This series sketches 13 crises as ‘jolts’ that seem to be timed to coincide with concurrent or looming events to justify more resources and security, while also compromising a new administration or providing a distraction to maintain power.

Former Māori Television news and current affairs editor Steve Snoopman surveys the curious coincidences of calamities, catastrophes, or crises, that appear to riff off historical events. The history riffs link by thematic elements to the crisis at hand.

Such historical riffings are one striking feature of the tragedies, accidents and shocks associated with New Zealand. However, this pattern is not unique to the South Pacific archipelago. They indicate ritual displays of power by élite networks.

This story starts in 1977, when New Zealand was switched onto a track of police state formation against a backdrop of rising international terrorism in a cruel world. 

In that year, the Anti-Terrorism Squads and the NZ Aviation Security Service were formed. And in the same year, Prime Minister Robert Muldoon secretly authorized the establishment of the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB).

The Snoopman applies his ‘thunk evil without being evil’ superpower to make the case that New Zealand was reset two years later with what appeared to be an air disaster, that on closer inspection seems to be a ‘too stupid to be stupid’ calamity.

Snoopman explores the supposition that the crash of an Air New Zealand DC-10 on Mount Erebus in 1979 may have been air terrorism inflicted to scare New Zealand’s ruling families to get on board with the planned corporate heist of the economy.

He contends the South Pacific archipelago has been subjected to a secret, sinister ‘strategy of tension’ for over four decades to shift its political center of gravity away from being a centrally-planned democratic socialist state to a centrally-planned technocratic police state, while serving a closet talisman-pivot state function.

Moreover, he sketches an apparent alchemical psychodrama spanning 29 years to re-wed the moderately-difficult South Pacific archipelago with the Anglo-American Empire, following the chasm that opened up in the aftermath of the Rainbow Warrior Bombing. The starters’ gun for this political marriage seems to have been signalled with the ‘eventless’ Commonwealth Games in early 1990 at a time when the nation’s Anti-Terrorism Squads faced an existential crisis of legitimacy, 13 years after their creation. Many New Zealanders questioned the ATS units’ relevance given it seemed the last time the country had a terrorism attack, it was the French.

And the time before that, the Anti-Terrorism Squads (ATS) ‘failed’ to track down who bombed the Wellington Trades Hall in March 1984. But, the Anti-Terrorism Squads were saved when a lone wolf gunman “went beserk” shooting his neighbours on November 13 1990. A composite 13-member ATS unit supplied “the finale” the next afternoon — by chance on a training day — in time for the six o’clock news.

These dispatches trace 13 crises, revealing previously undetected patterns that indicate the hidden hand of a deep state network appearing to inflict black ops.

Indeed, the numerous shocks surveyed in this series reveal a striking pattern of the metaphor-laden events embedded with codified symbolism to signal authorship, narrative, scapegoats, to warn, telegraph trajectory and to convey psychotic humour.

Over the course of hacked time, each new government administration seems to undergo a reset that alters the mandated political trajectory of New Zealand.

False flag operation elements of resets may include: betrayal, blind alleys, a cover-story, coincidences, contradictions, crisis rituals, errors, excuses, exercises, fore-knowledge, historical riffing, glitches, metaphor-laden symbolism, scape-goats, techno-prowess, tricksters, triggers, trojan horse tactics and a messy aftermath.

The captured political space succumbs to a consolidation of power, wealth and control as various actors steer the crisis rituals toward desired ‘solutions’, while shocked communities reel, in accordance with a Shock Doctrine identified by Naomi Klein. In this detectable subversive low-grade war, a striking pattern emerges from the features of a proven state-sponsored terrorist event, the Rainbow Warrior Bombing of 10 July 1985. In all of the other crises sketched in this dispatch, many have most of the features revealed by investigations into Opération Sataniqué, the mission to sink the Rainbow Warrior, that was carried out by the French DGSE.

The common understanding is the mission to sink Greenpeace’s Pacific flagship, the Rainbow Warrior, was bungled due to rushed planning, the ‘tyranny of distance’ between France and New Zealand, and the helpfulness of Hobbits to serve up clues.

While this is true as far as it goes, this narrative masks the fact the planners behind Opération Sataniqué intended for then-Prime Minister David Lange — as well as other Western leaders — to get the message that there was a price to pay for defecting from the Western Alliance. The DGSE, who have a specialist economic intelligence section, stayed at a motel unit that Lange owned as an investment property. The Hinemoa Motel served as the location to transfer the Zodiac, the dive gear and the Limpet mines to the bomb team. While the agents comprising the three main teams made mistakes, it is clear the mission planners also intended that they left a trail of clues; they just didn’t expect that their agents would get caught.

Consequently, the rift in the ANZUS military alliance over the Lange Government’s accommodation of the anti-nuclear movement widened into a chasm in the aftermath of the Rainbow Warrior Bombing in Auckland in 1985. Lange noticed that neither Margaret Thatcher, the United Kingdom’s prime minister, nor U.S. President Ronald Reagan, and nor the Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser, rebuked France. The radio silence reached the ‘politically deaf community’ in the far-flung outpost of the Empire: count on ‘no reliance for defiance of the alliance’.

In this perceivable low-grade war, a stealthy ‘strategy of tension’ is detectable that shifted the political center of gravity to accept a technocratic totalitarian police state with periodic jolts, skilled crisis management and by incrementalism.

Just as the Rainbow Warrior Bombing worked as a trojan horse mechanism to bind officials of New Zealand closer with France, I contend the long re-integration of New Zealand back into the Anglo-American Empire required innovative trojan horse plots. Moreover, some of the crisis events have the characteristics of deux ex machina narrative devices, that burst ‘out of the blue’ to resolve an impossible impassé in a bigger meta-conflict to achieve over-arching meta-objectives.

Thus, it appears each of the 13 crises were inflicted to resolve, or were an attempt to resolve, a looming crisis either for the sitting government, the Crown or the national security state, or the oligarchy, or for a foreign government or oligarchy. The 13 crises that get a second look in this series are: Erebus Disaster, 28 November 1979; Springbok Tour, 1981; Trades Hall Bombing, 27 March 1984; Rainbow Warrior Bombing, 10 July 1985; Aramoana Massacre, 13 November 1990; Waitara Shooting, 30 April 2000; Operation Eight Raids, 15 October 2007; Pike River Mine Disaster, 19 November 2010; Christchurch Earthquake, 22 February 2011; Megaupload Raids, 20 January 2012; Kaikōura Earthquake, 14 November 2016; Christchurch Mosques Massacre, 15 March 2019; Corona Hostage Crisis, 2020-2022.

In other words, as trigger events, engineered ‘false flags’ always direct the blame elsewhere, and are designed to emotionally hijack mass populaces, politically capture public state authorities and reset the trajectory of a society onto a fully-fledged police state path and beyond. The coincidences of drills, exercises and war-games that coincide with a terrorist shooting, bombing or a hijacked plane smashing into a building are actually the key sign of a false flag black operation.

While it is prudent for emergency services to train, the capacity for ‘bad actors’ to glean knowledge about institutional processes, practices and personnel is usually overlooked. Such blindspots expose ‘gaps’ to take exercise scenarios ‘live’.

The catalytic events that coincided with training exercises either taking place at the time, or were scheduled to, or that occurred in the recent past, include: The Mount Erebus Disaster, November 28 1979; Springbok Tour, 1981; Aramoana Massacre, 13 November 1990; Waitara Shooting, 30 April 2000, Pike River, November 19 2010; Christchurch Earthquake, 22 February 2011; Kaikōura Earthquake, 14 November 2016; Christchurch Mosques Massacre, 15 March 2019, and the Corona Hostage Crisis, 2020-2022. Each of these crises had features consistent with a coup détat: a trigger event to capture the state, or to create a collective citizen catharsis.

Additionally, the timing of three of these events coincided with domestic or foreign legislation: Operation Eight Raids, 15 October 2007; Megaupload Raids, 20 January 2012; Christchurch Mosques Massacre, 15 March 2019. Moreover, two terror events occurred while security apparatus were in transition: the Rainbow Warrior Bombing, 10 July 1985; Christchurch Mosques Massacre, 15 March 2019. The two mass shootings won the police public acclaim and the police gained more resources. Coincidentally, the Christchurch Shooting appeared like a deus ex machina device to close the chasm opened up by the infliction of Opération Sataniqué. The Corona Hostage Crisis of 2020 to 2022, saw widespread public acceptance of trialling what had previously been limited to people in state care: a gulag archipelago.

The conversion of hotels and motels into quarantine detention centers during the over-hyped corona plague in effect were a trial run for a global pandemic industry.

Such events trigger damage control by an administration’s authorities, including the police, following a disaster, a bungled operation, or an emergency response failure, or as a result of attempts to contain resistance ‘from below’. The sitting governments that are embroiled in the cover-ups, conflicts or clashes — become vulnerable to exploitation by élite criminal networks, provided they can control the crisis rituals.

And all of these crises have logical incoherencies that reveal why the key evidence had been covered-up. During the crisis rituals, at least one crisis actor will perform an inoculation ritual, which is a public relations (PR) tactic that attempts to smooth over the weakness of the matter at hand with an acknowledgement, and then quickly brush aside the shortcoming, or vulnerability or drawback. The intention is that the news audience will think nothing more of it, satisfied that there is nothing under-handed to see, as the documentary The Hollow Men showed more generally.

Strikingly, in all of the crises that get a second look, the climatic crisis itself seems to riff off an historical event usually by the date it occurs, or by the location, and sometimes by key events in the cover-up, that include the ‘investigations’ as damage control exercises. This finding indicates that symbolic signalling occurs as a means of codified communication to Establishment insiders and to foreign counterparts, about a black operation, requiring skilled steerage, sly support, and solemn spin.

Ergo, these enmeshed machinations indicate historical riffing off events entwined with territorial claims over the South Pacific archipelago, including royal landlord visits, as well as anniversaries of disasters, police operations and political chess moves and their associated event clusters — as this navy seal snoop-dive illustrates.

By riffing off historic dates, key players may be signalling they are advancing a plot toward its trigger moment, and to signal on the chosen day that the trap has been set, as well as codify their moves during the cover-up stage that they remain loyal.

Criminal coalitions embed events with encoded metadata to communicate unity that they are advancing a syndicate game to signal promises and threats, to telegraph caution and control in the inevitable scandals, while exploiting crises. If other players are not seen to be posting themselves as ‘hostages’ with such encoded signalling — defections can be expected on the next moves, as game theory predicts.

When gathered together, the metaphor-laden meta-data in these crises seem to show skillful subtext to hide each plot, that on the surface looks like an unexpected disaster that was ‘waiting to happen’, or was natural, or it was a crisis that errupted out of the blue, or they were acts of rage or rebellion that needed to be ‘put down’.

But, on closer examination of the elements, inconsistencies arise that demonstrate the official narrative cannot be true, and that the ‘grammar’ has been skillfully re-arranged. And like syntax, which is the branch of linguistics that focuses on arranging words and phrases to create well-formed sentences in a language — the crises re-examined here have features that in effect don’t adhere to the equivalent of the rules of the road for language construction, as if they happened by design with a trojan horse plot twist. N.Z.’s role as a test facility for new technologies, social engineering and political strategies may extend to the geographically-isolated South Pacific archipelago being a staging ground for novel trojan horse black operations.

New Zealand’s closest international neighbour, Australia is identified as a pivot state for its ‘military strategic goods’. Pivot states are located at the seams of the international system sandwiched between the rival great powers and super powers. Since the Anglo-American Empire remains in the closet about the fact that it is an expansionist imperial project, the Snoopman reasons a closet empire needs a closet pivot state to act an ‘influence-multiplier’. As such, he explores a creepy logic that such an oceanic power alliance would require a closet pivot state to fulfil a trojan horse function, by acting as its lightening-rod, its lab-facility and its light-house.

These findings suggest that behind closed doors, key players in the national security state either meet with key officials of the new government or they talk via secure phonelines, to communicate that a coup has been inflicted to achieve certain aims.

In his book, Spyhunter: The Secret History of German Intelligence, Michael Shrimpton argued that a small German intelligence ring stationed in Wellington had penetrated N.Z’.s state bureaucracy. Shrimpton says West German military intelligence penetrated the CIA and MI6, and had been carrying out industrial espionage, sabotage, and air terrorism to financially attack jet manufacturers, airliners and state treasuries in an undeclared war targetting civilians.

In any case, the Snoopman observes a rollout of componentry characterizing a ‘Police State’, that are deployed to shut-down popular political participation, as identified in an American context by Naomi Wolf in 2007 book, The End of America.

The cumulative effect over the course of hacked time and captured political space, is that the ten features of police state formation are either present with varying degrees of advancement, or are of sporadic deployment, or they have reverted to a latent mode awaiting the right crisis for permanent roll-out. If unchecked, police state formation can manifest into a totalitarian state controlled by a politicized police force that secretly supervises the citizens’ activities, inflicts punishments and controls the captured citizenry through fear and tightly regulated hope, for sinister ends. Moreover, if my thesis is correct, such black operations will continue unless their stealthy, clandestine nature is exposed and becomes common knowledge.

