Misleading World Leader: N.Z.’s Prime Minister told the world the alleged Christchurch shooter’s emailed manifesto “did not include a location” – which was untrue. By using the search words “attack” with “New Zealand” taken from the email’s subject-line, the plan to attack the “Christchurch and Linwood mosques” could be found in one minute flat, on page 12, following a spike of 14 repetitions of the word “attack” with “New Zealand” also mentioned on page 11.
The NZ Government has covered-up the significance of a nine minute head-start the Christchurch shooter gave the Prime Minister’s Office, the political opposition and the news media. The alleged gunman, Brenton Harrison Tarrant sent a Trojan email subject-lined – “On the attack in New Zealand today” – nine minutes before commencing his horrific carnage.
Statements made by N.Z. Police Commissioner Mike Bush on April 17th 2019 conflict with N.Z. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s statements of Sunday March 17. Ardern falsely claimed the manifesto, which was received nine minutes before the attack, did not include a location or specific details. Bush asserted the Parliamentary Services Security Team received the email at 1:40PM, which contradicted Ardern’s claim one month prior. The Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet has oversight of national security and the P.M. is also the Minister of National Security and Intelligence.
Key Finding: The Snoopman finds the Christchurch attacks contain a terrible truth – no one need have died. Because any nine year-old with a laptop and an internet connection could have figured out where the shooter would strike in one minute flat. By word-searching the noun “attack” in the gunman’s manifesto, which was attached to the email – a spike of 14 repetitions found on page 11 quickly revealed New Zealand as the broad location. The next page specified two mosques in Christchurch, including Linwood, and also an Ashburton mosque.
This key finding begs the question: if the victims were all from white Ruling Class families, would this secrecy about what happened in those nine ticking minutes – be considered regrettable and acceptable, or reprehensible and untenable?

“On the attack in New Zealand today”
The Christchurch Mosques Massacre of Friday March 15 2019 was the world’s first live-streamed civilian mass shooting, and as New Zealand’s largest peace-time massacre – it came with a twist.
At 1:31PM, or nine minutes before the first mosque in Christchurch was attacked – the Prime Minister’s staff at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet in Wellington received an email from the accused terrorist shooter. The email – which was sent to 70 others and was subject-lined “On the attack in New Zealand today” – contained the gunman’s attached ‘manifesto’ titled “The Great Replacement”.
This subject-line has only been reported twice by the Establishment Media – once in an analysis piece by Henry Cooke titled, “Christchurch terror attack: mistruths and conspiracy theories” in Stuff News; and another in an opinion piece, “More than 20 years too late we’re banning semi-automatic weapons”, by Barry Soper in The New Zealand Herald. Both articles let the news media ‘off-the-hook’ to investigate the email’s significance and reveal what the body of the alleged shooter’s email actually stated.
This ‘manifesto’ was forwarded with the email to the Parliamentary Services Security Team, in accordance with security policy, within two minutes of receipt, the Prime Minister said.
However, the N.Z. Police claimed in its ‘Timeline of Events’, published a month after the attacks, that the email and manifesto were forwarded to the Parliament’s Security Team at 1:40PM, which very neatly matched the time when the accused-gunman commenced his carnage. This omission meant the Police let themselves ‘off-the-hook’, and the news media complied by avoiding to ask what exactly occurred in those nine ticking minutes.
This Police ‘Timeline of Events’ conflicts with Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s statements of Sunday 17 March 2019, because she claimed the manifesto was forwarded with the email within two minutes of receipt. The Police were called 44 seconds after the attack started at 1:40PM, according to the Police Timeline, which starts at 1:40PM instead at 1:31PM when the email and its attached manifesto were sent.
This Police Timeline is vague about when exactly the first Armed Offender Squad entered the first mosque to be attacked, the Masjid Al Noor Mosque on Deans Ave. The timeline states that at 1:46:58PM, the shooter left Masjid Al Noor Mosque. Two seconds later, the first Armed Offender Squad (AOS) car reached the intersection of Riccarton and Deans avenues – just 450 metres away.
