And Why the New Zealand Monkey is Set to become the Harvestable Big Data Product
New Zealand is fast-tracking a far-reaching totalitarian regulatory framework. In this dispatch, Snoopman highlights what lies beneath the genetic engineering jugganaut train that is set to undergo a biggering in a South Pacific archipelago inhabited by endearingly naïve monkeys, who often identify as ‘Kiwis’, and are labelled as such.

The Gene Tech Juggernaut Switching to the Fast-Track
New Zealand is fast-tracking a far-reaching regulatory framework to allow the release of genetically engineered organisms, and derivative products of gene editing from laboratory, manufacturing and containment settings into farmlands, market gardens foodstores and medical clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, households, and home gardens.
This rail-roading chess move has been widely criticized by health action networks such as NZ Doctors Speaking Out with Science, and Hapai Hauora, and citizen action groups such as GE FreeNZ, Voices for Freedom and informed individuals such as Jodie Bruning, Guy Hatchard and Mary Hobbs, and has been radically reported on by Reality Check Radio (RCR), the Daily Telegraph NZ and FreeNZ Media.
These criticisms range from the changes to the regulatory environment that would allow for a slew of genetically-hacked organisms to be redefined as non-hazardous, safe and sound — for foods, medicines, and farm products. This biotechnology de-regulation bill is also criticized for enabling extremely loose oversight over the breadth of permissible laboratory experiments, field trials, and GMO releases.
Moreover, this sea change is marketed as being only a regulation away from New Zealand being afloat with gene products that will make our lives simple, prosperous, and healthy. Yet, the Gene Technology Bill is designed to de-regulate the introduction of new gene technologies with great power. Professor Jack Heinemann, who is the Director of the Center for Integrated Research in Biosafety said that with power you cannot have only good. He added, regulation is our best imperfect tool to maintain the oversight. The genome editing tech, such as CRISPR, are the side-show, according to Heinemann. The chemistry that has developed over the past 40 years “makes it possible to package the molecules that do genome editing in such a way as to make them penetrate into living cells of any an all species,” Heinemann said on RCR.
The variety of chemistries available makes it possible to penetrate cells in real time outside of controlled conditions at such efficiencies that a laboratory isn’t needed to isolate a targetted gene expression or cell function. However, manipulating the expression of one gene in a vast crop can have dangerous unintended consequences affecting the 10,000 genes in an organism, as Guy Hatchard said on Free NZ Media.
The bill proposes eliminating informed consent since the provisions to effectively over-ride GMO labelling of products, their ingredients or of possible contaminants, takes away a vital right of citizens to know whether there has been genetic tampering.
Additionally, the Gene Technology Bill seeks to eliminate accountability for the developers, manufacturers and distributors for any possible liability over potential harms following the consumption, exposure or absorption of their products.
And, clause 187 proposes to protect the government regulators, enforcement officers and technical advisory committees from civil or criminal liability with “good faith”; and with “reasonable cause” provisions. Given that such state endorsed officials can hide behind the propaganda produced by the Government and their overseas ‘partners’, and given that newsrooms routinely act as vectors for weaponized over-hyped contagions of fear — especially in epsiodes, or seasons or eras of real or purported crises, whether natural, ‘accidential’ or staged — such provisions are in effect Get Out of Jail Free Cards that the White Coats will keep in their breast pockets.
Furthermore, the Gene Technology Bill permits “mandatory medical activity authorisations” and “emergency authorisations” that are seen as a biggering of the globalized over-reach of power during the Great Corona Hostage Crisis (2020-2023).
This was the desired solution for the staged Corona Crisis, that was rehearsed by transnational deep state actors in tabletop pandemic exercises for almost two decades.
New Zealanders were coerced to take experimental genetically engineered (GE) modRNA injecticides, that killed one ‘Kiwi’ per 1,100 doses during the period Monday 22 February 2021, when the vaccine program started, out to 5 November 2023, as the OECD’s all cause excess deaths data by country revealed, but was largely ignored.
Indeed, the pandemic simulations prioritized ‘vaccines’ as the key preferred solution for citizens, corporations and countries to win freedom from the draconian lockdowns.
By paving the way for mandated compulsory mass vaccination programs in this broad “mandatory medical activity authorisations” provision, the Gene Technology Bill advances the gains made by the Big Pharma cartel, in their quest to forge a global vaccine market with the rubric of staged ‘global pandemic emergencies’ that spread through the contagion vectors of newsrooms. And under the “emergency authorisations” provision, such mandated orders are envisaged to occur during an outbreak, or amid an industrial accident. The technocrats have crossed their t’s.