Since many of these catalytic events coincided with training exercises at the time or in the very recent past, this is a key sign of a potential looming black op. Exercises can program monkeys with a scenario to accept a cover-story, once under-cover operatives take a false flag attack ‘live’ and signal a looming season of skullduggery.

Amid widespread symbol illiteracy that besets the planet, transnational networks have cast themselves as like dark wizards and witches practicing symbol sorcery.

Ergo, the planet’s Overlords and their well-resourced highly paid armies of professionals treat the vast swathes of humanity as like muggles, ignorant of their ‘magical powers’ to stage creepy, spooky events to achieve far-reaching objectives.

Key Findings: This second look at 13 crises reveals an uncanny exploitation by the national security state to capture or catapult the government, to accumulate more power, and to steer the archipelago further along the twisting road to a police state.

Many shock news events seem to comprise a low-grade war of trauma programming, economic warfare and ritual terrorism, in a ‘strategy of tension’ paradigm to forge a police state, while teethering the ‘ship of state’ to the Anglo-American Empire.

Strikingly, the key dates associated with every crisis are embued with the potency of economic, political or sovereignty-themed historical riffs. This synchronicity appears to be deliberately encoded into the timing of 13 crises and indicates an over-arching meta-level conflict to teether New Zealand to the global ‘super economy’, as well as to the Empire, and to signal the archipelago’s influence-multiplier role

NZ History Redux: Mountain Moving to Mosque Massacres

In 1977, New Zealand was switched onto a track of police state formation. 

In that year, the Anti-Terrorism Squads and the NZ Aviation Security Service were formed. And in the same year, Prime Minister Robert Muldoon secretly authorized the establishment of the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB). 

In Muldoon, by Robert Muldoon (1977), the former cantankerous Prime Minister wrote that New Zealanders needed to realize the planet was a “hard, cold world”. But, also that New Zealand is subject to economic warfare attacks, as well as subversion by actors who find it easier to penetrate the New Zealand system than the more heavily defended systems of its allies. So, he reformed the New Zealand Intelligence Council.

Yet, as we shall see, the ‘fails’ by New Zealand’s national security state are incredible.

Ironically, it is received wisdom that Muldoon was rolled when big money shifted to propel Lange’s Labour Party to power, because it’s right wing faction secretly planned to transform N.Z. with a ‘market economy’. Yet, the meta-data in the chess moves reveals a deeper precision of coordinated action — as if Brain from Pinky and the Brain at ACME Labs in Spielberg’s cartoons, was running an adjunct operation down under.

When Muldoon became prime minister in 1975, he appointed Bernie Galvin as Permanent Head of the Prime Minister’s Department, on secondment from Treasury, to lead a liaison group that would glean economic intelligence from around NZ.

Ergo, there appears to be another layer to New Zealand’s recent past and the trail of meta-data seems to reveal encrypted ‘glyphs’ or ‘runes’ of a network who ‘hex’ targets.

Therefore, it is ironic to re-read Megaupload founder, Kim Dotcom, say in David Fisher’s 2013 book, The Secret Life of Kim Dotcom, “Show me one case in history of this country where you have such a high error rate.” Fisher cast the Crown’s prosecution case, the illegal spying by the GCSB, and the illegal police raid, ‘Operation Debut’, as a series of extraordinary blunders. There are several precedents. But, are they merely blunders? Or, is there something fishy that lies beneath ‘the news’ surface?

Many shock news events seem to comprise a low-grade war of trauma programming, economic warfare and ritual terrorism fitting within a ‘strategy of tension’ paradigm to forge a police state. A police state describes a government that exercises power arbitrarily through the wielding of law enforcement against the citizenry, rather than upholding the Rule of Law Doctrine to restrain abuses of power. If unchecked, police state formation can manifest into a totalitarian state controlled by a politicized police force that secretly supervises the citizens’ activities, inflicts punishments and controls the captured citizenry through fear and tightly regulated hope, for sinister ends.

In her 2007 book, The End of America, Naomi Wolf identified ‘10 steps’ as features that characterize a ‘Police State’, that are deployed to shut-down popular political participation. The 10 steps, identified by Wolf, to construct a Police State are:

(1) Invoke an External and Internal Threat; (2) Establish Secret Prisons; (3) Develop a Paramilitary Force; (4) Surveil Ordinary Citizens; (5) Infiltrate Citizens Groups; (6) Arbitrarily Detain & Release Citizens; (7) Target Key Individuals; (8) Restrict the Press; (9) Cast Criticisms as Espionage & Dissent as Treason; and (10) Subvert the Rule of Law. — Naomi Wolf, 10 Steps to Police State Formation, The End of America

It is an often overlooked point that economic impoverishment is key to undermining all rights, including freedom of speech, freedom of association and free of movement.

The incremental loss of such rights occurs hand-in-glove with the accumulation of wealth by a largely unseen oligarchy. Super-rich oligarchs convert their concentration of economic wealth into political power, which is why oligarchies cannot be undone by democratic procedures, as Jeffrey Winters stated in Oligarchy. Crucially, oligarchs can only exist in societies with extreme wealth disparities, and they thrive in crisis-ridden societies. Ergo, the super-wealthy cause crises, including poverty. 

As crisis management expert Paul ’t Hart observed, crises can be contrived and manoeuvred by actors within and external to the state apparatus and provided they can control the ritualized symbolic actions, they can also constrain the meanings. In an atmosphere of calamity and urgency, those who control perceptions about what caused the crisis and what might resolve it, will tend to gain politically, wrote ’t Hart in his 1993 paper “Symbols, rituals and power: The lost dimensions of crisis management” and published in the Journal of Contingencies and Crisis Management.

Political actors, whether they work in government institutions or in private enterprises, have incentives to smooth over concerns during crises, either because they do not want to make them worse, or because they are acting collusively to set a course toward a climax, from which they expect to gain in its resolution. Powerful groups use the media to relay information to ‘crisis stakeholders’. Ergo, newsrooms become vectors for perception management in the absence of vigilant filtering.

Such events trigger damage control by an administration’s authorities, including the police, following a disaster, a bungled operation, or an emergency response failure, or as a result of attempts to contain resistance ‘from below’. The sitting governments that are embroiled in the cover-ups, conflicts or clashes — become compromised.

These inquiries or investigations are often a part of the cover-up, to downplay as mistakes or errors and to reveal ‘lessons’, while blame-shifting scapegoating occurs.

Let me recap some crises through the decades with each new administration since the Muldoon government; they feature strangeness lurking like a marauding monster.

In 1979, an Air New Zealand-owned DC-10 collided with a ‘13,000’ ft volcano leaving the wreckage strewn across 800 metres on a 13° slope below Fang Ridge. The strange crash, after 13 successful Antarctic Flights, embroiled the airline, the Ministry of Transport’s Civil Aviation Division and the Beehive in a cover-up of the world’s then-fourth worst civilian air disaster. The flight coordinates were altered hours before take-off, without telling the crew they were heading toward a misty mountain: Erebus.

By early spring of 1980, Muldoon’s Government faced a crisis of legitimacy over this epic cover-up — amid the Royal Commission’s inquiry, and back-lash about his dominance over a stagnant economy shaken by two Oil Price Shocks. With magical synchronicity, the New Zealand Rugby Union announced the 1981 Springbok Tour on September 12th 1980, which coincided with the third anniversary of the death of black rights activist, Steve Biko, at the hands of one of the Afrikaner Broederbond’s fascist henchmen. While the Springboks played the All Blacks at Eden Park, the ‘finale’ clash occurred on the streets outside — on September 12th. Muldoon was re-elected in 1981.

On March 27 1984, a bombing of a New Zealand workers’ union headquarters, known as the Trades Hall, in Vivian Street, Wellington, shocked the nation. Federation of Labour Secretary Ken Douglas said the police never followed up the presence of an ex-IRA intelligence operative, who skipped the country the day after the bombing. The case wasn’t classified as terrorism since the motive was deemed ‘unclear’.

A reset of New Zealand was orchestrated with a ‘silent revolution’ of the incoming government on Bastille Day in 1984, to implement the blitzkrieg corporate heist of the economy — amid a staged currency crisis. Four days out, Big Business signalled a ‘sea-change’ by hosting a lunch for David Lange, whose party had no electoral mandate to implement a planned economic warfare programme to create a crisis-ridden society.

On 10 July 1985, while New Zealand was in the midst of re-inventing itself as a model corporate-state, the French DGSE sank Greenpeace’s Pacific flagship, the Rainbow Warrior at Marsden Wharf in Auckland. The Beehive’s Officials Terrorism Committee ignored SIS advice to widen the scope of the investigation and consequently the bomb team were able to skip the country after skiing at Mt Cook for ten days. A $13 million deal was awarded to the NZ Government, who limited the ‘fall-out’ with the French.

In 1990, when James Bolger’s National Party won power, his new government was faced with a financial crisis too, “like a re-run of 1984, with different actors,” observed Marcia Russell in Revolution. Before it was privatized, the Bank of New Zealand asked for a second welfare hand-out; it received $1300 million in two bail-outs. By 1994’s end, 13 New Zealand state-owned enterprises were sold for a mere $13 billion.

Barely a fortnight into the Bolger Administration, a ‘lone wolf’ gunman snapped on November 13 1990, killing 13 locals in Aramoana. Conveniently, a 13 member-Anti-Terrorist Squad supplied a catharsis shoot-out for the 6pm bulletins the next day, 13 years after the ATS’s were formed in 1977. Curiously, a training exercise was due to take place in Dunedin on the day of the ‘finale’ shoot-out; training day went ‘live’.

In 1999, when the ship of state metaphorically listed from starboard to portside with a Labour-Party led Coalition Government, a police shooting in Waitara soon followed that would embroil the Clark Administration in a cover-up. The Māori MPs of the Labour Party Caucus agreed to wait for the Police Complaints Authority report, which was not published until March 17 2009 — after Helen Clark was out of power. The cop who fired the lethal liver shot, scored top marks at an exercise two days prior.

On October 15 2007, the police exercised a show of force with 300 police officers to put down an alleged uprising before it started, with the prime target accused of being a guerilla terrorist leader. The Raids were infliced to scapegoat Tūhoe iwi’s most famous face, Tame Iti, to discredit the Bay of Plenty tribe. Tūhoe had a legitimate claim to regaining native title to the Urewera wilderness. This claim was ‘de-risked’.

Barely a fortnight into John Key’s tenure as Prime Minister, an Air New Zealand-owned Airbus crashed into Mediterranean on an ‘acceptance flight’ — on the 29th anniversary of the Erebus Disaster. The crash appeared to telegraph caution ahead of the 30th anniversary, since the ‘coincidences’ that seem to be codified in these entwined crashes indicate metaphor-laden historical references, as I explore in part 2, “Into the Erebus Abyss — Air New Zealand Flight TE901 Rabbit Hole Redux ”.

On November 19 2010, a methane gas explosion at Pike River Mine occurred eight seconds after a water pump was turned back on after scheduled maintenance, and after McConnell Dowell had finished shot-blasting stone. Earlier the same day, a drill rig’s methane gas sensor belonging to Valley Longwall Drilling was found to be faulty, the Labour Department noted. The first explosion occurred on the 42nd anniversary of an aircraft carrier, USS America, visiting Wellington; with 42 days left in the year. The final fourth explosion on November 28, occurred on the 31th anniversary of the Erebus Disaster, with 33 days left in the year. Cue The X-Files theme tune.

The Canterbury Earthquake Sequence, which included the 6.3M Christchurch Earthquake of 22 February 2011, was reported to have clocked up 13,000 aftershocks. The Christchurch Earthquake coincided with the presence of American ‘deep state’ actors in New Zealand, and when the country was hosting multi-national military contingents, and also when there was (were) a seismic survey ship(s), in the quake zones. The apparent hidden objectives are explored later in this heretical series.

The Pike River Mine Disaster of 19 November 2010 and the Christchurch Earthquake of 22 February 2011, were each marked by poor regulatory oversight that led to catastrophic losses of life. The disasters were compounded by emergency response failures, and while the subsequent Royal Commissions exposed the failings, the performance of the police, the judiciary and regulatory authorities belied cover-ups.

After re-winning power in November 2011, the Key Administration sponsored the Megaupload Raids, that were timed to coincide with the passage of the doomed Stop Online Piracy Act 2012 in the U.S. Congress. On January 20 2012, a task-force of 72 N.Z. Police inflicted a Hollywood-style raid in response to a 72-page indictment that claimed Megavideo had a 72-minute threshold limit to induce paying a premium membership. The case against the company founder, Kim Dotcom, is ongoing.

The 7.8M Kaikōura Earthquake, which struck 11:02, November 13th, UTC, also coincided with the presence of American ‘deep state’ actors in New Zealand, and when the country was hosting multi-national military contingents, and also when there was (were) a seismic survey ship(s), in the quake zones. And, the Kaikōura Earthquake sequence boasted its achievements with a tally of 13,000 aftershocks, just like its predecessor. This earthquake also coincided with the first U.S. Navy ship to visit New Zealand waters in 33 years — evidently signalling an admission price paid.