Police Commissioner Mike Bush stated that a parked bus obscured the view of the fleeing gunman.
According to the Police Timeline, at 1:47:18PM, Armed Offender Squad members confirmed over the radio they were making an approach on Deans Avenue. The Police Timeline is not only vague about what time precisely this AOS car reached Masjid Al Noor Mosque.
It is also vague about how many armed Police were in the squad car and what they did, and how quickly they gleaned from witnesses what direction the gunman left. The only detail provided about this squad car is at 1:48:28 PM, when an Armed Offenders Squad member evidently administered first aid to a gunshot victim.
At 1:49PM a second AOS squad car left the Police Station and at 1:51PM, or 10 minutes after the first calls to Police, the first general Police arrive at Masjid Al Noor Mosque. Between 1:52PM and 1:55PM, the alleged sole shooter inflicted carnage at the Linwood Islamic Centre. At 1:56PM, gunfire at Linwood Islamic Centre was reported to Police. ‘Tarrant’ was chased away by Muslim worshippers before he could reload and was apprehended 19 minutes after he began his mayhem at 1:59PM.
These may seem like reasonable response times.
Parallel Construction of Evidence
However, the Police Timeline and associated map, labelled “Movement of the Alleged Offender” – omits crucial details, rendering the document released on April 17 2019, a piece of official state propaganda, censorship and fraud. These omissions include the route taken by police squad cars, the locations of Police Stations and the location of the Princess Margaret Hospital, where a multi-national paramilitary police training exercise – with a ‘room clearance’ scenario – was taking place.
Because this Police Timeline either fakes the time that the Parliamentary Security Team received the email, or fails to explain why it took a snail-pace nine minutes for it to be forwarded from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, a cover-up with a parallel construction of evidence is apparent. A parallel construction of facts is a deceptive law enforcement stratagem to build a corresponding body of evidence to hide how a criminal investigation started.
Crucially, the first AOS car took the Riccarton Ave route, and arrived at the corner of Riccarton and Deans avenues at 1:47PM, while the second AOS car route was not reported, and took until 1:49PM to leave an unspecified Police station. Commissioner Bush claimed the first Armed Offenders Squad team arrived ‘on the scene’ within six minutes of receiving the first emergency calls. There are two Police Stations in the Central Business District, approximately five cruising speed minutes away via the Moorhouse Ave route, or eight minutes via the Riccarton Ave Route.
Despite the rhetoric about fast and heroic Police work, the locations of where Brenton Tarrant intended to target could have been worked out much sooner – with quick thinking, speed reading and key word searches of the manifesto, instead of the pedestrian approach taken.
Because the N.Z. Parliament’s security protocol stipulated forwarding threatening emails to the Security Team, rather than also ringing and emailing the Police, the nine ticking minutes before the Police were called – essentially meant a deadly countdown had been set ticking.
This deadly countdown meant, in effect, that the alleged white supremacist, whom came packaged with a clichéd pseudo commander character – had actually weaponized the dimension of time.
Moreover, the three dimensions of space were also weaponized.
A quick search for the active noun “attack” – as used in the email’s subject line – revealed its use spiked at 14 times on page 11 of the ‘manifesto’, which included the questions, “Why did you choose New Zealand as a place to attack” and “Was there any reason you attacked that(those) mosque(s) in particular?” – in bold type. On the following page, ‘Tarrant’ mentions – twice – carrying out attacks on the “Christchurch and Linwood mosques” and a “mosque in Ashburton” – if he made it there before being caught.
The Sunday after the mosques attack, Prime Minister Ardern said the gunman’s email, “did not contain a location, it did not include specific details.” N.Z.’s PM also claimed the email and the ‘manifesto’ did not supply “details that could have been acted upon immediately”.