In “New Zealand Teeters on the Brink of Irreversible Catastrophe”, Mary Hobbs wrote:
“While any medical activity involving a gene technology will still have to be approved under the Medicines Act 1981 by the Ministry of Health’s regulator Medsafe (Clause 16), the Medicines Act 1981 may soon be amended to include a similar ceding of sovereignty provision if the following provision — agreed to by National and NZ First in their Coalition Agreement — is included in the Medicines Act:
Require Medsafe to approve new pharmaceuticals within 30 days of them being approved by at least two overseas regulatory agencies recognised by New Zealand.”
Instead of summoning the officials of Medsafe, CARM and the Covid-19 Technical Advisory Group to appear before a Parliamentary Health Committee to ask questions, supply supporting evidence and testimony, Medsafe were greenlighted to ‘carry on’.
In their “Inside the Technology Bill” explainer, NZ Doctors Speaking Out with Science expressed their concern about the potential applications. Referring their readers to Part 2: Regulation of Gene Technology, subpart 5 and 6, one possibility they warned about was a universally administered gene-based ‘vaccine’ being mandated during a widespread health crisis. The Bill assumes many GMOs will be safe.
But New Zealand’s role as a strategic battleground isn’t merely about attracting foreign capital, a desired economic boom, or feeding the egos of state managers.
In her excellent lengthy dispatch, “New Zealand Teeters on the Brink of Irreversible Catastrophe”, Mary Hobbs touches upon the looming crisis as part of a global power grab. Hobbs quotes lawyer Katie Ashby-Koppens from RCR’s Legal Hub segment:
This Bill is an integral part of globalist control of the world and New Zealand. This is now clear for all to see. No longer hiding in the shadows, the World Economic Forum, the United Nations or its purported agency of health, the World Health Organisation and their funders, big pharma, biotech companies, Bill Gates, and Larry Ellison, are paving the way for there to be no barriers, limited questions and virtually no regulation for their gene-altering products to be administered to New Zealanders, our animals, our flora, our fauna or our agriculture. This is the One Health policy of these’ global organisation’s in action. It seems clear that this is their depraved quest for world power and control.
Crucially, this Gene Tech Bill development would have been a much harder sell with a Labour-led Government in power, since it was on the watch of Prime Minister Helen Clark, that the Labour-led Coalition Government was forced to retrict genetic experimentation to the lab, label products with GMOs, and restrict importation of genetically engineered products. The effect of four years of a high profile peoples’ campaign, the GE Free Movement won for N.Z. a GE Free status by 2003’s end.
The GE Free campaign made the Green Party. Steve Abel, who was one of the A-List activists in the GE-Free movement, spoke against the bill at its first reading. However, his awareness of the damage that genetically engineered ‘vaccines’ have caused during the plandemic has escaped his attention, going by his endorsement of GE medicine.
New Zealand: A Remote Test Facility Populated by Politically Naïve Monkeys
In her follow up article, Hobbs states the Government’s planned removal of controls over introducing DNA-changing interventions of food, animals, human beings and the living environment with “unknown and irreversible consequences is, in my view, a serious crime of the highest magnitude and is the action of a government that appears to have run amok.” Hobbs opined that New Zealand’s Government appears to be serving internatioanl interests while paying lip service to the public, since the widescale removal of oversight and traceability of the novel technologies leaves ratepayers and potential victims wide open to substantial harm. The public has not seen a cost-benefit analysis, and the clean-up costs are to be born on New Zealanders.
In her excellent article “The New Zealand Gene Technology Bill: An Act of War on our People and Country?” Hobbs, added:
“This seems a push for lack of control and accountability for multi-billion dollar bio-tech and pharma corporations who seek world domination and control and appear to make billions through licencing and patents — regardless of the potential destruction to our GE-free farmers, our people and our environment. Scientists with dissenting views are ignored.
NZ will become known as a country that is little more than the plaything of big pharma and biotech corporations for whenever they want to experiment with their Frankenstein gene-altering technology. [I]t makes our country ‘the lab’.
Under this legislation, apparently gene-tech organisms can be sprayed into the environment — over land and crops — without any meaningful testing and be inhaled or ingested and subsequently alter the cells within the bodies of those who inhaled or ingested it, without the knowledge of the recipient.
Commentaries have viewed this development as madness. Yet, it makes perfect sense when you see that N.Z.’s long-standing role as a test facility can be re-purposed as a location to wittingly trial dangerous techniques for genetically engineering/modifying organisms in the environment, before releasing them elsewhere. New Zealand is surrounded by a large ‘moat’, and is populated by an endearing yet frustratingly naïve population that, for the most part, is unaware of our perennial role as test monkeys.