On the 74th day of 2019, massacres occurred at two mosques in Christchurch after a 74-page manifesto was sent to Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern. The attacks unfolded with uncanny coincidences to the 74^th chapter of Islam’s Holy Book, The Koran (Quran), entitled “Al-Muddathir” (The Cloaked One). Moreover, this ‘darkest day’ of 2019, was not only the anniversary of Julius Caesar’s assassination. But also, March 15 2019 was the 42nd anniversary of Muldoon’s secret approval to establish the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB). Cue The X-Files theme tune.

The Ides of March Massacre not only appeared to demonstrate how easy it was capture a government, since a cover-up of the emergency response failure ensued, as I show in my three-part “Darkest Day Deception” series. The mayhem also magically worked like an alchemical wedding to resolve an impossible impassé whose narrative roots extended back to the 1980s. A full restoration of N.Z.’s security alliance with the U.S.-NATO Military Empire — under a Labour-led Government in the 33rd year after the 1985 Rainbow Warrior Bombing — appears to have also signalled to the Global Élites that a dark world reset was on the horizon. The Ides of March Massacre seems like it was inflicted as a deus ex machina plot device, packed with a trojan horse twist.

As the Snoopman demonstrated in part 2 of his heretical “Corona World Games” series, entitled “Dropped Bag of Covid Illuminati” the ‘Great Corona Hostage Crisis’ was treated as a ‘live exercise’ by the United Nations, including the World Health Organization, and the world’s major and significant states. The meta-data of covid cases, death tolls and key associated events of this ‘corona plandemic’ were encoded with numbers, especially 33, between January 22 and 30 August 30, 2020. Officials deployed the number 33 to signal collusion by chalking up this milestone number.

At the beginning of the Great Corona Hostage Crisis, the Ardern Government signalled its compliance by maintaining a nationwide house arrest regime with the highest Alert Level 4 ‘lockdown’, lasting for 33 days. During this first 33-day nationwide curfew at Level 4, Andrew Coster became the country’s 33rd Police Commissioner on April 4 2020. (Coster had overseen the development of firearms reforms introduced following the Christchurch Shootings). While at Level 3 lockdown, it was revealed there hadn’t been a case of the ‘virus spreading’ from an unknown source for 33 days, as reported by Stuff (a paper, not a hoarder’s warehouse).

Thus, it is intriguing to recall when Ardern’s image was projected on the Burj Khalifa Tower in Dubai against the night sky, in the aftermath of the Ides of March Mosques Massacre, it created the surface impression that peace comes through cathartic rituals following catalytic crises that bind Christians and Muslims. But, also this apparent military-grade civic scorcery signalled a dark global reset was on the horizon, that would involve a more brazen alchemical psychodrama, as I alluded to in May 2019.

Yet, it didn’t occur to the Snoopman that the skyscraper looked like a gigantic hypodermic needle haunting the world, while carrying the image of Jacinda Ardern, as if to signal she had the ambition to reign an eternal night on Earth. After all, the image of the gaunt ‘Scarlet Woman’ superimposed onto the Burj Khalifa Tower, was the epitome of psychotic projection in a sanitized show that looked, sounded, felt, smelt and slinked like a demonic alchemical psychodrama to process the planet with group fear, ritualized rage and contained hope. It now appears as if in March 2019, the South Pacific archipelago became, once again, a stage-set for a global voodoo show.

Ironically, during the injecticide program in 2021, and its excess deaths aftermath, the World Economic Forum-trained ‘leader’ become widely derided in N.Z. as ‘Jabcinda’.

Therefore, it would appear that New Zealand had been subjected to an alchemical psychodrama spanning 29 years to re-wed the South Pacific archipelago with the Anglo-American Empire, following the chasm that opened up in the aftermath of the Rainbow Warrior Bombing. And it would seem the starters’ gun for this political marriage was signalled with the Commonwealth Games in early 1990, which were ‘eventless’, at a time when the nation’s Anti-Terrorism Squads faced an existential crisis of legitimacy, 13 years after their creation. Curiously, the Anti-Terrorism Squads were saved when a lone wolf gunman “went beserk” shooting his neighbours on November 13 1990. A composite 13-member ATS unit supplied “the finale” the next afternoon at Aramoana — by chance on a training day — in time for the 6 p.m. news.

And, it seems the re-integration of New Zealand back into the Anglo-American Empire was telegraphed by the crash of Air New Zealand Flight 888-T, on the 29th anniversary of the Mount Erebus Disaster. It would take until the 40th anniversary at the end of 2019, for NZ PM Jacinda Ardern to perform an empty apology ritual over the Government’s dimissal of the Royal Commission’s findings of culpability at Air New Zealand and at the Ministry of Transport’s Civil Aviation Division.

And it appears, New Zealand’s re-integration into the Empire was also book-ended by the Pike River Mine Disaster occurring on the 42nd anniversary of USS America mooring in Welllington, with 42 days left in the year, and also by the Christchurch Mosques Massacre striking on the 42nd anniversary of Muldoon secretly approving the creation of the GCSB. And, was it merely chance that the final fourth explosion at Pike River on November 28, occurred on the 31th anniversary of the Erebus Disaster, and by coincidence acted like an eerie echo of Flight 888-T’s dunking in the Mediterranean, 20 days into Key’s reign, on the 29th anniversary of TE901’s demise?

And was it coincidence that the guided-missile destroyer USS Sampson won public acclaim for assisting with disaster relief at Kaikōura? After all, the destroyer was the first U.S. warship to visit NZ in 33 years after a chasm opened up over the French DGSE’s sinking the Rainbow Warrior. Were the ‘masters of the universe’ referencing Scottish Rite Freemasonry’s top honorary degree — the 33° — to signal supremacy?

After-all, the United States was founded as a Templar Masonic State, and following the success of the American Masonic Revolutionary War of 1775-1783, the American Templar Freemasons assisted their French counterparts to forge a republic out of a horrific revolution that ended the heriditary monarchy. The famous Statue of Liberty is a landmark signifying the links between these Templar Brotherhoods, as any newsroom with copies of Nicholas Hagger’s The Secret Founding of America, and The Secret History of the West, would know. Cue The Roadrunner Show theme tune.

Because, on the watch of then-Prime Minister John Key, the re-integration of New Zealand’s right-wing back into the Empire was ‘book-ended’ by the two earthquake sequences, Canterbury and Kaikōura. The earthquakes may have been engineered and inflicted as aggressive events to signal there was a price to pay for ‘defecting’ from the Anglo-American Empire. A sketch of possible technologies, sites and institutions will be sketched in subsequent parts about the Chritstchurch and Kaikōura earthquakes.

Evidently, a political marriage with the Anglo-American Empire occurred to fully restore N.Z.’s security alliance with the United States — under a Labour-led Government — in the 33rd year after the 1985 Rainbow Warrior Bombing.

Suspiciously, on Ardern’s watch, the scope of Royal Commission Inquiry into the Christchurch Attacks was severely constricted. Ms Ardern became familiar with how to control probes while studying the investigations into the ‘Erebus Disaster’ in preparation for the 40th anniversary apology ritual. Coincidentally, exercises involving the national security state were in play as the mayhem started. Emergency responders did their best amid the clusterfuck of a training day that went pear-shaped.

The coincidences of drills, exercises and war-games that coincide with a terrorist shooting, bombing or a hijacked plane smashing into a building are actually the key sign of a false flag black op — as Jon Rappoport’s article, “Training Exercises Dovetail with Mass Shootings, What are the Odds?” points out. Among the list are: the 2001 9/11 Coup D’état, the 2005 London 7/7 Bombings, the 22.07.2011 Oslo Bombing/Massacre, the 2012 Aurora, Colorado “Batman” Shooting, and the 2013 Boston Marathon Attack. For example, Webster Griffin Tarpley found while researching his book, 9/11 Synthetic Terror: Made in America, that there were 45 exercises, war-games and drills prior to or occurring on September 11 2001 that envisaged aspects of what occurred on 9/11. Some of them appeared to ‘go live’.

Many of these events appear to riff off significant dates in New Zealand’s history — as I show in the subsequent parts, “Into the Erebus Abyss” and “Ides of March Shock Therapy”. The historical riffs seem to be themed and suggests ‘history rhymes rather than repeats’, like ‘poets’ posting portentous ‘prophecies’ consistent with game theory.

Briefly, the date of fatal flights’ TE901 and 888T carry historic potency. On 28th November 1910, the Terra Nova sailed from Port Chalmers. It would be Captain Robert Falcon Scott’s last Antarctic expedition. The ship’s name also carries potency.

Scott’s party of five died on the return journey from the pole; some of their bodies, journals, and photographs were found by a search party eight months later.

The degree of Scott’s personal culpability and, more recently, the culpability of certain expedition members, remains controversial. Mount Terra Nova, on Ross Island, lays halfway between Mount Erebus and Mount Terror, that were named after two British Royal Navy’s bomb ships, HMS Erebus and HMS Terror, and that had been refitted for exploration, and become entangled on March the 13th 1842 in an Antarctic storm.

At the time, the British and Americans were racing to chart the Antarctic coastlines.

According to official accounts, this collision between HMS Erebus and HMS Terror is said to have occurred amid a storm when an iceberg became suddenly visible, causing HMS Erebus to take immediate evasive action by altering course into the path of HMS Terror. HMS Erebus was commanded by Captain James Clark Ross.

Predictably, when such synchronisms surface in news stories, they are downplayed as conspiracy theories by naïve newsrooms that act as vectors for coincidence theories.

In his excellent book, Another Nineteen: Investigating Legitimate 9/11 Suspects, Kevin Ryan links many of his key suspects to the means to pull off such an epic, brazen exhibition of blockbuster live terror theater. Ergo, 9/11 had an ensemble cast. Ryans’ account deftly shows the continuity of ’the Enterprise’ observed on the surface, in the background and the subsequent cover-ups of structural deep events from the JFK Coup D’état, Watergate, the October Surprise, the Iran-Contra Scandal, BCCI, the Oklahoma City Bombing, and the 9/11 Coup D’état. Swiss historian Professor Daniele Ganser lectures that the entire official 9/11 account itself collapses under scrutiny.

In my three-part Darkest Day Deception series, I explored the supposition that the mosques massacre was inflicted as a deus ex machina plot device, in part to resolve an impossible impassé whose narrative roots extended back to the 1980s. A full restoration of N.Z.’s security alliance with the American Empire — under a Labour-led Government in the 33rd year after the 1985 Rainbow Warrior Bombing — appears to have also signalled to the Global Élites that a dark world reset was on the horizon.

Ergo, the shooter may have been cast as a patsy in a false flag black op, since it appeared the South Pacific archipelago had been flung into a sequel of Sleeping Dogs.

In the 1977 movie Sleeping Dogs, the lead character, Smith (played by Sam Neill) becomes embroiled in ‘the resistance’. The prime minister declares martial law after a staged shooting of the army, who clash with protesters. Yet, this trigger event, which was used to justify a police state, was orchestrated by Prime Minister Volkner and Police Commissioner Jesperson, who had command over the Special Forces.

As trigger events, engineered false flags always direct the blame elsewhere, and are designed to emotionally hijack mass populaces, politically capture public state authorities and reset the trajectory of a society onto a fully-fledged police state path and beyond — as the author of The Spectacle of the False Flag: Parapolitics from JFK to Watergate, Eric Wilson stated. The lecturer in international public law at Monash University adds that the spectacular power of a false flag deep event is that the spectacle is unifying, yet totalitarian in nature. A false flag black operation causes a permanent severance between the visible public state and the national security state.

Wilson emphasizes the need to identify the battling factions whom wage civil battles beyond the public state’s legal boundaries. Therefore, the reverberations of deeper machinations between the public state and deep state factions may be detectable in clustered events prior to, during and in the aftermath of spectacular false flag events.

It is my contention that the symbol sorcery has also included the deployment of certain metaphors in these deep events to signal authorship, potency and cooperation.

For instance, we will see how the quest to fully restore New Zealand back into the Anglo-American Empire in the 33rd year after the 1985 Rainbow Warrior Bombing — was marked by a series of crisis rituals, that culminated in New Zealand becoming a staging ground for geophysical warfare, it seems, during the Key Administration. The timing with the dates, appeared crucial. Ergo, a pattern of skullduggery is detectable in the meta-data of ‘deep events’ that appear to be designed to signal New Zealand’s ship of state was teethering its moorings to the transmarine Anglo-American Empire.

It would appear the ‘masters of the universe’ were referencing Scottish Rite Freemasonry’s top honorary degree — the 33° — to signal supremacy. In the Scottish Rite, the top level, the Thirty-third Degree is conferred by the Supreme Council upon members of the Rite in recognition of outstanding work in the Rite or in public life.

A more commonly used digit is the primary number, Thirteen, which has long been used for ‘procuring marriage agreements’ among brotherhoods across the world. The number 13 appeared in key meta-data during the Christchurch Rebuild Bonanza.

By embedding events with ‘Thirteen’, coalitions of élites signal unity among a brotherhood; that they are advancing a syndicate game to signal promises and threats, telegraph caution and control in the inevitable scandals, while exploiting crises. If other players are not seen to be posting themselves as ‘hostages’ with such encoded signalling — defections can be expected on the next moves, as game theory predicts.

