify environmental conditions — consider that the United States has a history of carrying out false flag attacks to trigger assassinations, coups d’état and regime change wars, as Why We Fight shows.

In his new book, USA: The Ruthless Empire, historian Daniele Ganser shows that the United States has carried numerous false flag attacks. Previously, Ganser wrote, NATO’s Secret Armies: Operation Gladio and Terrorism in Western Europe, in which he showed the security services, intelligence agents or special force units, or ex-personnel from such units, from all 16 NATO countries at the time, had inflicted state-sponsored terrorist attacks on their own citizens. In these black operations, the bombings of train stations, buses, and airports, as well as assassinations, coups d’état, and mass shootings would be blamed on a communist group or commie patsies. The CIA, MI6 and the Coordination and Planning Committee (CPC) of NATO’s Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) were key culprits.

Such false flag attacks were a low-grade war inflicted to achieve a ‘strategy of tension’ to shift the political ‘center of gravity’ of Western Europe away from socialist governments, by associating peace, freedom and democracy with right wing governments. Operation Gladio was exposed in 1990, but soon forgotten.

The spectacle of a false flag is unifying, yet totalitarian in nature, as Monash University lecturer in international public law Dr. Eric Wilson explained in his book The Spectacle of the False Flag: Parapolitics from JFK to Watergate. Wilson stated the spectacular power of a false flag deep event is used to emotionally hijack mass populaces, politically capture public state authorities and reset the trajectory of a society onto a fully-fledged police state path and beyond. A false flag is an attack carried out by a deep state network that produces the evidence to lay blame either on an enemy state, or unwitting patsies, or witting suicidal psychopaths to construct a new state enemy or escalate a conflict. The purpose is to achieve hidden objectives that reset the political trajectory of a society, and sometimes, the world.

Pertinently, in a 2016 interview, Swiss historian Dr. Daniele Ganser framed the Rainbow Warrior Bombing as an example of a NATO power conducting terrorism to inflict damage against a defiant environmental group, Greenpeace. Ganser mentions that after the Director of the DGSE was fired over the Rainbow Warrior Bombing, the embittered Admiral Pierre Lacoste stated (in 1990) that the during the time that NATO’s stay-behind network operated in the ’60s and ’70s, terrorist action against then-French President de Gaulle and his Algerian Peace Plan, had been carried out by groups that included, “a limited number of people from the French stay-behind network”. France’s deep state turned against their own President. It was due to this hostile faction’s attempts to assassinate President de Gaulle (1959-1969) that NATO’s headquarters shifted from Paris to Brussels in 1967. De Gaulle said ‘get’ — in French.

But, because the journalists who wrote books in the aftermath — such as Rainbow Warrior: The French Attempt to Sink Greenpeace, The Rainbow Warrior Affair and Sink the Rainbow! An Enquiry into the ‘Greenpeace Affair’ — did not know about NATO’s secret low-grade war inflicted across Western Europe, starting with Italy in 1947, the full dimensions of the Rainbow Warrior Bombing operation remained obscure.

This finding implies that all states in the Western Alliance maintained a contrived ignorance about how commonplace it was for the NATO powers to inflict terrorism on ‘social democracies’ run by super-rich oligarchies and their networked military and intelligence families in Western Europe. The NATO Alliance were smugly confident because they knew the public, as well as most socialist politicians of Western Civilization did not know about Operation Gladio. The ignorance continues.

In conventional warfare, a belligerent state conducting a ‘false flag’ terror operation uses another country’s ‘flag’ to carry out an attack with the intention to frame the enemy as the perpetrator. In asymmetric Fourth Generation Warfare, a state-sponsored terrorist attack is carried out by security services, intelligence agents or special force units, or ex-personnel from such units, and is blamed on a terrorist group or patsies, as historian Daniele Ganser showed in his book, NATO’s Secret Armies: Operation GLADIO and Terrorism in Western Europe and as well as Richard Cottrell’s book, GLADIO: NATO’s Dagger at the Heart of Europe — The Pentagon-Nazi-Mafia Terror Axis. But, staged disasters that appear natural? Fifth Generation Warfare attacks a culture at an unconscious level by manipulating perceptions to steal the identity of adversaries and also the unwitting hosts who cheer-lead the reforms, and in the process reconstructs the identity of an entire class, or culture, or civilization.

The most successful Fifth Generation Warfare is never identified, partly because the violence is so discreetly dispersed that the victims are unaware they are in a war and therefore are oblivious they are losing a war. Indeed, the more dispersed the warfare is in its actions, the more effective and immune the clandestine operation becomes.

It is possible, therefore, that a secret geophysical war with powerful technologies has been waged for years on countries to inflict prices for re-admission to the Empire, punishments for defections, and to signal threats others in the Western Alliance as well as attacking enemies, or rival great powers to undermine their economic strength.