The inherent logic is not simply that the ‘Kiwis as guinea pigs’ will not find out they are test subjects — as the NATO/Bilderberg Group mouthpiece magazine, The Economist, reported in 2015. The assumption in-built into the perennial experiments is that the South Pacific test-lab’s isolated location affords the experimenters the capacity to shutdown any contagion of truth from spreading around the world — should an experiment go badly wrong, or if its dark secrets are decoded.
Especially, if you want to make populations sick and profit off the bio-digital health updates without the gullible believing the ‘conspiracy theories’, such as has occurred with mass ‘medicating’ citizens with fluoridation of water supplies for decades.
We, the monkeys of New Zealand, are at a critical juncture, where we continue to be drawn deeper into this emergent global technocratic empire, without most realizing the extent of the machinations, skullduggery and chicanery affoot. It’s not that this emergent global technocratic empire is monolithic in its accumulation of such awesome wealth, power and control. Despite its factions — including a bloc around the orbit of Russia, China and Iran, who are forging a competing technocratic empire, that appears to be a more moderate strain of psychopathy on the Spectrum of Evil (as Snoopman has coined it) — the rivalrous power blocs agree to the idea of ruling the monkeys with hi-tech chip-mediated systems that are identified as techno-feudalism.
By switching to the fast-track, the vested interests aboard the Gene Tech Juggernaut envisage a technocratic system that fuses private and public sector data, whether it be sports facilities, health clinics treatments, library visits, educational and training centers, community programmes, travel routes, and food, fuel and funds consumption.
The capacity to harvest this data is being built, with mega-data centers, on each of the two main islands in the far-flung archipelago that Freemason Captain Bro. James Cook, viewed as an ideal base for the British Masonic Empire in the South Pacific.
A handful were slated for New Zealand during the plandemic. One is the Microsoft DataCenter that opened at WestGate, Auckland, in late 2024. Three more were pitched for Auckland, called an Availability Zone, a term sounding like it fell off an alluring yet dystopian sci-fi world movie script. Two top-tier ‘cloud’ data centers are planned by Datagrid and T4 Group for Southland, highlighting temperature efficiencies.
Full Spectrum OmniWar to Fast Track the Construction of a Global Panopticon
We are in a full spectrum OmniWar, that began with WHO’s ‘pandemic’ declaration March 11 2020, as a time when the ‘coroanvirus’ death toll was under 5000 people.
In a recent ‘symposium’ hosted by Catherine Austin-Fitts of the Solari Report, three academics — David A. Hughes, Lissa Johnson, Daniel Broudy — presented picture of a full spectrum dominance war, waged by the transnational deep state, whose objective is to enslave humanity via total control of territories, treasures and technologies. This symposium was also presented with the leading author on technocracy, Patrick Wood, whose book Technocracy Rising: The Trojan Horse of Globalization, laid out the origins and rise of the technocracy movement. Elon Musk’s grandfather, Joshua Norman Haldeman, was research director for Technocracy, Inc. of Canada. And now Musk, a military contractor and closet technocrat, heads the Department of Government Efficiency (DoGE), and wasted no time illegally sucking up U.S. Treasury data, while The Matrix’s brain, StarGate, is greenlighted. The Technocrats dotted their ‘i’s.
The OmniWar presenters know too well how staged crises act as trojan horses.
They made the case that a dystopian totalitarian technocratic system is being constructed before our very eyes, while the technology upgrades that get boosted amid periodic resets, are actually the componentary of a global control grid designed to eventually fully integrate humans with biodigital nano-tech police surveillance states. They sketch the tactics, technologies and the tricksters of technofeudalism.
The idea underpinning the staged crises is a Shock Doctrine modus operandi whereby the transnational deep state are able to fast-track implementation of draconian mesaures, gain funding and and greenlight blueprints already in the ‘filing cabinet’.
Under the rubric of governance by emergency, a pivot to totalitarianism across the West is detectable to those attuned to the anatomy of resets.
The engineered crisis elements of resets may include: betrayal, blind alleys, a cover-story, coincidences, contradictions, crisis rituals, errors, excuses, exercises, fore-knowledge, historical riffing, glitches, metaphor-laden symbolism, scape-goats, techno-prowess, tricksters, triggers, trojan horse tactics and a messy aftermath.