Game theory was developed during the Cold War to stabilize the power structures of the Russian Empire and the American Empire. In their paper, “Resolving social conflicts through hostage posting: theoretical and empirical considerations”, Gideon Keren and Werner Raub noted that “tacit communications of threats and promises are two major message strategies used to influence the behaviours of others”.

Since game theory requires colluding players to issue and respond to threats and rewards to maintain the motivation, discipline and purposes of the cartel (or cartels), their simultaneous actions are political and also betray economic evidence of an unfolding plot. The data of such parallel moves made prior, during and after false flag attacks can be arranged as clustered events to reveal the anatomy of a criminogenic environment, since élite criminal actors exploit the speed of the unfolding power crimes by controlling the crisis rituals. They perform like synchronized swimmers.

The metadata of game theory applications is detectable in news events, not only because it is deployed by the apparatus of various national security states. But, also since its applications migrated to the corporate world, including banking.

Game theory was developed by the US federally-funded, Rand Corporation, to mitigate the chances of nuclear war. Since being seen to advance the game with parallel, or mirrored moves, is a mechanism to construct stability and is predicated on a provisional promise to cooperate if other players post hostages too such rituals create data for criminal investigations into crime of power. Because — a failure to reciprocate in such ‘hostage exchanges’ is seen as a defection, and will likely draw swift punishment, synchronized swimmers will be compelled to double-down to prevent a scandal from snowballing into a crisis. Thus, the need to scapegoat is often signalled with the selected symbols embedded in the trigger event, to codify the performance of crisis rituals with crisis actors. Such power rituals create meta-data.

And by riffing off historic dates, key players may be signalling they are advancing a plot toward its trigger moment, and to signal on the chosen day that the trap has been set, as well as codify their moves during the cover-up stage that they remain loyal.

Such hostage exchanges work as vectors for the transmission of a subversive plot to establish ‘unprecedented’ measures, amid contrived ignorance practiced by key players.

In his paper, “Contrived ignorance”, published in The Georgetown Law Journal in 1999, David Luban argues the case for modeling the “Structure of Contrived Ignorance” by viewing screening actions and so-called unwitting misdeeds as a unitary whole rather than separated by time-frames. Luban proposed viewing the version of the self that wittingly performed screening actions to preserve his own oblivion as the principle actor, while the agent is the later self at the time of the unwitting misdeed, who effectively ratifies the earlier self’s choice to compartmentalize or screen off potential knowledge of wrongdoing. A quote Luban draws from a U.S. trial seems apt for this case study of police state power formation in a New Zealand context, “Ostriches … are not merely careless birds.” In making his point that “in criminal law, willful ignorance is grounds for conviction, rather than acquittal,” Luban was in essence, laying out the gaps in catching and convicting group enterprises that contrive ignorance.

Covert operations may be a ‘trojan horse’ snuck into public projects. A key feature of covert operations is codified symbolism to signal authorship, narrative, and scapegoats, as well as to warn, to telegraph trajectory and to convey psychotic humour. Resets are inflicted as mechanisms to re-assert control over structural forces, including technological innovations — because without such periodic resets, the ‘Overlords’ would lose command over their systems of hierarchical power.

For instance, World War I — which was triggered with a covert operation on June 28, 1914, in the City of Sarajevo — ended with a ritual display of spectacular power by timing the cessation of hostilities to occur at the 11^th hour of the 11^th day of the 11^th month of 1918. Yet, popular history would have it, that the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand and his wife by Bosnian Serb nationalist, Gavrilo Princip, was the reason for the start of World War I. It was the merely trigger event; no one is that popular.

Encouraged by a Russian military attaché, Colonel Victor Artamanov, the assassination was planned by the Serbian intelligence, who cast six teenage students for what was, in essence, the inciting incident for what was really a two global war-theater play. In an epic conspiracy with brinkmanship, plot twists, and betrayals, Britain’s Oligarchy sought a British-led New World Order, with America as its subordinate partner. (Naturally, the Americans had their own ideas about world domination). And with immense hubris, Britain’s Secret Élite bribed officials, military commanders and royals from numerous countries to foment war — as retold in Gerry Doherty’s and Jim Macgregor’s Hidden History: The Secret Origins of the First World War.

In their follow-up book, Prolonging the Agony, Doherty and Macgregor revealed how the British Secret Élite devised the Gallipoli Campaign in the Dardanelles to sacrifice Australian and New Zealand men, to keep the Russians in the war. Tsar Nicholas II fell for the plot because he failed to realize the point of World War I was to embroil Germany and Russia into an epic conflict that would wreck them, in order to control their development, so that they would smash each other again. And in the process, the British hoped to absorb America into a reforged the British Masonic Empire.

Ergo, when the rhetoric — every ANZAC Day — refers to the sacrifice of the men who were blown apart by shells, shredded by machine gun-fire and stabbed by bayonets, there is a double entendre occurring. And, so the Snoopman felt compelled to re-examine New Zealand’s ‘darkest days’ with the focus of a dawn-raiding navy seal, who has learned to sift history with a technique designed for naval intelligence.

A methodology for a forensic investigation of data-sets employs an event cluster modelling technique developed to decipher submarine intelligence reports. This clustering technique is practical for institutional, national and planetary data analysis because the procedure is designed to handle reports with uncertain information.

The doubt inherent to submarine intelligence gathering, such as the identity of specific submergible craft, is comparable to institutional documentation. The behaviour of hostile actors may be likened to submergible vessels since the location, time and real purpose of movements, internal information and events are often not specified in organizational reports. Sometimes the linkages between players, the extent of their institutional affiliations and their objectives are not disclosed.

Important component events are identified and sequenced. Some organizational content may not refer to a specific event or might refer to an event that either belongs to another event within the cluster or to another event cluster. ‘Historical’ events may also be mentioned in the reports. This kind of content contains interpretations and propositions about unfolding events in general. Reading credible counter-narratives of historical events that establishment historians sanitize due to wearing institutional hats, can yield insights about current day agendas — when such historical events are ‘recruited’ by élites as they dance like synchronized swimmers to exploit crises.

Meta-level evidence reveals the underlying logic and reason about the partitioning of the original evidence. Each additional piece of evidence from each subset is placed at the meta-level if the proposition of this additional evidence cannot be partitioned adequately. The questionable proposition is interrogated in combination with the other questionable propositions present in the subsets of each event cluster. These incongruous propositions reveal the event cluster’s conflict and together show meta-conflict and unbraid the conspirators’ hidden objectives.

A set of points, or ‘dots’, emerge showing linkages within and between these clusters can emerge that can reveal a narrative arc that possibly serves the strategic objectives of an alleged hostile takeover clique. The ‘meta-level’ information is like sub-text.

For instance, Prime Minister John Key stated at the time, “[w]e may be witnessing New Zealand’s darkest day.” This classification referenced the nation’s worst disasters.

Élites can be expected to refer to past events that have nothing to do with the current event cluster, or their commentary is not directly related to an event in a cluster. A critical second look at such events, whether historic or part of an unfolding recent sequence can yield suppressed or heavily censored critical counter-narratives. Such counterpoints can then reveal the overarching hidden objectives, or the meta-conflict.

For example, U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz was part of the delegation, particularly since he had told Westpoint graduates three months before 9/11 to “[b]e prepared to be surprised” while lacing his speech with lessons from Pearl Harbor. Wolfowitz had stated the Pearl Harbor commanders, Navy Rear Admiral Husband E. Kimmel and Army Commander Lieutenant General Walter Short, did not make ‘the need to know list’ — which is true. They were in the ‘deaf community’.

After all — Wolfowitz mentioned that ultra secret Operation Magick intercepts that had unlocked the most private Japanese communications, but that these were not shared with field commanders. The Deputy Secretary of Defense maintained the cover-story that the intelligence of the Magick cipher intercepts were not shared because the thinking had been to not compromise the cutting edge breakthrough.

Wolfowitz masked his Pearl Harbor narrative with a ‘poverty of expectations’ cover-story to claim that no-one imagined that the USA could be attacked, meaning this was how to sell a cover-story to the public. Contrary to the official story advanced today by the U.S. National Security Agency, key insiders of President Delano Roosevelt’s Administration were not taken by surprise, including Roosevelt himself, as Robert Stinnett makes clear in his book Day of Deceit: The Truth about FDR and Pearl Harbor.

During 17 years of military archival research, Stinnett found that two weeks before the attack, Washington had issued a ‘Vacant Sea’ order for the North Pacific, to reduce the chances of the Japanese naval fleet being sighted by military and merchant ships. Washington had also ordered the newest US warships – twenty-one in all, including two aircraft carriers — out of Pearl Harbor. The United States Navy and Army cryptographers had cracked the codes of Japanese diplomatic and military encrypted messages since December 1940. On that basis, a secret inner circle around president Roosevelt had conspired with the British and Dutch governments to cut off crucial supplies of oil, steel and aviation lubricants to Japan in order to provoke the Imperial Government of Japan to attack Pearl Harbor. Cue Pinky and the Brain theme tune.

Despite what the NSA still claims, Japanese diplomatic messages did contain military information and the Japanese fleet didn’t travel under radio silence, because they didn’t know their radio comms had been decrypted. The parallels with 9/11 are spooky.

Therefore, Wolfowitz forewent divulging the exclusionary blackballing stratagem from Washington had been to let the ‘surprise attack’ at Pearl Harbor happen to manipulate public sentiment to join World War II, from which the American Oligarchy planned emerge as the dominant world power. He finished his surprise themed speech saying, “Be prepared to be surprised.” Wolfowitz then recalled General Eisenhower’s speech to troops before the Normandy Invasion, “You are about to embark on a great crusade,” and then Wolfowitz added, “Today, as you, the Class of 2001, go forth on your own crusade, our hopes and prayers go with you. Thank you, God bless the Class of ’01, and God bless America.” [Applause.] This potent Crusades riff is intriguing because in the aftermath of the 9/11 terror attacks, The Guardian newspaper reported in “Iraq ‘behind anthrax outbreaks’ ” that Bush Administration officials close to a group called the Defense Policy Advisory Board, dubbed the ‘Wolfowitz cabal’, had the ear of U.S. President George Walker Bush (whose father had been CIA Director from 1976 to 1977). 9/11’s clusterfuck was ‘too stupid to be stupid’.

Intriguingly, this ‘Wolfowitz cabal’ likened the post-9/11 cause to a war against the ‘virus of terrorism’, which evidently was like bone marrow cancer that had to be treated with Western Allopathic Medicine’s mainstay cancer treatment, chemotherapy. Such broad spectrum chemical ‘therapy’ kills not simply the cancerous cells, but healthy body cells, indiscriminately. But, because the enemy had been officially cast as amorphous Muslim fundamentalist non-state actors working with the support of ‘rogue failed states’ such as Iraq and Afghanistan, the treatment evidently required a new “Hundred Years’ War” — as The Guardian reported the Defense Policy Advisory Board’s group-think mindset. In other words, Wolfowitz was brazenly communicating how a two track blackballing communication strategy could be deployed to project blame on a new common enemy. The American Deep State were entirely aware of the plot’s cover story and ready to pounce on the patsy’s once the terrorism as theater goes live, because they moved together like synchronized swimmers, as Kevin Ryan’s 2013 book, Another Nineteen, makes blindingly obvious. Cue Pinky and the Brain theme song.

In mid-1984, Paul Wolfowitz was part of a delegation that met with David Lange the morning after he won power. This delegation included George Schultz, the U.S. Secretary of State. Lange as the Prime Minister-elect told the American State Department delegation that he needed six months breathing space to sort out the issue of American ship visits. When this ‘accommodation period’ lapsed with a scuttled offer of a ship visit, Schultz’s patience ran out. Five months later, the French DGSE would stay three times at a motel unit that Lange owned as an investment property. In the aftermath of the Rainbow Warrior Bombing, this encoded threat to Lange was clear, and he led a covert damage control operation to accommodate the French will to have the charges against the two prosecuted DGSE agents reduced.

The American Deep State also riffs off its own historical machinations. On September 11 1941, the foundation stone for the Pentagon — which is the US. Department of Defense headquarters — was laid in masonic ritual fashion. Coincidentally, on September 11 2001, the Pentagon was alleged to have been struck by American Airlines Flight 77. However, the evidence points to a cruise missile. Roughly halfway between thesse two events, on September 11 1973, a CIA-backed coup was launched to depose the Chilean Government of Salavdor Allende, to propel General Augusto Pinochet to power. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger had endorsed the coup d’état.

Criminal élite networks also contrive metaphor-laden events to occur on symbolic dates, as I proved in my thesis. For instance, on the US side of the Atlantic, Treasury official Neel Kashkari presented his symbolically titled, “Break the Glass: Bank Recapitalization Plan” in a secret meeting at the Federal Reserve’s headquarters in Washington D.C. This meeting occurred on the potently symbolic date of April 15 2008, or income tax filing day for wage and salary workers, which signalled who was going to be on the hook for paying the bailout bill: American tax-slaves. As the title of the ‘Break the Glass’ blueprint suggested, the plan for a massive tax-payer funded bailout from Congress was intended to be shelved and used once the arsonists lit the FIRE sector (Finance, Insurance, Real Estate) and a noble ‘rescue’ was needed.