Yet, any nine year-old with a laptop and an internet connection could have worked out in one minute flat where Tarrant was headed.
By her rhetoric, the Prime Minister was performing an Inoculation Ritual, which is a public relations (PR) tactic that acknowledges the weakness of the matter at hand, and then it is quickly brushed aside. The intention is that the news audience will think nothing more of it, satisfied that there is nothing under-handed to see. And the news media contrived ignorance about an obvious gap in the timeline of events.
The “Linwood” mosque mentioned twice in the terrorist’s manifesto is readily identified on Google Maps with an Islamic crescent moon and star symbol signposting the Linwood Islamic Centre at 223 Linwood Ave, Linwood. There are two Islamic Centres in Christchurch, which like the mosques are also identified on Google Maps with the Islamic crescent moon and star symbol. One is called the Linwood Islamic Centre. And therefore, the Rasol-O-Allah Islamic Center in the outer suburb of Bishopdale was likely not to be the “Christchurch mosque” that the accused-terrorist’s ‘manifesto’ was referring to.
By quick deduction, it can be seen the Muslim Association of Canterbury is located at the same site as what soon became known to the world as the Masjid Al Noor Mosque at 101 Deans Ave. The Masjid Al Noor Mosque is the closest one to the Christchurch CBD, or five minutes cruising drive by the fastest route from the two Christchurch CBD Police stations. Therefore, the Masjid Al Noor Mosque is the “Christchurch” mosque referred to twice in the ‘manifesto’ that was attached to the accused-terrorist’s email, and was Tarrant’s first target.
Contrived Ignorance about a Countdown to Terror?
To any international Police counter-terrorism squads, anti-terrorist Army units and political élites examining the details of the Christchurch Mosques Massacre, they could not have helped but notice that all of the terrorist shooter’s 71 email recipients would rue the nine squandered minutes – since no one acted quick enough to stop his mayhem.
Therefore, in addition to weaponizing time and space, this working class white supremacist appears to have also compromised the VIPs in government and the political opposition, as well as the news media – whom together received his email and ‘manifesto’. The alleged lone gunman appears to have gained hostages to truth with this Trojan Horse scenario.
In computing, a Trojan is any malware that misleads computer users about the true intent of, say, mail that arrives in the inbox. Trojans can exploit security flaws, especially if computer systems are not well protected to prevent hacking or if security protocols are detectable to external browsers.
Embedded in New Zealand’s largest peacetime massacre, which killed 51, and injured 49 and traumatized many more, is that fact that the alleged lone gunman – whether wittingly or not – has in a sense captured the VIPs in government and the political opposition, as well as the news media, and the National Security State.
They are all hostage to the terrible truth – nobody need have died.
Since the security protocol in the N.Z. Parliament stipulated forwarding threatening emails to the Security Team – rather than also ringing and emailing the Police and using quick thinking with the noun attack, those nine ticking minutes became a deadly countdown because the shooter’s Trojan email turned time into a weapon. The exploitable security weakness existed under Ardern’s watch is odd, because when she worked in London in the Blair Administration, she was seconded to the Home Office to help with a review of policing in England and Wales.
Is this exploitable security protocol why several state agencies, including spy agencies, have colluded with the Ardern Coalition Government to keep their submissions to the Royal Commission of Inquiry into the Christchurch mosques massacre secret? After all, the directors of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet are charged with overseeing national security, and the Prime Minister is the Minister for National Security and Intelligence, and the DPM&C has direct dial lines to various Police district command centres.
The state agencies involved in the cover-up include: the Police, the NZ Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS), the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB), Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the Officials Committee for Domestic and External Security Co-ordination (ODESC), Customs, the Ministry of Justice Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security.