By pulling out all stops in a small developed geographically isolated archipegalo, New Zealand’s longstanding role as a test facility for the world is pivoting to full-monty technocracy, with experiments to field trial in-situ real-time genetic engineering, unlabelled GMOs, and lab releases of gene edited organisms into the food supply, medical settings and in the argiculture, horticulture and aquaculture environments.
This pivot is part of the broader technocratic bio-digital matrix project where humans become the product. Such a paradigm is not only about deepening the incursion into our daily and nightly lives at home, harvesting everything about us via our power supplier’s SMART meters, next generation SMART fridges, ovens, slow cookers, toasters, kettles, barbeques, vaccuum cleaners. It is also about tracking us with RFID ID spy-chip labels on all products, including our undies, to track every consumable from factory, to warehouse, to store, to home, to dump or recycle facility or to the second hand shop, so that everyone in the ‘Matrix’ is hooked into the coming carbon-currency backed bio-digital identity enslavement system that is on track to replace the current financial debt-enslavement system that was forged over centuries by warfare.
One worthwhile avenue of resistance to block the Gene Tech Bill would be to lodge objections with the Commerce Commission, outlining how a bad law is facilitating the capacity to allow restraint of trade, that would collectivize power into syndicates seeking greater control over the food supply, medicines and lifeforms via commerce.
And also, stating how the chess board move to change the regimin in New Zealand, is part of a broader strategy of the American Empire to stay in the lead as the dominant superpower by attempting to control the trajectory of the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR); a sanitized term for the totalitarian system of techno-feudalism.
Another avenue for resistance is to lodge objections with the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS), who are charged with protecting the nation’s security and economy. The SIS need to be grilled about whether country is being played for geopolitical purposes, as it was during the Great Corona Hostage Crisis (2020-2023).
As I showed in my Corona World Games series, elements of the ‘Covid Cartel’ made synchronistic moves to signal their cooperation to advance the plandemic, in accordance with numerous pandemic simulation exercises that rehearsed all the features of draconian measures inflicted on about two-thirds of the world’s population.
These synchronistic moves included embedding news conferences with the number 33, to signify unity among the key insiders occupying key administrative posts in various jurisdictions across the United Nations’ system of member states.
This creepy signalling occurred during the early phases of the so-called ‘pandemic’, by way of federal, state and county officials dropping the number 33 into the corona figures as cases, deaths and crisis meta-data to codify their compliance.
Indeed, in part 2 of my Corona World Games series, I showed how the jurisdictions across the world treated the ‘pandemic’ as the United Nations’ second global pandemic exercise, to meet the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board’s directve for member nations to conduct at least two such exercises, with at least one involving the deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen, by September 2020. New York State clocked up a Covid death toll of 33,000 first, on 31st August 2020, making the deadline.
The first global pandemic exercise was Event 201, that took place in Gotham City on October 18th 2019, and featured the natural zoonotic outbreak of a species-jumping, jet-setting zoonotic bat-pig coronavirus, actually occurred precisely one month after the U.N.’s Global Preparedness Monitoring Board (GPMB), published its forebodingly titled report, “A World At Risk”. Among the members of this GPMB was Big Pharma’s sugar daddy, Dr. Antony Fauci, who had become the J. Edgar Hoover of public health as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) —for 38 years. Fauci was ‘the gift that kept on giving’ cash, white coats and rigged trials.
The numerical ‘drops’ lurk like special agents in the meta-data of events to signal solidarity, as well as caution to gatekeepers to manage scandals, crises and probes.
In other words, since such signalling was obvious to those attuned to such numerical ‘drops’, even before the World Health Organizaton declared a pandemic on March 11 2020 — you have to wonder how much the top spooks at SIS Down Under inform their Director, a career bureaucrat who quite possibly believes the official narrative of 9/11.
Poignanly, the technological know-how about manipulating whole societies with fear, hope and rewards was literally mapped by the CIA-funded MK-ULTRA mindcontrol, brainwashing and behavioural modifications experiments conducted from 1953 to 1964, when the program was renamed MK-SEARCH until 1972, when it was shutdown.
The horrific, cruel and illegal MK-ULTRA mind control experiments, which involved at least 149 sub-projects, were conducted on vulnerable humans, monkeys and rats, at over 130 institutions including hospitals, medical schools, universities, mental asylums, military facilities, and prisons across the United States, Canada and the UK.
The experiments included sensory torture, deprivation in isolation and re-programming of the mind, experimental psychotropic drugs, allergens and electric shock treatments, as well as mapping the human bio-electric circuitry, behavioral studies with remote control devices, and social conditioning with applied game theory.