At the time of the catastrophic earthquake and tsunami struck the Tōhoku region inJapan on March 11, 2011, the USS Ronald Reagan was deployed to the Korean Peninsula region on a training exercise, with Carrier Strike Group 5 of the U.S. 7th Fleet. The Nimitz-class nuclear-powered super-carrier was heavily involved with refueling, reconnaissance, and transportation of supplies, personnel and equipment during the disaster relief mission, Operation Tomodachi, which means “friends”.

The picture of earnest scientists beavering away to supply seismic and ionospheric data for military applications to weaponize the forces of nature gets more intriguing.

Particularly, when it is recalled that it was under President Ronald Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI), dubbed ‘Star Wars’, that the HAARP facility was developed as a joint project between the US Navy, Air Force and Phillips Laboratories. The Department of Defense’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the US Air Force, and the US Navy all conducted projects at the remote site in Gakona.

Moreover, the coincidences of preparations for the first biannual multi-national military war-game, Southern Katipo, at the time of the Christchurch Earthquake, as well as the Naval Review at the time of the Kaikōura Earthquake, and the training exercise off the Korean Peninsula at the time of the Tōhoku Earthquake — are signs of black operations, as anyone who has read Webster G. Tarpley’s book, 9/11 Synthetic Terror knows. Tarpley found that there were 46 exercises, war-games and drills prior to or occurring on September 11 2001 that envisaged aspects of what occurred on 9/11. Some of them appeared to ‘go live’. The coincidences of drills, exercises and war-games that coincide with a terrorist shooting, bombing or a hijacked plane smashing into a building are actually the key sign of a false flag black op — as Jon Rappoport’s article, “Training Exercises Dovetail with Mass Shootings, What are the Odds?” points out. Among the list are: the 2001 9/11 Coup D’état, the 2005 London 7/7 Bombings, the 2011 Oslo Bombing/Massacre, the 2012 Aurora, Colorado “Batman” Shooting, and the 2013 Boston Marathon Attack. As Snoopman stated previously, such ‘coincidence’ of drills, exercises and war-games occurring simultaneously to a terrorist shooting, bombing or a hijacking or other crisis, provides the cover for deep state actors to take the training scenarios live, by leveraging a national security state’s compartmentalized operation classifications. And, the transnational cryptocratic dark state does exploit the confusion about whether the phenomena is an exercise or a real world situation, while maintaining plausible deniability about the ‘coincidences’.

Since these earthquakes have the hallmarks of engineered geophysical warfare calamaties, the events would be an innovation in false flag attacks, since the causes were naturalized. Indeed, both quakes performed like Trojan horse Gladio attacks.

As with the Canterbury (Christchurch) Earthquake sequence, the Kaikōura Earthquake coincided with an international military presence in the form of a ‘Naval Review’ to commemorate the New Zealand Royal Navy’s 75th Anniversary.

Remarkably, this coincidence meant that not only was it the first time in 33 years that a US warship had officially visited New Zealand. It also meant that HMNZS Canterbury — as the Royal New Zealand Navy’s sea-lift and amphibious support vessel — was once again sprung into the role as lead rescue ship amid preparing for a naval exercise.

Meanwhile, seismic testing ships were awaiting the state to sign off on surveys of basins to map for oil and gas fields, as well as mineral resources.

The Christchurch Earthquake, as well as the Kaikōura Earthquake, also worked to manufacture consent of the New Zealand public for large infrastructure spending.

Thus, it is crucial to identify the battling factions who move seamlessly between the Public State and the hidden Deep State, since it seems that with each ‘disaster’, it was intended that the armed forces won popular acclaim. Ergo, the re-integration of New Zealand into the Empire appeared to have a sinister subtext that passed over most Kiwis’ heads. Yet, if my terrorism thesis is correct, this integration on John Key’s watch implied that key insiders of Labour-branded faction would also have to be drawn into a ‘darkest day’ plot that would cause that faction to be permanently severed from the visible Public State. Ergo, once a Labour-led Government regained power, the national security state could win popular acclaim amid a black operation.

Reading the runes, a clandestine cadre, or brotherhood, appear to have inflicted the Christchurch and Kaikōura earthquakes to re-bind New Zealand to the Empire after three decades of cooled relations over the ANZUS military alliance rift.

The metaphor-laden historical date riffing in the timing of the Christchurch Earthquake, as well as the Kaikōura Earthquake, together with the uncanny timing of military exercises, and favorable lunar and solar activity and two secretaries of state ‘bookending’ the earthquakes are dead giveaway ‘signals intelligence’ of a staged ops.