The presence of Deputy-Director Howard Broad in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet should have raised a red flag. Broad was Police Commissioner at the time of the Operation Eight ‘Urewera Raids’ of October 15 2007 – that became the multi-season news psy-op through to 2012. Crucially, the vicious intention that underpinned the Operation Eight ‘Urewera Raids’ was to undermine the Bay of Plenty tribe, Tūhoe, from gaining substantive sovereignty through the return of the Urewera native estate, by casting the Tūhoe tribe’s most visible face, Tame Iti, with a guerilla terrorist leader legend – as The Snoopman showed in “Operation Eight Raids: De-risking Crown Sovereignty Loss”.
Maliciously, N.Z.’s spooks transposed this guerilla terrorist leader legend onto Iti from one that had been used to frame an Algerian asylum-seeker, Ahmed Zaoui, for character assassination – as the viewing of journalist Selwyn Manning’s documentary, Behind the Shroud: Juxtapositioning Truth, Intelligence and Tradecraft, followed by Errol Wright’s & Abi King-Jones’s Operation 8: Deep in the Forest show. Snoopman’s investigations of these two cases – Parts 1 & 2 of “Psy-warfare from Zaoui to Iti to Dotcom — Lt. Colonel Samraoui’s character assassination of Ahmed Zaoui” and Tame Iti as the Crown’s new scapegoat to resolve multiple crises further prove the N.Z. Deep State’s power crimes to frame Tame Iti with the reworked guerilla terrorist leader legend.
It turns out, N.Z.’s National Security State suppressed the mid-2007 testimony of former-DRS agent Lieutenant Colonel Mohamed Samraoui, who supplied evidence to New Zealand’s Inspector General for Security & Intelligence, Justice Paul Neazor, that he had framed Algerian academic and asylum seeker Ahmed Zaoui as a terrorist. New Zealand’s Security Intelligence Service (SIS) had ‘relied’ on planted intelligence from Belgium, France and Switzerland.
These were the same intelligence agencies involved in the 1985 Rainbow Warrior Bombing – which was inflicted five years before Operation Gladio was exposed (and ultimately was proven by Swiss historian Daniel Ganser to have been a three-decade reign of terror mete-out by every NATO country on their own civilian populations to shift the political centre of gravity away from socialist governments by blaming left-wing communists). Indeed, Paul Neazor played a pivotal role in saving two French DGSE agents from facing stiffer sentences for their role in the Rainbow Warrior Bombing. As the then-Solicitor-General, it was Paul Neazor who reduced the charge of murder to manslaughter, and dropped the charge of conspiracy, while maintaining the crime of arson against French Secret Service agents Major Alain Mafart and Captain Dominique Prieur. Mafart and Prieur were found to have transported the explosives, diving equipment and the Zodiac from the Ouvéa yacht to the French attack team, who were staying at motel accommodation in Parakai, which was part-owned by Prime Minister, David Lange. The DGSE agents were cast as bad couriers.
Because Zaoui was released exactly one month before the Operations Eight Raids, without SIS Director Warren Tucker or Prime Minister Helen Clark or the Police Minister Annette King fessing-up to the public that Zaoui had been framed for character assassination, N.Z.’s National Security State were able to apply this terrorist guerilla leader legend to Tame Iti. Indeed, when a reporter asked if there was any suggestion that Iti’s alleged nationwide terrorist group that they were taking any action, Police Commissioner Broad glibly said “No,” as the documentary Operation 8: Deep in the Forest showed. Ironically, it was Broad’s replacement Mike Bush who supplied a limited apology for besmirching Tuhoe over the alleged terrorist training camps in the Urewera ranges, but only for the heavy-handedness. This was ironic, because the show of force was a propaganda strategy to trigger a multi-season news psy-op, since the Crown dragged out the case until 2012, once it had achieved its purpose of sending Tame Iti to prison (but only for breaches of firearms licensing regulations). Because the Clark Ministry’s efforts to bring the anti-Muslim Global War on Terror zeitgeist to New Zealand collapsed and converged with a looming governance crisis, the New Zealand Crown fell back to its perennial default position: casting Māori as the enemy of the state since 1840.