Crucially, one of the far-reaching consequences of the top secret MK-ULTRA experiments was the finding that the subjects in a closed system could only exert feedback ‘responses’ and were powerless to change the design.
The MK-ULTRA experiments were not about developing behavioral modification techniques to help the mentally sick people in asylums, or sociopaths in prisons. The underlying purpose of Project MK-ULTRA was a systematic study of how to reduce humans into fully manipulated goal-seeking devices, who would act against their own best interests to assist in the development of a sustainable system of social control across the globe. Gradually, such a system of permanent enslavement would involve the creeping displacement of democratic administrative systems with technocracy, which is a totalitarian form of government managed by technicians, engineers and scientists brainwashed to believe they are building unbiased equality-enhancing governance infrastructure, as the author of Technocracy Rising: The Trojan Horse of Global Transformation, Patrick Wood, described.
When, in fact, technocracy transforms imperfect mechanisms of social control into turn-key totalitarianism for the benefit of unseen, super-rich oligarchies. The totalitarians objective is to construct a global surveillance and containment grid so extensive, that a digital panopticon system makes human enslavement permanent.
At the 2020 World Economic Forum, historian Yuval Noah Harari presented the spectre of digital dictatorships or data colonialism, whereby by a power élite control data while those who fail in the struggle against irrelevance will be cast as a ‘global useless class’. Creepily, he warned the élite at Davos that unless they worked out how to forge global rules to solve such global scale problems, civilization may revert to the jungle of war and the ‘rats’ might eventually “learn from our mistakes”, and rebuild civilization. Given the inplausibility of the proposition that rats might eventually learn from ‘our mistakes’, to takeover and rebuild civilization, it would appear Harari was being sarcastic about the global élite neglecting to maintain the ‘house’ of the liberal global order. It would seem Harari switched the term ‘global useless class’ with the coded label ‘rats’, in keeping with the narcissistic humor of psychopathic and sociopathic global élites to drive his point home. In short, Harari was dog-whistling, it seems. In other words, he was warning that the power of 21st Century technology poses a danger to the global élite unless they control its development, distribution and dynamism. (This view is shared by the Forum’s founder). Naturally, Harari was careful to avoid referring to his audience as a technocratic élite working for Western Techno-Feudalists to develop a sustainable global system of totalitarian technocracy for permanent social control of ‘the rats’ and the subsequent underclass species.
The product the totalitarians are focussed on mass-producing, are bodies and brains.
The idea of a panopticon, is to condition the monkeys that they are under surveillance, to cue acceptable behaviours, or they’ll be punished. Thus, the all-encompassing surveillance, even into one’s bedroom via wifi devices, leads to a total loss of privacy and bit-by-bit a loss of free-will, spontaneity and eventually true love.
At least, that’s the intention. However, love resists regulation and inspires rebellion.
A Rebellion Exposing the White Coats as the New Prison Wardens
To sum up, the Gene Tech Bill is being fast-tracked to facilitate the capacity to provide data to private interests, where New Zealand becomes the test facility for ‘open slather’ genetic engineering in primary industry production, food manufacturing distribution and pharmaceutical authorizations. Critics correctly point out the public will be in the dark about what they are consuming, exposed to and absorbing because their transactions, travels and tasks won’t signal ‘GE alerts’.
Ergo, an asymmetric technocratic system is being facilitated, whereby an inside track of private interests, including transnationals, laboratories, and billionaire-backed investment groups with datacenters, will be able to track the performance of gene tech in-situ, through the food distribution systems and via the medical health settings.
Such tracking can occur via the next-wave of bio-digital tracking systems that are intended to be opaque to the public, in an exquisitely evil technocracy that envisages the eventual privatization of government, on behalf of a mega-rich global oligarchy.
Therefore, while it is an important task to ‘resist’ by providing objections to the Gene Technology Bill, it is also critical to realize that such feedback provides data to the experiment’s controllers. That said, it is crucial to also keep in mind that once a system is set in place, it is only possible for those who are subject to the system to provide feedback. While the current system of ‘democracy’ is being displaced by technocracy, the White Coats have to play lip-service to the monkeys — lest they orchestrate a sizeable cage-break that snowballs. Such cage breaks need not be violent acts of rebellion. Indeed, violence merely provides license to hasten the police state powers. The best rebellion is to forge resilent communities with parallel structures that have a three-pronged ‘fork’; one to maintain the overt function, while creating positive projects of resilence, and while the ‘middle finger’ engages in resistance.
The onus is on all of us to be the best versions of ourselves to forge our superpower(s).