Ergo, Kashkari conspired with the other officials present, including the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, Ben Bernanke, and the Secretary of Treasury, Henry Paulson.

Kashkari said:

“I think we all understand the calculus here, the limits of what we can legally do. How do you get the authority to prevent a collapse?” Thus, the plan was to advance the Global Financial Crisis so that the U.S. Congress would believe they had no choice but to authorize emergency public insurance payouts, or bail-outs, for Wall Street.

Precisely five months to day later, on September 15^th 2008, all hell broke loose when news spread virally like a contagion through the global news-chain that the New York Fed would not bailout Wall Street’s fourth largest investment bank, Lehman Brothers.

I will trace some significant events that have contributed to police state formation in New Zealand since Erebus, many of which spookily appear to riff off events in the colonial era and even back to Cook’s first voyage, and the slaying of Julius Caesar.

These events also appear to riff off one another as if they had been scripted, designed and implemented with ghoulish consultation. It’s as if the knights and dames of the realm set off on pilgrimages following a slinking magician, who drops symbol-laden Tarot cards to ‘illuminate’ the path to grimoire texts located in a sub-terrain room of a secondhand bookstore — run by guelfish goblins. ’Cause you can’t make this stuff up.

Spooky Suppositions: Serving a Closet Talisman Pivot State Function

The South Pacific archipelago commonly known as New Zealand appears to have been cast with a sinister talisman role in 1977. This apparent talisman role seems to have been designed to put Western Élites on notice: periodically the easy-going nation will be used as an ‘influence multiplier’ — because it’s a soft target.

In 1977, the NZ Aviation Security Service and the Anti-Terrorism Squads were formed. In the same year, Prime Minister Robert Muldoon secretly authorized the establishment of the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB). 

This is the year New Zealand was switched onto a track of police state formation. 

Upon this trajectory, I contend, New Zealand has undergone periodic ‘jolts’ to politically capture each new administration, or to shock a recalcitrant faction, or to frighten a layer of bureaucratic élites or to scare the domestic oligarchy itself. Each of these ‘jolts’ occur with a stoked outrage and division about who to blame, or with manipulated acclaim and submission toward those who are to gain. Thus, a de facto manufactured consent is won from a bewildered public — to advance the game.  

And with each clash, catastrophe, crisis, or calamity, their catalytic nature serves to forge the emergent techno-feudal police state. The ‘events’ deserve a second look.

Once again, the thirteen events sketched here are: Erebus Disaster, 28 November 1979; Springbok Tour, 1981; Trades Hall Bombing, 27 March 1984; Rainbow Warrior Bombing, 10 July 1985; Aramoana Massacre, 13 November 1990; Waitara Shooting, 30 April 2000; Operation Eight Raids, 15 October 2007; Pike River Mine Disaster, 19 November 2010; Christchurch Earthquake, 22 February 2011; Megaupload Raids, 20 January 2012; Kaikōura Earthquake, 14 November 2016; Christchurch Mosques Massacre, 15 March 2019; Great Corona Hostage Crisis, 11 March 2020 to 4 April 2022.

Each of the examined crises are entwined either by dates, institutions and players, or by references to prior events, either domestic or international, that indicate NZ’s national security state is more interested in accumulating power than fully disclosing the truth of such events. Patterns emerge such as training exercises ‘going live’, institutional transitions impairing emergency responders, and an apparent ‘too stupid to be stupid’ modus operandi that is repeatedly passed off as bureaucratic blunders, corporate clownery or government grandeur. Yet, hidden hands are detectable.

New Zealand appears to be a closet pivot state; meaning key insiders of the national security state seem to be behind, or complicit in, special operations to periodically inflict engineered ‘deep events’ — in collaboration with their Western counterparts — to pivot the Western-aligned countries deeper into the American Empire’s orbit.

Pivot states are located at the seams of the international system, sandwiched between the spheres of influence of great powers, or neighbouring a great power. During this present Age of Conflict — the West’s Third Hundred Years’ War — pivot states are particularly vulnerable to interference since the world system is undergoing such epic geopolitical tectonic shifts. New Zealand is a soft target for foreign interference.

A shift in a pivot state’s overlapping spheres of interest can reverberate with regional and global security implications, and be locations where great power interests collide and clash. Pivot states are usually located at the seams of the international system. In a 2014 paper entitled, “Why are Pivot States so Pivotal? The Role of Pivot States in Regional and Global Security”, New Zealand’s closest international neighbour, Australia was identified as a pivot state for its ‘military strategic goods’.

Ergo, since the Anglo-American Empire remains in the closet, I explore a creepy logic that such an oceanic power alliance would require a closet pivot state to fulfil a trojan horse function, by acting as its lightening-rod, its laboratory and its light-house.

New Zealand’s national security state accumulates more power with each ‘failure’, scandal, or crisis, and key people don’t go to jail for criminal negligence, manslaughter, murder, or democide. Nor, even for conspiracy in crimes of deceit.

Periodically, a catalytic event appears to be inflicted upon New Zealand (or its assets in overseas territories), to compromise key officials in each administration, and thereby alter the nation’s mandated political trajectory. In some cases, the political leaders may have been a conspiring party to ‘Cross the Rubicon’ prior to a staged crisis being taken live. The expression ‘crossing the Rubicon’ has its origins when Julius Caesar crossed the Rubicon River in 49 B.C. with his army; an act that broke the law and was a provocation for war with the leader of the Rome, Pompey. The expression is commonly used to mean that the ‘point of no return’ has been passed.

Heretical and Historical Observations of the Terror Archipelago

Beyond Reasonable Negligence

New Zealand was reset in the mid-1980s to reforge the nation as a crisis-ridden society to be overseen by a civil oligarchy. The archipelago was re-engineered from a centrally-planned inefficient economy controlled by Wellington bureaucrats, into a tollbooth economy centrally-planned by Big Finance, Big Agencies, and Big Think-Tanks — delivering financial impoverishment for most. Therefore, since this ‘silent revolution’ had been incubating for years, a collision between an Air New Zealand DC-10 and an Antarctic volcano on the historically potent date, November 28, in 1979 may have been the hidden trigger mechanism for New Zealand’s second revolution.

After all, in every revolution there is a violent consolidation stage with a requisite cull.

Ironically, as Air New Zealand’s doomed DC10 headed toward Antarctica on November 28, it was being tailed by a U.S. Air Force Starlifter carrying a party on a commemorative flight to mark the 50th anniversary of th historic flight on November 29, 1929, by the famous aviator, U.S. Admiral Richard Byrd.

Thus, on November 29 1979, the terrible fate of Flight TE901 became world news and coincided with the 50th anniversary of Byrd’s feat. Freemason Admiral Byrd became the first to fly over the South Pole, on the 333rd day of the year: 29.11.1929.

The flight took 19 hours to fly from Little America to the Pole and return.

It appears New Zealand was being delivered a stiff navigation-laden metaphorical lesson, about its political course being altered in the dead of night and no one had told the ‘flight crew’ in the Beehive. With the command capture of the nation’s flagship air carrier, it seems a hardball confrontation was had on the Ninth Floor of the Beehive.

The moated South Pacific archipelago has long been used as the world’s premiere test facility for new technologies, social engineering and political strategies. ‘New Zealand has more pilot studies than pilots’, a retired joke claimed. The country is practically run in accordance to political strategies, policy frameworks, and technocratic tactics shaped in unseen processes by political strategists, polling companies, think-tanks, law-firms and accountancy agencies, ratings agencies and P.R. agents.

It is my contention that New Zealanders were in essence recast as ‘Carrot Landers’ in the aftermath of the Erebus crash onward. Since then, New Zealanders were expected to behave like cheerful bright orange bags of export-quality carrots — unblemished, perfectly formed and too polite to challenge the toxic regime. ‘Carrot Landers’ are marketed like tourism industry extras and mostly, they are an easily governable ‘herd’.

However, the thirteen crises of varying magnitude traced here, reveal patterns that are ‘too stupid to be stupid’, indicating the events were orchestrated by dark forces. The ‘tells’ or signs associated with the 13 events are consistent with an anatomy of ‘resets’ inflicted to jolt the political trajectory of a society, key institutions and leaders.

The strategic withholding of resources, or an exploitation in legislative loopholes, or a failure of imagination, or bureaucratic blunders, or regulatory capture, or corporate greed, hubris and narrative swagger, or damage control — are present in these events.

N.Z.’s perennial role as a location to field-test political strategies, social engineering pilot studies and technology innovations has not simply been predicated on the idea that the guinea pigs will not find out they are test subjects — as the Bilderberg Group mouthpiece magazine, The Economist, reported in 2015. The assumption in-built into the experiments is that the South Pacific test-lab’s isolated location affords the experimenters the capacity to shutdown any contagion of truth from spreading around the world — should an experiment go badly wrong, or if its dark secrets are decoded. Thus, a frequent feature is damage control to ensure investigations never eventuate in key players being convicted. Consequently, cover-ups are a perennial feature in ‘Carrotland’ and ‘Carrotlanders’ are expected to suck up the gas-lighting of public figures who blame-shift onto dissenting voices that they are causing distress for authoring ‘conspiracy theories’. Contesting official accounts that contain features that are so implausibly, incredibly imbecile in their logical coherence, is vital to forging a free, fit and fearless society. To this end, here’s the ‘too stupid to be stupid’.

Each reset have features that belie an ‘anatomy’ of the means, modus operandi and motives of a hidden state network, that indicates an over-arching meta-objective.

Let me sketch the anatomy of resets as ‘deep state’ mechanisms to re-assert control over structural forces — because without such periodic resets, ruling class élites would lose command over their systems of hierarchical power. Cue Pink Panther theme tune.

The false flag operation elements of resets may include: a catalytic trigger event, a flimsy cover-story, glitches, contradictory explanations, errors, excuses, exercises, blind alleys, betrayal, scape-goats, tricksters, coincidences, foreknowledge, metaphor-laden symbolism, crisis rituals, and technological prowess, and a messy aftermath.

Resets require a trigger event to set off the engineered crisis, and are followed by the consolidation stage. The trigger event can take the form of a coup d’état, which can occur by assassination, a spectacular terrorist attack, or a novel Trojan Horse siege.

Or, the trigger can be a speculators’ attack, an orchestrated bank run, or a military attack to provoke war, or other kinds of sudden, hostile or shocking event.

Sometimes resets are planned many years ahead to trigger a revolution.

The consolidation stage is the violent part that we recognize as a revolution, where some segment of a society is scape-goated as a common enemy and targeted for a cull, while the new system of social control is swiftly implemented amid the manufactured fear, chaos, and despair. The engineered crisis is exploited to justify new encroaching measures that accumulate wealth, power and control that would not otherwise be possible. Therefore, a cover-story is baked into the manufactured crisis.

Such resets are inflicted to alter the trajectory of structural forces, including technological innovations, demographics changes and social engineering in their favor — lest they lose control as they forge new fences to pen the human stock.

Thus, super-rich oligarchies periodically inflict strategic sabotages of industries and public sector institutions to destabilize societies, or a civilization or rival empires.

Like possessed synchronized swimmers, élite criminal groups act in unison with the modus operandi of speed, suddenness and scope, while traumatized populations are overwhelmed as their lives are changed forever — as Canadian journalist, Naomi Klein identified in her 2007 book, The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism.

This thesis also models for a patterned pre-requisite, that anticipates the capacity of a tentacular transnational ‘deep state’ to penetrate governments, corporations and councils with their managers, molls, and mallets, with such precision that state ‘ministers’ are humiliated and compromised before they can be trusted to ‘govern’.

If my thesis is correct, the detectable dark forces behind what appears to be a low-grade war, appear to have inflicted several coups d’état with hidden Trojan Horse plot twists, apparently starting with the ‘Mount Erebus Disaster’ of 28 November 1979.

Like a flaming sword, a DC-10 jet was ‘accidently’ programmed to slam into a 13° slope below Fang Ridge of a volcanic mountain — reported at the time to have been 13,000 feet high and named after a British bomb-ship, that had collided with its companion ship, HMS Terror on 13 March 1842 in a storm. Damage control quickly set in at Air New Zealand, at Civil Aviation and at the Beehive that very evening. Thus, commenced four decades of ‘acceptance rituals’ that culminated in the prime minister’s faux apology to the Erebus Families for the state’s coldness, while a tightly restricted Royal Commission into the Mosques Massacre commenced on Ardern’s callous watch. This ‘Terror Archipelago’ war plays out like a sick private in-joke, no?

The report by the Chief Inspector of Air Accidents essentially fixed the cause of the crash on ‘pilot error’, and in essence Captain Jim Collins and his co-pilot Greg Cassin, were scapegoated for an epic series of ‘bureaucratic blunders’ that belied an airline that had been penetrated by a sinister force who wanted the DC-10 to crash, I believe.