During the decade that followed, the backlash to the Operation Eight Raids of 15 October 2007 through to the October 2017 election win for the Ardern Coalition Government, the political ground had shifted, such that the N.Z. State lost the capacity to be openly racist toward Māori. This raises the possibility that the National Security State needed a new enemy – white supremacists.
With this history of Deep State machinations, a second look at the clustered events prior to, during and after the horrific massacre in Christchurch/Ōtautahi is justified, critically urgent and essential – particularly when it is kept in mind that the US-NATO military empire has inflicted terrorism, such as Operation Gladio, as a form of low-grade war to shift the political center of gravity away from socialism by blaming communist groups.
And, if the victims were all from white Ruling Class families, would this official submissions secrecy be considered regrettable and acceptable, or reprehensible and untenable? Especially, with knowledge of this terrible truth about the massacre in mind.
Because usually, when suspects change their story, the Police get suspicious – in every country except Aotearoa New Zealand, it seems.
What if “the attack in New Zealand today” of March 15th 2019 was an orchestrated Deep State false flag operation with a Trojan Horse Twist to hide a coup d’état that sought to reset the political trajectory of New Zealand?
After-all the $20 billion military upgrade instigated without a mandate by the Key Government in 2014 had faltered and was announced as a Pacific Reset on June 11 2020, 12 days after the much-hyped Well-being Budget.
Government Cover-up required ‘Ministry of Truth’ Media Complicity
Among the suppressed evidence, he NZ Government and Police have buried the subject-line “On the attack in New Zealand today” – as well as the content of the body of the email sent by alleged gunman Brenton Tarrant. The suppression of this subject-line is crucial because the noun ‘attack’ exposes the ‘weaknesses’ in security. Either the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet did not have sharp people, or there was a strategic withdrawal of security. This possibility of a strategic withdrawal of security is explored in Christchurch Mosques Attack Riffed off Netflix’s Secret City?.
Amid the shock of the terror attacks, New Zealand’s cartelized newsrooms become like the CIA’s Mockingbird Media Missionaries. Instead of being skeptical about the official narrative, news anchors, journalists, and current affairs hosts parroted the lines they were fed, like they had metamorphosized into a twisted Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth’ choir fighting off the hate with kindness, compassion and aroha gospel. And when the newly updated official narrative was produced by the N.Z. Police one month after the shootings, New Zealand’s Mockingbird Media Missionaries reproduced the inconsistent facts without question, with ‘one voice’.
Ironically, in the same week as World Press Freedom Day 2019, five N.Z. news outlets – Radio NZ, TVNZ, Newshub owner MediaWorks, NZ Herald owner NZME and Fairfax’s Stuff newspapers – openly formed a press cartel called the NZ Media Freedom Committee when they agreed to trial coverage ‘protocols’ in the upcoming mosque shooting court case.
This commercial contractual agreement includes omitting the accused gunman’s ‘manifesto’, any signals, symbols or imagery used by the accused or his associates promoting or supporting white supremacist ideology or terrorist views. Poignantly, this self-censorship is to occur in a criminal case about the slaughter inflicted by a self-described fascist gunman, his extreme views and a horrendous vision to trigger a second American civil war – among other schemes.
Therefore, this ‘press cartel’ agreement to restrict supply of news on the trial – as Politico magazine put it in “Why New Zealand’s Press Just Put on Blinders for Its Biggest Story” is a weird twist because is it not fascists whom desire censorship, propaganda and coercion over people who don’t agree with them? Did the accused-terrorist shooter send his email and ‘manifesto’ to these five news organizations nine minutes before the attacks?