This catalytic Christchurch quake was fixed to be a diabolical ‘worst of type disaster’, but it clocked up a death toll of 185. And so, it didn’t surpass the Napier Earthquake.

These staged catastrophes, calamaties and other catalytic events reveal a cryptic signature, or ‘matrix code’, used by a cryptocratic dark state. If it still seems too far-fetched that an earthquake could be engineered, let alone such a sinister plot could happen and the perpetrators could get away with such a brazenly horrific massacre, then recall that it wasn’t the only environmental disaster associated with oil in 2011.

Remember the Rena Grounding on Astrolabe Reef, which happened on October 5 2011? And that the MV Rena broke apart on the reef, and the ensuing oil spill was described at the time as New Zealand’s worst environmental disaster?

What are the odds that the grounding of the navy vessel, HMNZS Manawanui, on Sinolei Reef in Samoa, would occur on the 13th anniversary of the Rena Grounding?

In 2024, Luxon had cut the defence budget by $1.5 billion. Luxon metaphorically took a punch to the nose. The shadow government cryptically communicated that the defence budget was above the Luxon Cabinet’s paygrade. In 2025, defence got boosted.

Luxon had failed to comprehend the long theatirical re-integration of New Zealand back into the Western Alliance, meant contributing military capability to participate with the American Empire’s ‘global security challenges’. In effect, Luxon’s cabinet was told in no uncertain terms that austerity didn’t apply to the national security state.

Recall how in 2011, no new permits to prospect, explore, or mine for petroleum were issued? The Key Government repealed the governance over the Foreshore and Seabed Act 2004, which was designed to circumvent Māori customary title claims to include customary rights, and passed the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011.

Moreover, the long re-integration also meant boosting access to resources. This is why the Christchurch Earthquake was timed to riff off the date, February 22 in 1962, when the Kapanui Well in Taranaki first produced gas and liquid hydrocarbons.

And recall the Rena ran aground on the same day that a historical secret meeting of the New Zealand Company held in London, October 5 1840, to negotiate with Lord Russell for official recognition. The settlement company met with the Secretary of State for War and the Colonies occurred three days after Queen Victoria approved Governor William Hobson’s proclamation of sovereignty over the whole of New Zealand on October 2nd 1840, via the London Gazette. Ergo, staged grounding of the Rena Grounding on October 5 2011 was codified with recognition-themed riff, that cryptically telegraphed a threat that unless the cryptocratic dark state’s propecting claims were rcognized, more environental disasters could be inflicted at scale.

Logically then, the precision timing of the Christchurch Earthquake struck a drilling-themed historical riff to signal a significant milestone in the re-integration theater.

As such, New Zealand’s re-integration into the American Empire had a dark side.

This re-integration theater featured political, commercial and martial aspects. Chess moves were made in plain sight, either on the news, or in government and corporate reports, as players posted themselves as ‘hostages’ in accordance with game theory.

Since such ‘hostage exchanges’ are calculated to stabilize relations as power structures undergo transformations, the traumatised families, divided communities and entrained population were all being mocked as they accepted the creepy ‘desired solutions’, however reluctantly. The cryptic symbol sorcery that is codified into the metaphor-laden events, with thematic historical date riffs is the dead giveaway of the transnational cryptocratic dark state inflicting mayhem with impunity.

This metaphor-laden riffing included themes of oil exploration, banking, cathedral capital raising, technology upgrades and combat and disaster relief exercises, to telegraph sponsorship, caution, scapegoats and the sinister hidden objectives.

By stealthily inflicting this Trojan horse catalytic ‘earthquake’, the cryptocracy was able to advance New Zealand’s transformation into a technofeudalist digital dystopia.

As a form a fifth generation warfare, this geophysical terrorism was a gleeful exhibition of spectacular power inflicted as a milestone marker for the re-integration of New Zealand back into the Western Alliance. The timing of the 2011 Christchurch Earthquake, to coincide with the February 22 deadline for approving Anardarko’s application for seismic line tails in the Canterbury Basin, also ritualized the teether tightening of N.Z.’s economic entwinement with the American Empire.

The quake was also inflicted as a signal to vassal oligarchies there is a price to pay for allowing defections. Democractic franchises were extended on the understanding that peasants never bother Overlords. New Zealanders have yet to comprehend that the American Empire implemented the ‘1980s Project’; it was a reset to forge a global super-economy. And, that the corporate heist of the New Zealand economy in the mid-1980s and mid-1990s was not only a local expression of the ‘1980s Project’. But also, that the strategic sabotage of New Zealand’s industry was the logical consequence of the ‘Erebus Disaster’ of 1979, an air terrorism event that communicated a threat to move bureaucratic mountains for the envisaged trans-corporate heist of the economy.

Amid the shakes, an over-arching meta-message was signalled: Trojan Terrorism.