The Police Commissioner Bob Walton, it seems never thought to secure Air New Zealand House, either. His tenure was a tumultuous time to be Police Commissioner, since it was on his watch that the Bastion Point Occupation was terminated, and also during his commission that the 1981 Springbok Tour became a proxy war for domestic race relations, and also on his watch that the Royal Commission of Inquiry into the Crewe Murders found the police planted evidence to frame Arthur Allan Thomas.

In 1981, after Mahon’s report was published in April, Muldoon callously rode a wave of division to distract New Zealanders from their economic woes and the Erebus controversy. Prime Minister refused to block the New Zealand Rugby Union’s plan to host the South African Springboks, despite the Human Rights Commission finding that hosting the South African Rugby team would be a breach of the Glen Eagles’ Agreement. With witting cunning, the ’81 Springbok Tour became a proxy war for domestic race relations, to distract, divide and divert attention. Amid the societal division opened by the Tour, Muldoon returned to power as intended. Therefore, ‘the fix was in’ when the New Zealand Rugby Union announced the 1981 Springbok Tour on September 12th 1980. The Red Escort Group, dubbed the ‘Red Squad’, prepared for the tour at the Papakura SAS military training facility, which is where the first Police Anti-Terrorism Squads (ATS) trained when they were established in 1977. The ‘finale’ clash between protesters and police on September 12th 1981, confirms a deliberately divisive group processing of the population to alter the political center of gravity.

Twenty years after the death of Steve Biko on Sept. 12 1977, Police Colonel Gideon Nieuwoudt and four other officers confessed to their criminal brutality before the Truth and Reconciliation Commission; they were denied amnesty for the killing.

Amazingly, the Trades Hall Bombing in 1984 only killed one person, building caretaker Ernie Abbott (64). Unionist Helen Kelly blamed Muldoon’s anti-unionist hysteria for creating the climate that led to the bombing, which occurred two months after Muldoon introduced voluntary unionism. Her father, trade unionist, Graham Kelly, a former MP and high commissioner, wrote that the bomb was intended to kill all of the union leadership, who had only left the building a short time before the blast. Coincidentally, the Trades Hall Bombing of 27 March 1984 occurred on the historical anniversary of the 1928 opening of the National Industrial Conference.

And the Canterbury Association decided at its inaugural meeting in 1848 to purchase land from the New Zealand Company to found a Church of England colony. And also 27 March, in 1856, the first wool export was shipped from Lyttleton to London. Thus, this first wool export marked the newly founded colony’s commercial accomplishment.

And spookily, on the same day, in 1883, two English Salavation Army arrived at Port Chalmers to establish a New Zealand branch of the evangelical Christian charity.

Spooky, because deep state networks signal where they plan to strike next, according to Ole Dammegard, the author of Coup Détat in Slow Motion: The Murder of Olof Palme.

In his book Aramoana: Twenty-Two Hours of Terror, Bill O’Brien recounted that mass shooter David Gray had given generously when a local called annually to collect donations for the Salvation Army and Red Cross. Incredibly in the space of a day, Port Chalmers was the nearest town to the seaside village of Aramoana, that in the space of a day went from being famously known as the plucky little community that fought off Fletcher Challenge’s lucrative bid to build an aluminium smelter, to being a place where a massacre of 13 locals occurred in under two hours. These coincidences of history lead to questions about how the Aramoana Massacre might have been provoked by the same network that may have staged the Trades Hall Bombing.

After all, union leader Ken Douglas said the Police never followed up the presence of an ex-IRA intelligence operative, who skipped the country for Perth the very next day.

The crime became a filing cabinet ‘cold case’ about a bomb with a ‘mercury switch’ exploding in a ‘flight case’ or a ‘school case’, depending on the recounted version; none of which describe the emergency response from Wellington’s Anti-Terrorism Squad, nor the Aviation Security Service, nor the New Zealand Intelligence Council.

Among the clues the news media found intriguing was that the explosive device was wrapped in newspaper and fragments from the scene were identified as coming from the June 18 1977 edition of the Wellington Evening Post. The forensic profile of the bomber described “the offender as a loner, possibly a hoarder who had difficulty maintaining relationships, was angry and fixated, had experience with explosives and held a grudge against the union movement.” Yet, this clue gets more intriguing when the date of the bombing is cross-checked with A. W. Reed’s 1973 edition of It Happened Today in New Zealand. On 18 June 1838, the banker Francis Baring introduced a private bill in the British Parliament “to facilitate and regulate the settlement of Her Majesty’s subject in New Zealand”. On the same date in 1932, a former model, Ester James, reached Bluff by foot after starting out at Spirits Bay to promote New Zealand-made products during the Great Depression. NZ History records her walk was sponsored by the Government and Manufacturers’ Federation. Cue Scooby Doo theme tune.

Thus, it seems the bomb was packed with incendiary metaphorical symbolism since the Muldoon Government was vehemently anti-union, as were the Manufacturers’ Federation, whose main remit has long-been to act as a lobby group to keep wages and salaries as low as possible. And Baring was a leading oligarchic figure of those among Britain’s peerage class, who dared to pressure the Establishment to get behind a formal colonization at a time when Kororareka (now Russel) was a place of drunken fighting, public debauchery, and irregular pregnancies. Ergo, with ‘Big Money’ shifting to back the right-wing faction of the Labour Party to spearhead the planned corporate heist of the economy, you have to wonder if the ‘Bomb Gang’ were signalling to make sure the incoming Lange Cabinet would be controlled by the shortest puppet strings. After all, the bombing occurred a stone’s throw from the police station, on Old Knigge’s Avenue on the side street across from the Trades Hall.

One of the suspects, Dutch-born Peter Dijkstra seems to have been cast in the script, since his surname riffed off the Dijkstra algorithm, which is a computer modelled solution for finding the shortest path between two points and was first applied for resolving travel, transportation and traffic problems. Dijkstra said he came under suspcion becuase of his background in the Dutch military. The suitcase had been left outside the office of the Wellington Tramways Union since earlier that morning.

Therefore, the timing of the bombing seems potent. Ironically the bombing was never classified as terrorism because the motive was said to be unclear. Yet, if the bombing of March 27 1984 had occurred in the lobby of Parliament, the Beehive, or at the headquarters of the Police, the SIS, the GCSB or the Ministry of Defence — the Establishment’s classist narcissists would have been hysterically screaming ‘terrorism’.

Despite a suspect identikit picture, a bomb reconstruction and the Old Knigges Ave Police Station being located around the block, the Police never followed up the presence of an ex-IRA intelligence operative, who skipped the country for Perth, the day after the bombing. Perhaps the police didn’t classify the bombing as terrorism because that would have compelled the Anti-Terrorist Squad to get on the case.

Strangely, in his 1997 autobiography Confessions from the Front Line, Murray J. Forbes didn’t include a chapter on the Wellngton Trades Hall Bombing, despite the fact he was the former head of the Wellington Anti-Terrorism Squad from 1983 to 1995.

Ironcially, after Muldoon called for a snap election in mid-June 1984 amid the theatrics, his political rival David Lange, offered his shadow cabinet to be a caretaker government during the campaign. Cue Scooby Doo Mysteries theme tune.

Ironically, the timing of the sinking of the Rainbow Warrior shortly before midnight led to the French DGSE’s Opération Sataniqué going awry, amid the Cohen Brothers-esque post-bombing drama of get-a-way errors, confusion and panic. The two plastic explosive bombs were set with a three hour delay, instead of the usual 24-hour or 48-hour delay afforded to agents to give them time to skip the country. This three hour delay appears to have been ordered to send a symbolic signal. Greenpeace’s Pacific flaship sank shortly before midnight on July 10 1985. At the time, the date of 10/7 corresponded to New Zealand Police national radio code for ‘now engaged in job’, according to “NZ Police Cadet Training Instructions 1970”. Internationally, the 10-7 code means ‘Out of Service’ and is called in when an officer goes off duty.

Like all big criminal plots, not everything went according to plan. Covers were blown.

With two DGE agents in custody 34 hours after the attack, the Chairman of the Officials Terrorism Committee, Gerald Hensley, was very accommodating to constrain the scope of the investigation. Such constraint meant the DGSE combat dive team were able to ski at Mt Cook/Aoraki, and fly out of Auckland on July 26th 1985, without the SIS, the Police or the Aviation Security Service catching them — in spite of the PM’s assurance that no effort would be spared. A 1996 SIS report, which was not declassified until May 2017, revealed these omissions indirectly, and therefore went along to explaining why Hensley did not devote a chapter to the pivotal event that changed the political center of gravity: the Rainbow Warrior Bombing on 10/7 in 1985.

France, as a great power with nuclear weapons, had strode over N.Z.’s sovereignty.

There are also historically potent dates that Opération Sataniqué appeared to riff off.

In 1840, on the night of 10-11 July, French Navy Captain Lavaud arrived in the Bay of Islands in the French frigate, L’Aube. But, Lavaud was beaten in its mission to claim the South Island as a colony of France by the Royal Navy warship, HMS Britomart. The French naval captain made the error of divulging to Governor Captain William Hobson on July 20th 1840, that the French settlers aboard the Nato-Bordelaise Company were already en-route to Akaroa, on Banks Peninsula in the South Island, and that he was about to depart to take charge of the colony. His English counterpart made arrangements for the HMS Britomart to sail with Police Resident Magistrate, Charles B. Robinson, as Lillian Keys recounts in The Life and Times of Bishop Pompallier. Captain Hobson’s counter-move to have a magistrate was an activation of the Actual Occupation and Current Possession element of the ‘Discovery Doctrine’, and was an improvised implementation of his ‘Factory System’ to oversee a commercial settlement, as I present in my essay “The Deep History of Waitangi”.

It appears that five years after the Rainbow Warrior Bombing, and with a National Government in power, a coup détat was inflicted when a lone wolf gunman “went beserk” in Aramoana on November 13 1990. As I shall show, there are key anomalies that were not satisfactorily explained by the two books covering the massacre, one written by a policeman, and the other by an ex-army territorial soldier turned reporter. Curiously, Constable Nick Harvey, who was a sharp-shooter, gave conflicting reasons for letting the opportunity to shoot Gray pass when he had the chance. This meant Gray was ‘at-large’ all night in the seaside village, and the nation security state were gifted the oportunity to supply a show of force the next day and win public acclaim.

The investigations failed to probe whether the shooter, David Gray, had been MK-Ultra’ed, to become a ‘live’ gunman once triggered. At age 18, Gray was referred by the family doctor to the Department of Psychological Medicine at Dunedin Hospital. He was interviewed by a psychiatrist, but evidently there was no record of a mental state examination, according to Dr Julia Faed. Curiously, Constable Harvey stopped by the Dunedin Hospital Psychiatric Services before getting some sleep after dawn.

In the aftermath, the Anti-Terrorism Squads became the Special Tactics Groups. They were greenlighted by the Police Complaints Authority to be able to use hollow nose rounds, meaning shots to the head, neck and abdomen will likely be fatal since the bullets explode on impact to shred bones and flesh causing catastrophic organ failure.

Slaying Gray meant there would be no court trial, which could have drawn out the counter-evidence, the anomalies, the excuses and whether Gray had been targetted.

Following the ‘ship of state’ listing to portside with a Labour-led coalition government in late 1999, the newly formed Clark Administration was faced with a crisis on April 30 2000 when two police officers ensnared a 23 year old Māori man in Waitara Taranaki. The final reports by the Coroner and the Police Conduct Authority into the death of Steven Wallace, were not released until the Clark Government had lost power to John Key’s National Coalition Government. Wallace, who was on a rampage smashing shop windows at 4am, died from an ‘unsurvivable” bullet wound to his liver, as a result of the police applying an Arm Offenders Squad field craft tactic to walk backwards at a slower pace than the target, in order to justifying shooting in ‘self defence’. None of the investigations have probed into whether police attending a farewell party in New Plymouth for an Armed Offenders Squadman, had gone to Mill Nightclub to goad some Waitara Māori youth and had found Wallace fitted the bill.

The day that the 23 year-old Te Atiawa ex-architectural student was ensnared in a triangular formation designed to close the distance to justify shooting in self-defence, also just happened to fall on the historical date, April 30, that George Grey became the first NZ Premiere to be sworn in as a member of the Privy Council — in 1894.

Thus, April 30 was potent. Steven Wallace was gunned down on Waitara’s main drag, McLean Street, so named after Freemason Bro. Donald McLean, who was made Chief Land Purchasing Commissioner in 1853, by Bro. Grey during his first Governorship.

Ironically, April 30 in 1864 was also the historic date that the militant faction of the evangical Christain Māori sect, Pai Mārire were defeated at Sentry Hill in Taranaki. Thus, the date April carries potency as an emotionally-charged date infused with struggles in self-determination, military conquest and elite legal council.

The location of the shooting at Waitara is also potent, and its place in history intersects with the same date as the collision of the DC10 with Mount Erebus in 1979.

November 28 is potent, since in 1859, Native Affairs Minister C.W. Richmond authorized a £100 payment for the purchase of a land block at Waitara, Taranaki, knowing the sale would trigger a war; the conflict snowballed into the New Zealand Masonic Revolutionary War (1860-72). And recall also that on 28th November 1910, the Terra Nova sailed from Port Chalmers, captained by Robert Falcon Scott. It would be his last Antarctic expedition, since the explorers died on the return journey from the pole. The degree of Captain Scott’s personal culpability remains controversial.