In an Insight documentary, “Ignored by the state – How Muslim women tried to warn of impending danger”, produced by Radio NZ ahead of the 1st anniversary of the Christchurch Mosques Massacre, the Islamic Women’s Council of New Zealand retold how they had made formal presentations to the New Zealand authorities, including law enforcement, about the racist threats targeted at Muslims living in New Zealand. But, their warnings appeared to be either ignored, or not taken seriously enough to be acted upon, amid rampant squandering of intelligence resources on NGOs, such as Greenpeace NZ, political parties, as well as anti-TPP protesters. The acting coordinator for the Islamic Women’s Council Anjum Rahman recalled how they had met with the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet in early 2017, only to find when preparing their submission to Royal Commission investigating the shooting, that for one of those meetings, there’s no official record it even took place.
Yet, this limited flak essentially occurred in a grain silo converted into a cafe where New Zealand’s media missionaries complained about the lack of transparency. The curious lack of skepticism may be answered by knowing which of New Zealand’s news outlets received the email and manifesto nine minutes before the attack, and what action they took, or did not take.
At that time that the Islamic Women’s Council met with officials at the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet in early 2017, the Minister for National Security and Intelligence was Prime Minister Bill English, of the National Party. The English Administration seemed to more interested in New Zealand’s intelligence, security and defence ties the U.S.-NATO Military Empire and the ‘Five Eyes’ spy network, comprising the U.S., the U.K., Australia, Canada and N.Z.
Strangely, while a ‘Five Eyes’ conference took place at Millbrook Resort in Arrowtown in the Queenstown Lakes District on the weekend of April 22-23 2017, New Zealand’s counter-terrorism groups were supplying security in Operation Silverfern. The VIPs included: CIA Director Mike Pompeo, who arrived in a CIA-registered Gulfstream GIV, which had previously been spotted at Wellington Airport; and FBI Director James Comey, who was photographed emerging from a Gulfstream G550 jet, which had flown directly to Queenstown from Hawaii.
At the time, the conference – which was attended by Bill English and at least 15 spy agencies – was downplayed as a routine gathering of the Five Eyes partnering jurisdictions, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth of Australia, the Commonwealth of Canada, and the Realm of New Zealand.
Yet, a Air Marshall Bruce Ferguson, said that he developed close relationships with Five Eyes spy chiefs, playing golf “many times” with the heads of the NSA, CIA and FBI and attending private dinners at the family homes of spy bosses, during his time as Director of the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) from 2006 to 2011. The Officer of the Order of the British Empire described the Five Eyes spy alliance as a “strong club” in a June 2020 podcast, titled ‘The Club’, produced by Radio New Zealand.
Such private gatherings in private spaces afford the opportunity for off-the-record scheming.
In the immediate aftermath of the horrendous mosques attacks, the N.Z. Government also spread disinformation claiming it is illegal or unlawful to reproduce the manifesto attributed to the alleged Christchurch mosque shooter. This claim contradicted section 14 of the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 regarding Freedom of Expression, which is particularly crucial to uphold at moments when critical voices need to point out government cover-ups. Indeed, Chief Censor David Shanks also misled New Zealand when he said that the manifesto “identifies specific places for potential attack in New Zealand” – thereby making it seem that ‘The Great Replacement’ did not specify the mosques that were attacked, but only other potential targets.
N.Z.’s Establishment Media and Alternative Media failed to challenge the government for this breach of section 14 of the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990.
The continuance of the $20 billion military upgrade was ‘essential’ to New Zealand’s ‘Pacific Reset’ pivot to the South Pacific Region to align defence capabilities in the South Pacific with the U.S.-NATO Military Empire. In other words, the uncanny timing of the Christchurch shooter resulted in popular support for a reset of the New Zealand’s political trajectory back into the orbit of the U.S.-NATO Empire’s Five Eyes and Western Alliance partnerships, to counter the influence of the China Empire’s expansionism in the Pacific.
But the resumption of the military upgrade could not occur with popular support under a Labour-led Government. The tricky issue was: how to win popular acclaim for a full restoration of N.Z.’s alliance with the U.S.-NATO Military Empire to support the Pacific Reset, and do so under a Labour-led Government?