The Taranaki Rifle Volunteer Company had been formed on 13 January 1859, by a militia committee that first met at the Freemason’s Mount Egmont Lodge, New Plymouth, in early 1858. The vexatious sale of land at Waitara provided a pretext to survey the land, knowing it would provoke the locals to pull out the pegs, and therefore it could be construed ‘the natives’ were acting in ‘rebellion’. The survey of Waitara was completed on 13 March 1860. A 300 man force, under the command of Freemason Major Bro. Charles Herbert, marched to Waitara on March 17.

The 1^st Taranaki War started after 13 years of relative peace.

When it is recalled that the Independent Police Conduct Authority’s report into the slaying of Steven Wallace in Waitara was not published until Helen Clark left office — the publication date of March 17 in 2009 is especially potent. And creepy. Nine years.

However, before Clark left office, the Police inflicted the Operation Eight/8 Raids of October 15 2007 because the state’s sole sovereign power was under threat if Tūhoe won back 2.1 million acres. The raids were timed to coincide with the amendments to the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002. By transposing a terrorist guerilla leader casting from Algerian asylum seeker, Ahmed Zaoui, onto Tame Iti, Tūhoe’s most visible face was scape-goated. The date October 15 carried a historical potency since it is the very date in 1877 when Freemason Bro. George Grey was installed as premier of the colony.

At the age of 65, in 1878, Bro. Grey commenced negotiations with the Kingitanga. One of those meetings occurred at Waitara in June of that year, between Chief Rewi and Bro. Grey, with kai provided from Parihaka. During Bro. Grey’s first Governorship, he had remarked in 1848 that “no land in Taranaki at all will be obtained without war”.

After the Taranaki War of 1860-61 faltered, Freemason Bro. George Grey was recalled to the colony as Governor and Commander-in-Chief. Governor Bro. Grey became the consolidator in the New Zealand Masonic Revolutionary War of 1860-72 and was exalted by his secret Masonic Brethren with a state funeral and buried in a crypt in St Paul’s Cathedral in London on 26 September 1898, close to the tomb of the Duke of Wellington, whom defeated Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo, Belgium in 1815.

By transposing a terrorist guerilla leader casting from Algerian asylum seeker, Ahmed Zaoui, onto Tame Iti, the Neo-feudal Constabulary’s raids of October 2007 shifted the framing from a Muslim enemy image to a Māori enemy image. Through character assassination, the logic telegraphed a continuum of police state formation.

Therefore, in this tentative sketch, I am tracing the creepy trail of spooky minds who I believe plot machinations with an eye on the past and a dark vision of the future.

Previously, a network with the potential capacity to oversee such events across time, institutions and locations would have been the Freemasons, who were responsible for inflicting the New Zaland Masonic Revolutionary War of 1860 to 1872.

However, in Spyhunter: The Secret History of German Intelligence, Michael Shrimpton stated a small German intelligence ring stationed in Wellington had penetrated N.Z’.s state bureaucracy. Shrimpton says West German military intelligence penetrated the CIA and MI6, and had been carrying out industrial espionage, sabotage, and air terrorism to financially attack jet manufacturers, airliners and state treasuries in an undeclared war targetting civilians. The former English barrister says the Deutsche Verteidigungs Dienst (DVD) are specialists in talent-spotting and blackmailing future leaders. Evidently, the DVD at Dachau, near Munich, developed a specialist air terrorism division in the aftermath of World War II — because West Germany was prevented from possessing the new weapon of terror: nuclear bombs.

Tellingly, precisely one year prior to the awkward 30th Erebus Anniversary, Air New Zealand lost an Airbus on an ‘acceptance flight’ flying over the Mediterranean Sea to test its airworthiness. It seems the Establishment was sent an encoded threat. This dunking of the Air New Zealand A320 Airbus into the Mediterranean on November 28 2008, embroiled the fresh Key Administration in continuing to manage the optics of the Mount Erebus Disaster. The state’s ‘sensivities’ have never been fully explained.

The massive explosion on November 19 2010, at Pike River Mine on the West Coast of the South Island would embroil the Key Government in a cover-up. Although the Royal Commission’s report apportioned some of the blame for the tragedy to almost all parties involved, including Pike River’s management and board of directors, the New Zealand Department of Labour, as well the New Zealand’s police and rescue services for their lack of preparedness — no one was sent to jail. The single tunnel design, which was a structure 2.3 kilometres long, and was built by McConnell Dowell, was widely criticised. Moreover, there was only one escape route up a 111-metre ladder, that the fittest of men would struggle to climb — on a good day.

No one seemed to notice how uncanny it was that the first explosion occurred on the 42nd anniversary of an aircraft carrier, USS America, visiting Wellington; with 42 days left in the year. The final fourth explosion on November 28, occurred on the 31th anniversary of the Erebus Disaster, with 33 days left in the year. Cue The X-Files tune.

The Christchurch Earthquake of 22 February 2011 struck with uncanny timing since a the NZ Defence Forces’ inaugural multi-national Exercise Southern Katipo (February 21-March 10), turned into a live disaster relief operation. The week prior to the earthquake, the RNZAF’s Whenuapai No. 3 Squadron conducted a combat and disaster relief exercise across the South Island, and was based Christchurch. All the emergency responders attending a Civil Defence conference were flown to Christchurch on an Air Force plane the same afternoon. The Central Urban Search and Rescue team were in the midst of a rescue training exercise in Palmerston North. However, New Zealand’s Northern and Central Urban Search and Rescue team were delayed by Air Force flight availability and did not arrive in Christchurch until around midnight. The Southern Team’s HQ was a mess, and they needed help, fast. Cue MacGyver theme tune.

Meanwhile, Fire Service National Operations Manager sent the Central Team’s 16 tonnes of equipment from Palmerston North to Christchurch by road, ferry and road. This 12-hour journey meant the rescue gear did not arrive at the disaster zone until 6am February 23rd. The Civil Defence and Emergency Management Controller was in charge of activity until the state of emergency was declared on 23 February 2011. Control then formally passed to the Director of the Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Management. The Minister of Civil Defence, Gerry Brownlee, was also the Minister of Defence. Gerry Brownlee was already Minister of Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA). In effect, Christchurch came under martial law amid critical failures in the emergency response. The military won public acclaim.

The comprehensive take-down of the ‘Mega Enterprise’ in January 2012 is consistent with the nature of the trans-jurisdiction raids, which were inflicted as a politically motivated foray into global policing by the United States Federal Government. The eagerness of key and peripheral players comprising New Zealand’s law enforcement, officials and the Crown Law Office to assist the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI and the Hollywood Media Cartel in the take-down of the ‘Mega Enterprise’ on January 20^th 2012 — reveals the Key Administration to have been a captured government.

New Zealand’s eager-to-please national state apparatus inflicted ‘multi-season news special psy-ops’ to conform to the post-9/11 ‘War on Terror’ paradigm, which featured an imperialist global police role. The first of the Crown’s three high-profile persecutions were inflicted upon Algerian asylum seeker Ahmed Zaoui, from December 4 2002 to September 13^th 2007. The second was inflicted primarily upon Tūhoe theatrical activist Tame Iti from October 15 2007 to February 26^th 2013. And the third persecution wass inflicted upon a German-born internet magnate, Kim Dotcom, from January 20 2012 and is ongoing. These persecutions fulfil a police state’s perceived need to create an internal enemy threat to justify its mission creep.

Just as the Christchurch Earthquake coincided with a multi-national naval, army and air force exercise, Southern Katipo, that was derailed, the Kaikōura Earthquake also coincided with a multi-national Naval Review to celebrate the Royal New Zealand Navy’s 75th Anniversary. Among the vessels present in NZ, was the guided-missile destroyer USS Sampson, which became the first US warship to visit NZ in 33 years.

The year prior to the Kaikōura Earthquake, the New Zealand Defence Forces hosted a multi-agency multi-country disaster relief and civil unrest training exercise called Southern Katipo. When the future-King Charles III attended the November 2015 Southern Katipo Exercise, this royal chesspiece’s landlord inspection was as honorary head of the New Zealand Defence Forces, specifically Admiral of the Fleet, of the Royal New Zealand Navy, Field Marshal of the Army, and Marshal of the Air Force.

Remarkably, the re-integration of New Zealand’s right-wing faction into the Empire was ‘book-ended’ by the two earthquake sequences, Canterbury and Kaikōura. When US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton landed in the capital city to sign the ‘Wellington Declaration’, this US-NZ political and military agreement effectively sealed a ‘bridge’ over the ANZUS/Anti-Nuclear Rift that widened into a chasm in the aftermath of the Rainbow Warrior Bombing. The 2010 signing meant that a new US-NZ political-military agreement was officially ratified in the 33rd year after Prime Minister Robert Muldoon secretly authorized the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB). This signing also afforded Clinton the opportunity to virtue signal in Christchurch, which was reported to have been impacted two months prior by the Darfield Earthquake in September, despite the US-NZ Declaration being unrelated.

Coincidentally, the ‘Wellington Declaration’ was signed on November 4 2010, with was a historically potent date, not only because on November 4^th 1985, Auckland High Court Judge Ronald Davison accepted reduced charges laid against the two French DGSE agents caught for their roles in the Rainbow Warrior Bombing, as a damage control chess move to limit fallout with the French and the Western Alliance. And also, two years later, on November 4^th 1987, the GCSB gained Prime Minister Lange’s approval to purchase a site for a satellite interceptions station at Waihopai, near Blenheim. And on November 4^th 2011, the GCSB would attend a secret meeting to discuss its surveillance role in the sting on Kim Dotcom, as part of Operation Debut.

This is a historically potent date to navigators, since November 4 is the day that Freemason Captain Bro. James Cook’s Endeavour anchored at Mercury Bay, in 1769.

Recall Mercury Bay’s place in maritime history? Since it is where Captain Cook, and astronomer Mr Green, made their calculations on November 9th 1769 from measuring the Transit of Mercury across the sun, to fix the near-precise location of New Zealand on a world chart — the date, November 9, also carries an emotional potency for the ‘Erebus Families’. Because it is the day when Captain Jim Collins and his co-pilot, Greg Cassin, attended a flight briefing 19 days prior to their fatal flight. The damage control over the Rainbow Warrior Bombing is entwined with the TE901 crash date.

The riffing off historic events seems to speak of an evil entwined with cruel psychotic humour that it flies over naïve heads. Hence, an arranged political marriage following a catalytic event to capture the harvested hearts of the left-liberal block was needed.

And it appears the Ides of March Mosques Massacre, which occurred on the 74th day of 2019, after a 74-page manifesto was sent to Jacinda Ardern — was a ritualized slaying. The attacks’ unfolded with an uncanny mirroring of the 74^th chapter of Islam’s Holy Book, The Koran (Quran), entitled “Al-Muddathir” (The Cloaked One).

In his Darkest Day Decepion series, the Snoopman proved it was possible to find the attack locations within one minute. However, there was an emergeny response failure due in no small part to the coincidental timing of a national-level training exericse involving the Armed Offenders Squads and Special Tactics Groups occuring at Princess Margaret Hospital in southern Christchurch. The gunman Brenton Harrison Tarrant appeared to have on-the-ground help, since there is prima facie evidence of a professional hit-team supporting the clichéd pseudo commando patsy, which is consistent with deep state black operations and the Pentagon’s “Kill Box” manuals.

Disturbingly, the Christchurch Ides of March Massacre, shares in common with the 1985 Rainbow Warrior Bombing, significant failures in intelligence, emergency response and investigative cover-ups by New Zealand’s National Security State. Moreover, the Beehive’s security apparatus was in transition at the time of both terrorism events. This is security transition finding is but one of many striking coincidences, yet the Mosques Massacre is officially considered to be a personal actor of terrorism rather than state-sponsored terrorism, as the Warrior Bombing turned out to be and it became the catalytic event that opened a chasm in security relations.

Evidently, a political marriage between New Zealand’s left-wing faction and the Empire occurred to fully restore N.Z.’s security alliance with United States, under a Labour-led Government in the 33rd year after the 1985 Rainbow Warrior Bombing.

Ironically, New Zealand’s post 9/11 security paradigm, which had commenced with a search for an Islamic terrorist enemy image, and was subsequently given a Māori separatist terrorist enemy image makeover — somehow was gifted an unhinged racist Australian whose mayhem achieved what no political lobby group, think-tank or party could achieve by above-board means: public acclaim for the national security state.

The ‘Ides of March’ is a potent date throughout Western Civilization particularly because it was famously dramatised by William Shakespeare in his play, Julius Caesar. Embedded in the cultural legacy of the assassination of Julius Caesar on March 15^th 44BC, is its symbolic signals. In the Roman calendar (except in a leap year), the 74^th day was notable in the Roman Republic as the deadline for settling debts. Historian Cassius Dio characterised the slaughter of Caesar as a religious sacrifice. While he was stabbed 23 times, in Shakespeare’s play the daggers struck 33 times.

Ironically, the mayhem of the mosques shooter achieved what could not be resolved by above-board means by any lobby groups, think-tanks or political strategist consultancies. In the 33rd year following the termination phase of Opération Sataniqué, all was forgiven with the over-reach of the national security state, including the spying by the Government Communications Security Bureau.

Ironically, the GCSB’s ‘birthday’ is the ‘Ides of March’ and it turned 42 in 2019.

It is therefore uncanny how the ‘Mount Erebus Disaster’ had echoed through the decades, and like a time-stamped bad reverb on a stage during sound-check, Erebus ‘screeched’ at the beginning of John Key’s tenure. The Establishment appeared to be sent a codified metaphor that planes can drop with a thud any bat time, any bat place.

Indeed, it is uncanny that Jacinda’s Ardern’s preparation for the 40th Anniversary ‘apology’ on 28 November 2019, turned out to be another virtual signalling performance like a ‘book-ending’ to one of New Zealand’s ‘darkest days’, at the tail-end of a year in which the lastest ‘darkest day’ just happened to strike on the Ides of March. Isn’t is funny that the Christchurch ‘Ides of March’ Mosques Massacre magically resolved an impossible impassé, whose narrative roots extended back to the 1985 Rainbow Warrior Bombing? And isn’t it uncanny that it occurred on the watch of a Labour-led coalition, after Key’s National Government had hosted a multi-national naval review that just happened to coincide with the Kaikōura Earthquake? And isn’t it amazing that an earthquake could gift the first U.S. Navy warship to visit in 33 years the opportunity assist with disaster relief? Especially, uncanny since the previous earthquake in Christchurch gifted the New Zealand Defence Forces public acclaim for their swift and comprehensive disaster relief, amid disaster relief exercises operations.

When NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg met Jacinda Ardern on August 6 2019, she mentioned they had first met in the aftermath of the terrorist attack of 22 July 2011 in Norway, when he was Prime Minister. This data goes to the meta-level.

Stoltenberg was asked by a reporter to comment on the zenophobic politics of mass shooters, who tended to refer to infamous predessors as inspirational figures.

The NATO Secretary General downplayed the political mesaging saying thy were crimes that required united resolute responses. The manifesto attributed to Christchurch shooter Brenton Harrison Tarrant claimed he was inspired by Anders Breivik, who was solely blamed for the Olso Bombing and the Utoya Island Massacre in Norway, 22 July 2011. However, the tradition of a gunman leaving a ‘manifesto’ is one sign of a false flag black operation. Crucially, a manifesto usually fixes the assailant’s worldview, like cement for the official story.

Norway’s crack anti-terrorist squad had just finished a training exercise on the day, which exactly mirrored the bombing in downtown Oslo, and the shooting spree on Utoya Island — according to Richard Cottrell in his book, Gladio — NATO’s Dagger at the Heart of Europe. Similarly, several counter-terrorism training exercises were taking place when the Christchurch mosques shooting commenced.

Parts of the manifesto attributed to Tarrant, entitled “The Great Replacement” appeared to be written by an intelligence agent, since the desire to open a divide across racial, political and cultural lines in America, particularly on the issue of guns, to provoke a civil war seemed to be more consistent with the political ideology of intelligence agencies wishing to destabilize the mangled First Republic.

The manifesto envisaged a balkanization of the United States to reduce the capacity of the superpower to project power globally. This objective seems more consistent with the plans of the Rockefeller and Ford Foundations to corrall Amercians into megacities by forging mega-regions as a consequence of destablizing the Republic.

The “America 2050” project — that was originally sponsored by the foundations of two of America’s leading dynastic families, the Rockefellers and the Fords — has been incorporated into the U.S. Federal Highways Administration’s plans, which feature these 10 mega-regions. This plan will destroy the concept of the nation state, by devolving control into mega-city states governing mega-regions, thereby breaking county, city and state borders, as the author of Behind the Green Mask: U.N. Agenda 21, Rosa Koire explained to dissident journalist, Spiros Skouras in mid-June 2020.

The terrorist shooter’s ‘manifesto’ also described New Zealand as a “target rich environment”, meaning it has sizeable diasporas of non-white immigrants, including Muslims, whom he deemed as high fertility ‘invaders’ occupying white ‘European’ Christian lands. His attack, ‘he’ wrote, would amplify the message that nowhere was safe from mass immigration. But, the violent attack also sent a message that nowhere is safe from terrorism. Therefore, the ‘manifesto’ implied that a mass shooting of scale in a peaceful country would make world news, especially as he planned to make his epic slaughter the world’s first live-streamed civilian mass shooting.

Conspicuously, the Christchurch mosques shooting occurred a fortnight prior to March 27 passage in the European Parliament’s Strasbourg session of ACTA2, a legislative move which has paved the way for a Europe-wide upload filter on internet content. The European Union is now obliged to fund an AI super infrastructure that will automatically censor online content before it is posted”. New Zealand has been used before, as a scene for international political coercion to get legislation passed. The multi-jurisdiction MegaUpload Raids of January 20 2012 that saw the N.Z. Police carry out a paramilitary-style mansion assault to capture internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom coincided with the attempted passage of the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) as it faltered through the U.S. Congress, amid a massive online ‘blackout’ protest.

But, this ‘waltz’ between two ‘global leaders’ foreshadowed the Ides of March Mosques Massacre in Christchurch like a portentous omen. On January 25 2019, Stoltenberg met Jacinda Ardern to deepen cooperation between NATO and New Zealand. Seven weeks later, when Brenton Harrison Tarrant opened fire on two Christchurch mosques, N.Z.’s national security state were gifted a cause célèbre.

In 2022, then-NZ Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern attended the NATO summit in Madrid, Spain, to signal NZ’s partnership with NATO in the Indo-Pacific cohort known as AP4 comprising Australia, Japan, South Korea and New Zealand.

On July 11 2023, Ardern’s replacement, placeholder-Prime Minister Christopher Hipkins, met NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg at the Summit in Vilnius Lithuania, a territory that had once been absorbed into the Soviet Russian Empire.

This meeting advanced the game to re-integrate New Zealand back into the Anglo-American Empire. New Zealand would join the Asia Pacific Four Partnership (AP-4), as part of the globalization of NATO, as a longer strategy of world domination.

Thus, it was potent that New Zealand’s Prime Minister, Christopher Luxon, attended the White House NATO-dinner on July 10, the 39th anniversary of the Rainbow Warrior Bombing. Luxon also met Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky.

These unrelated events to the then-current catalytic clustered events indicate that key insiders associated with those events, had one eye on the resolving meta-conflict: re-integrated US-NZ imperial ties amid the ongoing Third Hundred Years’ War.

And isn’t uncanny that when Ardern’s image was projected on the Burj Khalifa Tower against the night sky in the aftermath of the Ides of March Mosques Massacre, the skyscraper was in effect transformed into the inverse of a bat-signal in Gotham? After all, the Burj Khalifa Tower it looked a gigantic hypodermic needle, did it not?

During the Corona Hostage Crisis of March 11 2020 to 26 September 2022, During the Corona Hostage Crisis of March 11 2020 to 26 September 2022, scientists, doctors and nurses outside ‘The Covid Club’ were (and continue to be) excluded, ignored, or Ostracised. The Covid Club’s favoured ‘solutions’, such as a global race to develop, deploy and deluge the world with injecticides, contact tracing apps, and ‘immunity passports’ — took on a warped logic belying a planet under siege by mysterious forces skilled in casting spells. Yet, many human monkeys living in the archipelago of New Zealand scoffed at the idea that the nation had been reset on an accelerated track to police state status. The confusion has to do with perceptions.

A ‘police state’ conjures the idea of fascist or communist totalitarian regimes with special security forces dressed dapperly in designer uniforms enforcing curfews, rounding up humans from scape-goated groups blamed for a crisis, or shooting dissident citizens after tip-offs from snitching neighbors. The term police state describes a government that exercises power arbitrarily through the wielding of the police force, armed forces and intelligence agencies, rather than sticking the Rule of Law Doctrine in which insititutions, including the judiciary, check abuses of power. 

The exercise of the Rule of Law Doctrine restrains the abuses of power, but if crimes of power proceed unchecked, they can manifest into a totalitarian state controlled by a political police force that secretly supervises the citizens’ activities, inflicts punishments and controls the captured citizenry through fear. A Police State deploys propaganda to hide its power crimes, exploits news media outlets’ appetite for drama and brain-washes the captive citizenry. In this way, newsrooms become weaponized vectors for contagions of fear porn and for packaged solutions to regulate hope.

A hegemonic block of scientism has taken hold with a polarising effect on public discourses, the international medical profession and the private lives of humans cast as human monkeys in an epic geopolitical chess game to establish a global pandemic industry, in order to forge a totalitarian world system of technofeudalist police states.

Therefore, it now appears as if the South Pacific archipelago became, once again, a stage-set for a global voodoo show in March 2019 to signal a dark world reset was on the horizon. New Zealand’s premiere puppet played the ‘Scarlet Woman’, haunting the world with syrupy performances of cognitive empathy, as evil narcissists can only do.

The process to reel in the ‘left bloc’ on a long line, lasted nearly 19 years, after it had been permitted to ‘swim free’ for almost 15 years. The Clark Government was politically captured with the extra-judicial slaying of a ‘Waitara youth’ by police on April 30 2000. The cover-up of this murder, as well the Operation 8 police raids of October 15 2007, bound the next administration, that of John Key, to Clark. The final reports of the ‘Waitara Shooting’ were not released until after Clark was out of power, and the criminal trial of ‘Tame Iti & Associates’ commenced in late February of 2012.

This season of hostilities escalated on Key’s watch with the Pike River Mine Disaster, the Christchurch Earthquake and the Kaikōura Earthquake, according to my snoop radar. And on Ardern’s watch, the South Pacific archipelago became a stage-set for a global voodoo show on the Ides of March in 2019. And by the year’s end, the wooden Scarlet Woman character would be gaslighting the ‘Erebus Families’ with a magical acceptance ritual, while having set in motion a cover-up operation pertaining to the Ides of March Massacre — in the form of a Royal Commission to control the narrative.

And by that time, the nation’s hotels, motels and rest-homes had in effect transformd the gulag archipelago to replace the disgraced old gulag archipelago of ‘asylums’.

To sum up, this second look at 13 crises reveals an uncanny exploitation by the national security state to capture or catapult the government, to accumulate more power, and to steer the archipelago further along the twisting road to a police state.

Many shock news events seem to comprise a low-grade war of trauma programming, economic warfare and ritual terrorism, in a ‘strategy of tension’ paradigm to forge a police state, while teethering the ‘ship of state’ to the Anglo-American Empire.

Indeed, the numerous shocks surveyed in this series reveal a striking pattern of the metaphor-laden events embedded with codified symbolism to signal authorship, narrative, scapegoats, to warn, telegraph trajectory and to convey psychotic humour.

Strikingly, the key dates associated with every crisis are embued with the potency of economic, political or sovereignty-themed historical riffs. This synchronicity appears to be deliberately encoded into the timing of 13 crises and indicates an over-arching meta-level conflict to teether New Zealand to the global ‘super economy’, as well as to the Empire, and to signal the archipelago’s influence-multiplier role.

I contend that elite criminal networks have been riffing off New Zealand’s historic dates, as an occult (or hidden) mechanism for key players to signal they are advancing a plot toward its trigger moment. This apparent pattern extends to signalling on the chosen day, that the trap has been set, as well as the continued codifying of their moves during the cover-up stage that key players are loyally furthering the plot.

As I stated, criminal coalitions embed events with encoded metadata to communicate unity that they are advancing a syndicate game to signal promises and threats, to telegraph caution and control in the inevitable scandals, while exploiting crises. If other players are not seen to be posting themselves as ‘hostages’ with such encoded signalling — defections can be expected on the next moves, as game theory predicts.

Regardless of whether or not my Terror Archipelago thesis is correct, it is incontrovertible that there has been a Shock Doctrine economic warfare paradigm in play for four decades. This paradigm involved the forging of an asymmetric technocratic governance paradigm, meaning more and more regulation, surveillance and also infrastructure, services and trading entites would be privatized under the rubric of ‘deregulation’. Amid this dismantling of the public sector, critical regulatory oversight collapsed, while crucial infrastructure, services and trading entities that remained in state ownership have been underfunded. This Shock Doctrine tactic is called ‘starve the beast’, and is used as a tactic to justify selling off state assets.

Given the forgoing, the propensity for official cover-ups will continue as along as critical masses of New Zealanders remain complacent, cowardly compliant-trained monkeys. Absent evolving backbones by undergoing a personal political puberty to grow political balls or political ovaries (as the case may be), New Zealanders can only expect to continue to find transparency in the lingerie sections of department stores.

This track record of inflicted shocks or exploited crises, and ‘beyond reasonable negligence’ catalytic events, behoove us all to find our super-power(s) and become the best versions of ourselves. Through such personal evolutions, humanity has a better probability to overcome the sinister forces that rule the planet. A course of what I call emancipatory evolution is preferrable to the human species’ permanent enslavement.