Especially tricky, since the rift between New Zealand and the Western Alliance had opened up in 1985 when the French Government inflicted a price on behalf on the U.S.-NATO Military Empire by bombing the Rainbow Warrior to signal to Western leaders to get their domestic grass-roots movements under control, particularly the anti-nuclear and anti-war activists – as Doctor Thunk Evil Without Being Evil shows in – Is it Time to Quarantine Cindy St Arderno? [Exposé Version].
Yet, this popular support occurred without New Zealanders knowing this ‘Pacific Reset’ had been agreed to by Cabinet in February 2018.
Immediately after Christchurch Mosques Massacre, ‘all was forgiven’ within Jacinda Ardern’s Labour Party regarding the National Security States’ spying over-reach. When the inevitable Royal Commission inquiry was announced in April 2019, the National Security State gained blanket suppression protection for their oral and written submissions, and other sensitive records, meaning that eventual report would be sanitized.
In 2019, N.Z. Minister of Defence Ron Marks said he gained the Green Party’s support for the $20 billion military upgrade by emphasizing the equipment spend would include climate-friendly war technologies. Marks told Radio New Zealand, “Our largest military deployment and always has been is Antartica [sic], where we work to support the science community to enable them to carry out they’re research to better understand what is happening with the planet, to mitigate and offset that [climate change],” he said. The traditionally anti-war/pro-peace Green Party, therefore, appear to be comfortable with war-fighting technologies because they were persuaded the new military hardware and software were to be used for climate-related disaster rescue missions, climate-resilience capacity building in the Asia-Pacific Region and Antarctic science research into climate.
The Defence Minister, who is with the NZ First Party, was able to gain support for a $20 billion military upgrade that was not discussed during the 2017 election campaign. Ironically, Ardern had claimed she had no mandate to get a comprehensive capital gains tax regime across the line – because N.Z. First would not support the Labour and Green-driven policy platform.
In his book, The Spectacle of the False Flag: Parapolitics from JFK to Watergate, Monash University senior lecturer of public international law Eric Wilson emphasizes the need to identify the battling factions, whom wage civil battles beyond the public state’s legal boundaries.
Deep State factions in a Dual State seek to slice up the administrative apparatus, and redirect the accumulated resources in preparation for a looming “season of escalating hostilities”, as the author of Conjuring Hitler: How Britain and America Made the Third Reich, Guido Giamomo Preparata explained in his foreword to Wilson’s The Spectacle of the False Flag.i Preparata stated:
“The fictionalizing beauty of the set-up is that while the fight among the clans unfolds ‘deeply’, i.e. entirely hidden from public scrutiny, there concomitantly ‘forms’ on the media stage, as if inevitably bubbling over, a game of theatrics for mass consumption. The game is designed to sway ‘public opinion’ with the final objective topping off the ‘deep’ victory with popular acclaim.”
Thus, the covert power of the spectacle exists within this perpetually unstable migratory contest, or double movement, between the visible public state political decision-making and the covert deep state factions. The reverberations of deeper machinations between the Public State and Deep State factions may be detectable in clustered events prior to, during and in the aftermath of the Christchurch Mosques Massacre event.
Eric Wilson has found elite criminals exploit the speed of high-velocity engineered events to distort perceptions about the facts of events that overtake “low velocity political deliberation and public accountability”. Therefore, a possible false flag black operation as a crime of spectacular power is theorized as a necessary ‘step-change’, or leap, to forge a fully-fledged Police State.
In the aftermath, N.Z.s PM was elevated to super-star political status. Her image was projected on the Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai like a symbol for a new national myth, and time-locked to become the potent talisman of a new zeitgeist.
The question is: for what deep purpose was Jacinda Ardern targeted, and cast as a symbol of kindness, compassion and love, so that symbol would transform into a talisman?
